I got up from the bed and went to take a shower.

Once out of the shower Zoe reminded me about the council.

"Master the council will be here in 2 hours to check the weapons."(Zoe)

"Okay."(Mike)

I then went and started creating contracts, That I would make them sign. The contracts included that they have to be loyal to me, they have to do everything I tell them to, and they would get a reward.

After creating all 20 contracts I went into the dojo and started training. When I got to the dojo I saw Qin already training.

"Hey what's up Qin, how long have you been down here?"(Mike)

"Hey Michael, I've been down here the whole night."(Qin)

"So that's why I didn't see you...Anyways I got a job for you."(Mike)

"...What is it?"(Qin)

"The Russian council is coming here to check out the new weapons I made, I need to stay in the shadows and eliminate, any sniper or forces they brought."(Mike)

"...When are they going to be here?"(Qin)

"In about 2 hours."(Mike)

"...I see."(Qin)

"Yep, so let spar while we wait."(Mike)

Once I said that Qin then smiled and appeared right at my side, preparing to hit my acupuncture's in my arm, I quickly dodge and use Tai chi to redirect his fist, Qin countered and tried to sweep my legs, I jumped dodging the sweep, then Qin threw a punch at me while still in the air. I then grabbed his fist and threw him.

Qin did a spin and landed perfectly.

"Whistle* You sure have gotten stronger."(Mike)

"Hmph, this is only a quarter of what I used to hav-."(Qin)

Not allowing him to finish, I appear in front of him and threw a jab to his throat.

PAW!

Qin blocked my jab, by putting up his arms. I then back off and start using Capoeira, moving around his and throwing kicks when he would least expect it, Qin would always block my kicks, but would be unable to counter. I then came up to him and started grappling him, I locked down his limbs and put him in a choke hold.

"Tap out Qin, this is my win."(Mike)

"..."(Qin)

Qin eventually tapped out, but looked dissatisfied.

"Master The council will arrive in an hour."(Zoe)

"Oh, the council will be here in an hour Qin, so get ready."(Mike)

Qin nodded and we both went to change and get ready.

I was in the shooting field waiting for Sergei to escort the council here.

I then see Sergei come in with 20 different men.

"Hello Council men, and welcome."(Mike)

Once I greeted them Qin, then notified me of their forces.

[I have located 10 guards and 5 sniper-men.](Qin)

"Hmph, just show us the weapons."(Council men #1)

"....Well first you all have to sign these contracts..."(Mike)

Once I said that all of the council men got angry

"How there you! You are even lucky we have not brought our forces to just take these weapons from you!"(Council men #3)

"..."(Mike)

I did not reply and just snapped my finger.

Snap!

Once I did 20 men from my gang appeared and subdued the council men.

"Hmph you think we came alone? Go Alpha team..."(Council men #5)

"....Alpha team I said attack."(Council men #5)

I then got a notification from Qin.

[All forces have been dealt with, I'm going back to train.](Qin)

Once I heard that I smiled at the council men.

"Hahaha you are on my turf, you think it was going to be easy to steal from me? I wasn't even planning on giving my weapons to you, it was only a plan to lure you."(Mike)

"..."(Council men)

I then snap my finger.

Snap!

and all my men hit the council men.

"We can do this the easy way, or we can do this the hard way."(Mike)

"...."(Council men)

I could have just used my bracelet to get them to sign, but I wanted to see them suffer for trying to steal from my property.

"I take it that you want to do it the hard way?"(Mike)

"...You won't get away with this, all of us have tracking pins on us, The federation will find you and save us."(Council men #1)

"Hahahaha you think I haven't thought of that? All tracking devices within a 100 mile radius have been nullified."(Mike)

I then use Image Works and create torture tables.

"You will not get away with this!"(Council men #7)

I ignore that comment and then snap my finger.

Snap!

My men then place each council men on a table and start torturing them, I of course equipped each table, with passive heal so they wouldn't die.

I grab a chair and watch as my men start the torture session.

They started with hot needle into their finger nails.

"AHHHHH!"(Council men)

'Good thing this room is sound-proof'(Mike)

Once each finger had a hot needle, they then started cutting their skin off.

"AHHHHHHHHH!"(Council men)

After an hour each council men were skin less. My men then waited for the healing to restore their skin and then proceeded to skin them two more times.

Once they were skinned the third time, most of them had broken.

I then walked up to them and asked them, with a smile.

"Are you ready to sign the contract?"(Mike)

The council men flinched when I mentioned contract, but quickly nodded and signed.

Once each of them had signed I then used Image works and created a pill that would heal their physical and mental wounds, I also created 55 loyalty pills.

After they were healed I gave them commands.

"I want you to give these pills to the rest of the council men. Once they have each taken a pill, I want you to report back to me, via phone call."(Mike)

"Yes sir."(Council men)

"Okay, you can leave now."(Mike)

Once I said that, they left. I then turned my head to my men.

"Good job guys, you each get a million dollar bonus."(Mike)

"YAAAAA!"(Gang members)

'Master you shouldn't be giving them that much.'(Zoe)

'Why not, I do make more than 2 billion a week now.'(Mike)
