Next morning, the sun was rising from the horizon and the two people were sleeping on the bed. Both of them were sleeping peacefully and Skyeza had snuggled up to Echo and was hugging his body.

She was the first to wake up and the first thing she saw was Echos body, almost against her face. She looked at his sleep face with her red eyes and pressed her face against his chest.

She then remembered what he did to her yesterday and went completely red. Because of her embarrassment, she hugged him tighter and accidentally started to dig her nails into his back. This caused him to wake up and he said"Could you stop digging your nails into my back."

"Aah. Sorry."she apologized and loosened her grip.

"It's fine."he replied and looked at her red eyes. As he kept looking at her, something made him feel that he wants to protect her no matter the cost.

This was a feeling that he isn't supposed to have anymore. So why has it returned. That was something he didn't know, but had to find out. If all of his emotions and feelings were to restore, then he wouldn't know what to do. Because his feeling of guilt was suppressed almost to nothing, he doesn't feel guilty even he were to kill an entire town of innocent people. That is how he can will without a problem.

So he had to find out the reason and at least suppress some feelings again or hope that feeling of guilt doesn't come back. If it were to be restored, then he will be fucked.

'But what could have restored them?'Was the question he had in his mind.

"Echo?"

He is brought of his thought when Skyeza calls his name.

"Yes Sky?"he asks.

"Are you alright. You seem to have been lost in thought."she said with a worried voice.

"Yeah. I'm fine. Just thinking about stuff."he told her, but she still had worried look.

"Don't over think it Sky. It's fine."he said and patted her head, before raising his body and sitting onto the edge of the bed. Skyeza looked at his back and saw how the wounds that she accidentally made to his back, were healing fast enough to actually to see the healing happening.

Echo got up and stretched his body and then looked at Skyeza, who staring at her.

"Echo...How do you heal so fast? You didn't use magic, that I know."she asks. She finds it very curious how he heals so fast. Only a few races can heal this fast or faster and humans definitely aren't one of them.

"Accelerated natural healing. My body can heal every small wound without a problem, but because of that I can get tired quickly too."he continues"Your now wondering how I have it."

She nods.

"Well to put it simply, my body is full of serums and different kinds of medicine. Don't ask why. I don't want to talk about Why."he tells her and she replies"I understand."

After he had dressed up, he looks at her, who is still in bed and looking at him.

"Sky. You need to get dressed too."he tells her and she replies"You see....uum...my *murmur*....kinda."she goes redder as she continues to talk.

"I see."he says and walks over to her and casts a [Minor Healing] with his card. After the healing is done, he takes his hands off from her thighs and asks"How do you feel now?"

"Better. Thanks."she replies and sits up. She kisses his cheek, before getting out of bed to get dressed. He looks at her and sees her taking off the nightgown and butting on her underwear. After that she puts on rest of her clothes and Echo seeing that she has finished says"Lets go."

He gets up from the bed and waits for her near the door. Before they leave the room, she pulls the hood on to hide her long and pointy elf ears. She then clings to Echos side and they both leave the room.

"First lets get something to eat and then I want to know what you can do."Echo says.

"I can show you."she says in a shy voice."[Show Status]"

His title [The Summoned Hero] had changed into the [The Summoned Anti-Hero] a week ago because of his activities. And his [Martial Arts] had reached the maximum level possible. Also he is nineteen now. He has no idea when exactly it had happened. The last time he checked his status was one and an half a month ago and then he was still eighteen. So his birthday is somewhere between the gap.

"Echo. What's a child soldier?"she asks him. She has never heard of that name.

"Exactly what it sounds like."he replies to her.

"Then..."she says and he replies"Yes. And now lets not talk about it."

"Echo."she says in a sad tone.

"Don't worry."he replies and pats his head, which makes her immediately happy.

They reach the dining hall, which unlike the first time where there was only one long table, there is now a few dozen smaller tables around the hall with benches at the table. Besides the heroes, the guards here eat too. Well those who don't wear helmets all the time, like most of the Royal Guards. So currently few of Echos classmates are eating here and few guards too.

Echo sits down at the nearest empty table with her and the two start to eat. While they are eating, she says"Human food is so tasteless."

"I guess so."he replies. He just eats the food and doesn't enjoy it. Food is food and that's it. But he does enjoy good alcohol.

While they are eating, Skyeza has attracted few pairs of eyes onto their table.

"Echo. I don't like how they stare."she tells her in shy voice.

"Just ignore it and finish your food quickly."he tells her. He himself gives the people an angry glare, to tell them to mind their own business. Most of the people immediately seeing his glare, look away, but a few people are still looking.

After they finished their breakfast, they head towards the training grounds, where he wanted to see what she can do with a bow. Once they arrive at the archery range, she picks up a bow and a quiver full of arrows. She puts the quiver onto the back of her waist.

She holds the bow on her left hand and Echo says"You have twenty arrows and all of them have to hit the three inner circles."

"I can do it."she replies and draws her first arrow and lets go of it. The arrow hits the bullseye.

She takes another and another and so on. Once she has shot ten out of the twenty arrows, she stops and looks at the target. She nods and takes all of the arrows into his left hands and draws one of them.

"[Rabid Shot]"she chants and in two seconds all of the arrows have been shot from her hand and all of them have hit the target. Like Echo had told her, all of the arrows were in the three inner circles.

"Good."he says and pats her head, which makes her happy.

He then summons one of his cards and says"I'm gonne throw this card and I want you to hit it. Can you do it."

"Yes."she replies. She tightens the grip and pulls the empty string back, while chanting [Energy Arrow]. A arrow made out of blue energy forms onto the bow and she says"Throw."

"Okay."he says and throws his hard with a curve. Skyeza tracks the card and lets go of the arrow, hitting the card.

Skyeza puts her bow down and they walk up to the target and see a glowing arrow through a card. Skyeza pulls out the arrow and it faded away. As for the card, it is somehow completely fine, even though an arrow went completely through it.

'Maybe something to do with both being materilazed with magic.'

He pulls the card out of the target, looks at it and then dematerializes it.

"You did well. Because of that, you'll get a reward."he says to her, who immediately hugs him a d looks up to him.

"What is it?"she asks with an happy voice.

He goes closer to her ear and whispers it to her. As she whispers, her face goes redder and redder, until it can't even go any redder.

"That...that sounds interesting."she replies.
