I realize the print version is kind of expensive (or at least it seems that way to me), but that's simply due to it being with a 'print on demand' publisher. If I somehow had thousands of dollars to spend, the cost would reduce considerably. If I could order the book in batches of 1000 at a time, the cost would go down to $9.97, but as this is my first work and I don't have $10,000 sitting around handy, I had to find a place that would print it one copy at a time.

In both cases, I'm actually making about $2.50 from each sale, with the rest either going to amazon or thebookpatch for their distribution and printing fees.

It's not enough for me to get rich from, but I am generating enough to pay for my internet so I can keep posting, and even give me an evening off from time to time for relaxing and refreshing, and for that I want to thank everyone for all their support. You guys truly mean a lot to me!

As always, the story will be hosted here free of charge (but may lack proper italics or formatting in some cases as RRL just doesn't play nice with those things and they're easy to overlook). The version you guys get here is basically my rough draft, and you *will* find all sorts of little typos, comma misplacements, and grammatical glitches from time to time. (Hopefully they're not enough to detract from the overall reading experience too much.)

In fact, several of you guys are even kind enough to help point out those mistakes and save me a lot of work later down the line, and I truly appreciate that as well! There's tons of different ways to help support an author, and I appreciate you guys for all you do for me. :)

As an aside, you guys may not have noticed, but I've also got a brand new little story which is starting to take shape here on RRL -- Dreambreaker. Feel free to try it out sometime. It may be something you enjoy as well -- as long as you keep an open mind and understand that I have no idea where that tale is going to go. It's one that's haunted my dreams and wanted to be recorded, so only time will see where my subconscious mind takes it...

The God Chronicles will probably be put on hold for a while. It's a dark little broody series, and with all the success I've been having with publishing my work, I just haven't felt dark and broody. I'll come back to it someday, but I don't know when that'll be. Just whenever the mood strikes, I suppose. ;)
