Jake said, pulling Fenix in and giving him a nuggy.

If you looked closely you can see Fenixes face go red- he was reaching his breaking point!

"Incompetent fool! If you weren't under the protection of those wome-no, if you weren't under the protection of those MONSTERS you would have been a rag doll by now, you better be grateful!"

His anger limiter was in chaos,, if you went close enough you could hear alarms go off in his mind, but lucky, he was released before the limiter was broken, and the orphanage lived to see another day.

Anger limiter- a useful magic used to suppress emotions and mana or Ki and keep the user calm,

Fenix:"Yes! Freedom," he exclaimed in his head, as he was trying to regain his composure he heard children's footsteps nearing...

Fenix: "Oh, not orphan number 27 and 24, oh god , 23 is also here..." He mumbled, deducing by the sound of the footsteps.

Orphan number 27: "Hey, you still playing that weird game when you call us by numbers?" Said Jack as he was approaching.

Fenix:"No..." He started to frantically shake his head and deny it. To think, he even called his fellow friends through the order they came in the orphanage...

Jack: " Well? Tell us how you got in! You know my dream, I wanna--" he couldn't finish as he was interested by orphan number 23.

Orphan number 23/Amy : " Train in the academy, graduate and either join the polic force , blah blah, Fenix.... " she hugged Fenix though he still had his usual calm demeanour and wasn't flustered at all, after all he can be a player if he wants to be, he definitely has the experience!

Amy:"....I'm gonna miss you, say hi to my brother if you see him, tell him your a friend of mine and I'm sure he'll help you out if you need him!"

Orphan number 24/Serah: "hrmph, it's not like I'll miss you or anything, me and Amy will be coming next year any way" that's because they ar e sisters/twins and have a relative over there. The academy tends to keep family together, or it might interrupt or influence their training or learning.

Fenix: "Yeah , yeah I'll make sure write..." He just wants this over with, and is waiting for aunt Sophie to come and open the door...

The kids were wary since they were looking at the four kids that practically ruled the playground just casually talking, it's rare for all three of them to be together as they usually train into the gymn most of their time.

Bully 1: "You let these kids boss you around and not me... Pathetic" he said looking disdained at the group who were idly chatting,

Bully. 2: "yeah boss let's teach them a lesson!"

Bully 3 & 4: "Yeah!"

"These kids must be new" thought 100 kids simultaneously, they looked onwards with sympathy, especially the othe older teenagers, who were taught a lesson by the group of monsters before.... But that looksoon turned into looks of disgust.

Bully number 1 without even giving a warning just ran and tried to punch Fenix, who had his back turned and was talking to Jack, Serah, and Amy casually, the bully was actually an E rank which is very strong for 11 year old boy.

Bully 1: "how are group of 9 year olds lording over all these people, they all must be weaklings" he thought to himself..

Similar thoughts were going through the other bullies heads and they all followed there leader and tried to punch either jack and Fenix. But then...

Bully 1: did my fist land? Heh? Urgh... It's not moving!? His hand, right now was supposed to have smashed the back of Fenixes head.

Bully 2: "wha-what!?" Bully 2 could only stand there shocked.... His and his bosses fists were stopped with Fenixes index fingers, his two other friends were knocked unconscious by Serah and Jack... All this , in a couple of seconds!

After all the Jack and Serah were high rank D, a whole rank higher than the strongest of them.

Him and his boss were both rank E's and nearly rank D.

Rank E is really high for a kid since normal person were either rank f, or had no rank at all.

... The other 2 were only rank f's, that's why the boss and second bully chose to attack Fenix as he.had the most ominous aura, and because he was going to the academy and they were jealous..

"Haaah..." The crowd of kids could only shake their heads and .sigh...

The last things bully 1 and 2 saw was a devilish smile coming from a 9 year old , they were both then efficiently knocked out...

Some kids came from the crowd and just casually started dragging the four bodies to the infirmary, nobody was surprised with out come, they felt that it wasn't over kill to knock them out as the bullies did try to punch them from the behind.

The monsters continued to casually talk while leaving some of the newer orphans gob smacked, some of them came from orphanage where the bullies resigned, they knew exactly how strong they are...

Soon, aunt Sophie arrived, he said his goodbyes and left with his aunt on her hover car.

There were four ways to get to the academy island, either a plane or flying ship, boat, teleportation and the most dangerous way, because of sea monsters and waves- was the hover car, which hovered above the ground but can't fly.

Right now, if you looked closely at the Ocean surrounding academy island, you can see a fast blur approach the academy, dodging be serpent tails and later rocks...

People at first glance could tell that an expert was driving, you must have a highs mana pool to drive that fast as fuel and her Ki has to simultaneously keep the engine warm but cool.

Aunt Sophie: "we're here!" Aunt Sophie shouted. Fenix was asleep through the whole of that insane joy ride, even aunt Sophie was surprised. "Ok Fenix, remember ro study hard, understand how much we paid to get you in here. Remember to make friends and have fun as well. Brush your teeth and eat healthy, anything you need contact us and stay safe, and remember to right, ok?

Fenix only nodded, he was given a hug before he walked off, mumbling something about "I'm on a apprenticeship, what did you do other than give me a ride..."

He arrived and signed in the reception. He was then greeted by professor Sinnil.

Professor Sinnil: "Aah , Fenix my boy, how have you been, haven't expected you for another hour, did aunt Sophie give you a ride?" He grinned when Fenix nodded, while stroking his short stubby beard that fit well with his stocky, but muscular build.

"Follow me now, Let's get straight to business then shall we, I heard your extremely strong, a rank b was it ahaha, let's see if what and aunt Sophie and granny lil said were true shall we?"

Fenix followed professor Sinnil into a large hall where many people wer congregating , the audience were filled with people looking talent to join their guild or house.

Many people were looking at Fenix as he joined the long line for the aptitude exam, not only because of his amazing features and red hair and golden eyes, but because of the man he was standing with, professor Sinnil was an extremely famous adventurer and is a world renowned expert, with 700 years of feats to back him up.

He was only second or equal to the headmaster.

"Hrmph, another brat, what, how many Is there now? 4? What's the academy coming to? Mumbling sometimes can be heard in the large crowd, some good some bad.

After a while it was Fenixes turn, he as the last person and only the professors were left in the hall as nobody was expecting anything from the 9 year old.

He put every ounce of his 1.5 percent of full power in, that's because of his enhanced hearing, he could hear everything and it sounded they were whispering in his ear and mocking him, he never noticed that they left...

The bald man behind the counters eye were wide open, he re analysed the crystal ball.

Soon a shout was hear that silenced all the professors, that were only here because they had go be.

Bald man:" Fenix Riser,

Magic quality high Grade A,

All affinities high except for fire- fire l,legendary.

Mana capacity High Grade A,

Ki gauge- mid Grade A

Ki quality- low grade A

Specialties: high Ki and mana manipulatio, extreme intelligence and more unknown."

The fat bald man was exhausted after analysing the crystal ball, the pressure in the atmosphere made him collapse.

There was an eerie silence left. All the professors were gobsmacked. (only professors and teachers were present.
