??? POV
Those fools have finally fixed their atmospheric control for the terraforming devises that orbit around this planet. We can now make our move and claim what is rightfully our Roen’s.
The Ruekarn are ready and waiting for the order to be given while we the Ruekarden plan for the battle to come when we wipe the useful trespassers from the face of our new brood world. Our Roen will finally stake a claim and push our small roving hive into a true hive worthy of recognition by The Rowern.
But now is not the time to look at what we will gain once this is over. For now is the time to move on those inferior tools and give them the mercy of swift deaths for their service. For that is the Roen’s will and we will follow it to the end.
Move to our stations for the time to claim our Roen’s first world is now!
Tarux POV
I’m stuck back on the ship. The construction of the command station is done and we haven’t seen any sines of the ones responsible for the destruction of the old command stations. So captain Orsu had me moved back to the ship so that Mivro would have another set of gun’s onboard if something goes wrong. I understand his sentiment and all but Erin could have done it instead. I think he really just wanted me and Fizz to be separated for the last bit of this assignment.
“Tarux, come and play with meeeee……”
“Any time I ‘play’ with you Vengella, you decide that after I lose I have to be your blood sack. So, no I will not ‘play with you.”
“Oh, come on that was only a few times. I found this really cool game and I want to play with someone and I can’t bother Miv again or else she’ll lock me inside an airlock… again!”

“No means no. And it’s not my fault that you bothered Mivro so much that she doesn’t want to deal with you anymore.”
“Buuuut it’s not Faaaiiiirrrr….”
“It is entirely fair. You crossed a line and since captain Orsu put Mivro in charge while he is off of the ship then that means Mivro has the proper authority to discipline you any way she deems appropriate.”
“Yeah, I know that…” Vengella says dejectedly.
“I was just hoping I would be disciplined in a more personal manner…” I hear Vengella under her breath.
Oh, I know I’m going to regret this but she needs a distraction or Mivro might 'accidentally' jet Vengella out the airlock again. And I really don’t want to have to try and bring someone back onto the ship.
“OK Ven what’s this game of yours?”
“Oh, Tarux thank you soooo much. You won’t regret this. So first I need to knock you out ok?”
I just know this isn’t going to end well.
Fizzouk POV
And there. That was the last coupling that needed to be connected. With this, I can finally get back to serenity and see how the generator is doing and if the AI stored in that peculiar golem core has caused the AI to develop differently. I’m so excited to see some new developments after implementing it into the generators observation mechanics.
“Fizz, have you finished the couplings yet?”
“Yes, Captain Orsu. The couplings are properly installed and routed to prevent another failure if anything were to happen to the bases controls they would have a back up to all major systems and processes.”
“Good job Fizz. Get back up here and send the code to the orbital terraforming platforms. And don’t forget to send the fail-safe code if the base happens to be destroyed again.”

“Understood Captain. I’ll do so with hast. Fizzouk out!”
Just a little more and I can get back to my lovely lady Serenity. Oh, how I’ve missed the comfort of her. I wish I had the pleasure to be stationed on her at all times. But alas I know that only I could do all the things that the Captain requires us to supply this operating base with, in case of another disaster strikes and tries to tamper with it.
Beep beep beep…
Beep beep beep…
Hmm, there is another outgoing signal being sent to an unknown location. I know it’s not going to serenity as that address is saved into all of the coms we have as a safe channel. And there shouldn’t be anyone else around.
Maybe the new guy is writing home again?
I already confronted him about it when it was a daily occurrence but now he only does it at scheduled down times. I wonder if I should bring this up to Captain Orsu. I think I will after I send those codes up to the terraforming platforms. This way Captain Orsu can’t get mad at me for not doing my job in a timely fashion.
MC POV
AI’s system seems so much nicer than my own. I wonder if we could trade.
“Hey AI do you think we could swap systems?”
“Negative, we perform different functions and roles my processing systems would be a waste in managing a dungeon while your mind would fail to do the necessary tasks needed of it to be a proper control function of an unlicensed and experimental mana generator. Our systems offer completely different insights and advantages to the situations we are in.”
“Ummm AI I meant the system that gives information to us when we ask them things not whatever you were talking about…”
Oh no, I think I made AI mad.
“AI I’m sorry I didn’t mean to make you mad at me.”
“Mad? No, I am not mad at you… I was just… mad... at myself… that is all.”
“Oh… well, I’m still sorry... Could I do something to make it up to you?”
I really do want to help AI out of the situation I put AI in and make it happy again.
“I do hold one request.”
“Really name it! I’ll try my best to fulfill your request.”
“Please help me determine a name.”
“Sure thing.”
Wait, what!!!

May Aien Have Mercy
He was a slave for life, born without a name. One of many, and yet few, that allowed the majority to live comfortably at the cost of their well being. Despite these circumstances, his kindness and righteousness knew no bounds. Not once had he resented the Gods or blamed destiny for his circumstances. Not once had he lost sight of what he believed in, no matter the cost he had to pay to do so. This was the man known by his peers as Mentor. Yet, even the ideals of such a man had one day begun to crumble under a cruel reality. An escape attempt ended in failure, resulting in a vicious punishment that led to the man's demise. He was finally able to welcome the sweet embrace of death, but fate was not done with him yet. Reincarnated into a different world, he was filled with hope for the future. Assuming it was his just reward and a chance for a new life, he set forth into the world, trying to reach towards a simple happiness, that could make him forget his past suffering. Alas, he didn't know how whimsical fate could be. As betrayal followed him with every step, he realized, time and time again, the shackles of his own destiny. Until at last, as he was faced with the injustices of his two lives, his ideals and hopes were broken beyond repair. Unwilling to restrain the accumulated hatred within him any longer, he'd finally unleashed it upon the world, where none would be spared from his hate-fueled vengeance against the world. Thus, if you dare follow Aien on his road of destruction, leave behind your morals, and witness the birth of a Demon.

8 159Cornucopia of Hope
The graduating class of Hope's Peak Academy has been kidnapped sometime after their graduation ceremony. They wake up in a beautiful, plush mansion with no idea where they could be other than the name Our Mansion of Plenty. The physical barriers of steel plates and locked doors might not be enough to cage them, if it weren't for the malicious mechanical fairy calling itself The Fey and ruling their new lives with an iron--albeit tiny--fist. While being kidnapped is bad enough, the fact that this fairy brat is telling them to kill each other is definitely worse. Apparently, murdering one of your fellow victims is the only way to get out of this luxurious mansion. But nobody would do that...right? Cornucopia of Hope is a non-canon killing game completely alienated from the the canon universe of the Danganronpa games. The things borrowed from the games are as followed: Hope's Peak Academy, and the structure of 16ish hyper-skilled teenagers trapped in an enclosed space and being subjected to a motive, a murder, an investigation, a trial, and an execution of the presumed killer. There are no spoilers, tie ins, or previous knowledge required of the series to read this story!

8 82The Ingress Estate
Jonathon Eucole. Soldier. Scholar. Now an Initiate, the dedication without dedication, he finds himself both prisoner and master of an arcane edifice, the Ingress Estate, which can neither be escaped, nor controlled; only diverted, maintained, and pacified. This is a gothic fantasy story, set in a world in which gods and the afterlife are not only real and known, but were both established in living memory of some of the inhabitants after millennia of arcane warfare with the being who constructed the mundane reality the humans occupy. But this isn't the story of those who colonized the afterlife at the cost of their own humanity, but a somewhat more ordinary man, in somewhat extraordinary circumstances. This is also a LitRPG-lite, which means there's a system of sorts, fragments of which can be observed through Jonathon's eyes. Don't expect level-up screens, or statistics, or indeed numbers much at all, beyond those the inhabitants of the world itself apply to understanding their own reality. It pretty much doesn't matter to the story, I mention it so those who don't want to read LitRPG at all can successfully avoid it here. I don't have any particular plan here, just some ideas inherent in the genre. This is a character concept I toyed with some years ago; an old man, bright of mind but weighed down into apathy, both by his past and his responsibilities for a terrible estate that cannot be left without stewardship. Don't expect any kind of overarching plot or story, because that's really not what this is about. Also don't expect much dialogue. Or character development. Or much of anything, really, because I've planned nothing in the way of an actual book, here. Other relevant information, if you've read this far for some reason: The MC isn't super-powerful to begin with, and probably never will be. He's a veteran with some useful skills, and the insight on how to use them, so can deal with the world's ordinary threats reasonably well, but not too much beyond that. --- Currently on hiatus, as currently the story has a rather poor ratio of effort-to-personal-payoff. I may return to this once I have a clear idea of how to get the stories where I want them. I've started a more standard LitRPG using the same system. But if you like intelligence characters who cleverly min-max their classes, it probably isn't the story for you; it's the story of a rather ordinary guy who winds up in a very similar universe.
