Raja concentrated his mana on his fists and kept punching the humanoid toad. Some of the punches hit while some of them were dodged by the humanoid toad.

Annoyed and angered, the humanoid toad used its strong leg and launched itself upward into the air. The humanoid toad was fast and Raja was unable to stop him from launching upward.

The humanoid toad reached the ceiling of the dungeon and gained his footing on it to launch himself once more towards Raja.

However, before he could depart, a big spider shot a sticky thread towards him and “Loud!” Shihoon activated his skill ‘loud’ and he started screaming towards the humanoid toad.

The loud skill can amplify loudness to a certain degree. The higher the level of the skill, the higher the amplification.

The humanoid toad wanted to evade the sticky thread by launching himself towards Raja but Shihoon’s screaming halted his movement for a bit and he ended up being hit by the sticky thread.

Although he was hit with the sticky thread and Shihoon’s screaming, the humanoid toad was still barely able to launch himself to attack Raja.

However, to his surprise, Raja was not at that location anymore. The humanoid toad was almost reaching the ground when suddenly, someone appeared out of nowhere beside him.

Raja can silently appear there thanks to Shihoon’s mute. With mana concentrated on his fist and the humanoid toad was in front of him, Raja punched the toad with everything he could.

The humanoid toad was unable to defend himself from the punch and was sent one more time flying.

Raja did not want to waste more time and launched himself towards the flying humanoid toad. However, while he was approaching the humanoid toad, a big tongue appeared out of nowhere to hit him. The tongue belonged to the humanoid toad.

But, a more surprising thing happened. A man with cardboard equipment appeared out of nowhere neared the tongue and easily slashed the tongue.

“Pictures come to life,” said Shihoon as he used the picture of Cade. “I knew you would use your tongue.”

“Arrghhhh!!!! STUPID MONKEY!!!” The humanoid toad was in pain as his tongue was cut, he was punched by Raja and at the same time, his body was getting sticky thanks to the sticky thread.

“Stupid toad, you are too loud!” said Shihoon as he was annoyed with the humanoid toad and then, he screamed with his loud skill to shut the annoying enemy.

Shihoon can use his mute to shut the humanoid toad but then, his enemy won’t be in pain. Shihoon was angry looking at the corpses of many explorers lying around and he wanted the humanoid toad to feel the same too.

“ARRGGHHHH!!!” The humanoid toad screamed in pain as he was hit by the loud screaming from Shihoon. He hit the dungeon wall hard and started bleeding.

“YOU!!!! MONKEY!!! I AM GOING TO KILL YOU!!!” The humanoid toad screamed at the top of his lungs in a rage of getting beat up by Raja and Shihoon.

‘That loud monkey is the real problem! That dark monkey cannot land a hit on me before but now, because of that loud monkey, I am in this state! I need to think of something,’ thought the humanoid toad.

He planned to do something but then, Raja again appeared in front of him. “You kill my party! My friends! MY FAMILY!” Raja was angered and with his fist concentrated with mana, he kept punching the toad without stopping.

The humanoid toad was unable to do anything as he was heavily injured by the attack he received earlier and the sticky thread halted his movement too.

He was stuck to the ground and was unable to run away. All he could do was lay there and accepted the beating until he died.

“That monster is strong and fast but it has weak defense… It can talk too…” said Shihoon as he was looking at Raja punching the toad.

“ARRGGGHHHH!!!!” Suddenly, Shihoon heard screaming coming from the direction of Cade and Jonathan. Looking in that direction, Shihoon was shocked to see that Cade was on the wall of the dungeon unmoving.

“Cade!!!” Shihoon screamed and he ran towards Cade. Jonathan, on the other hand, was busy defending himself and the healer girl from the attack of the humanoid toad in front of him.

He was unable to check if Cade was okay but the healer girl was able to see that Cade was in a really bad condition. She needed to heal Cade or else, he would die.

Cade was lying motionlessly on the wall of the dungeon. He was coughing out blood and the pain was too much but he cannot scream from the pain anymore as he had no energy left in his body.

Cade stared at the direction of Jonathan that kept trying to keep up with the movement of the humanoid toad and defended himself and the healer girl from the humanoid toad.

‘I guess, this is what I get from raising too much of my luck and neglecting my other stats. My cardboard is fine but my body cannot stand the recoil of that toad attack,’ thought Cade while he was staring weakly at Jonathan.

The equipment that explorers wore did not work like inside the game. In-game, when a player wears a piece of equipment, for example, a shield that raises defense by 20 points, that player's overall defense stat will increase by 20.

However, the equipment that the explorer wore did not work like that. A shield with 20 defenses will not be added to the explorer’s stat. Only the shield will have that defense.

That shield can block an attack but if the explorer that used the shield was hit directly, only his body defense that will count.

Cade’s cardboard shield was able to hold the slap of the humanoid toad but that attack was too strong and his body was unable to hold the shield that was holding the attack.

In the end, he was sent flying and smashed himself on the wall of the dungeon. The impact of that smash was in no way damaging his equipment but his weak body was easily damaged by the impact.

‘I wonder if my maximum luck will save my life…’ Cade was thinking this but slowly and steadily, his sight was getting dimmer and dimmer. His eyes were slowly closing and a few seconds later, he lost consciousness.

Jonathan was worried about Cade and he wanted to send the healer girl to Cade but he was busy dealing with the humanoid toad in front of him.

“Kacha!” Jonathan and the healer girl suddenly heard a weird sound and Jonathan saw that Shihoon was nearby taking pictures of the healer girl.

‘I don’t need to worry anymore,’ Jonathan smiled as he knew Shihoon would do something to save Cade. Now, he can fully focus on defeating the enemy in front of him.

The humanoid toad kept attacking Jonathan but Jonathan always managed to defend from that attack.

“This shield is annoying!” The humanoid toad opened his mouth and let out his tongue. The tongue immediately wrapped the shield and it wanted to throw the shield away.

Jonathan saw what the humanoid toad was trying to do, “Armored Bear Soul Activate!” an energy silhouette of an armored bear appeared and wrapped Jonathan.

Jonathan can feel his strength and endurance increased. He held his shield strongly so that the humanoid toad was unable to throw it away.

“What!!” The humanoid toad was shocked to see that the shield won’t budge and decided to stop what he wanted to do.

However, to his surprise, the shield suddenly moved forward fast and bashed him. The humanoid toad crossed his arm to protect himself from the attack and he was sent flying.

To more of his shock, before he stopped from being sent flying, something hit him from behind. He can feel that the hit was packed with so much power.

“Crack!!” That unknown hit plus the momentum of him flying caused his backbones to break, “ARGHHHH!!!” and he screamed in pain with blood coming out of his mouth.

The hit on his back sent him flying again towards Jonathan. Jonathan did not want to lose this chance.

With his increased strength from his bloodline skill, he put his greatsword forward and the humanoid toad was impaled by it.

“Kuhakk!!!” The humanoid toad coughed up more blood but Jonathan did not stop there. He moved his great sword upwards and cut the humanoid toad to two.

The humanoid toad instantly died. Looking at the dead humanoid toad and around him and saw no more of that toad, Jonathan sighed in relief.

He was dead tired from all the dangers he felt earlier and he fell on the ground. He remembered the healer girl that he was protecting and he looked behind him but she was gone.

When Jonathan looked around, he saw two of her was healing the unconscious Cade. Jonathan knew that one of them was the real healer girl and the other one was Shihoon’s summon.
