Red lights begin to flash intensely throughout the hallway. Loud screams of steam could be heard throughout the walls and the sound of metal clashing against metal pierces Cynthia's and Vert's ears. The earth around them begins to shake and stir as the sound of metal clashing metal becomes near.
Vert sends his small ball of electricity down the hallway and illuminates what is making this sound. Several layers of door are closing downwards from the ceiling at a rapid rate. Vert grabs Cynthia by the hand and runs towards the way she came. A very thick metal door closes in front of the two as they reach the exit.
"You didn't think I'd let you escape that easily after killing my people, did you?" says a voice that can barely be heard over everything else that is happening.
"Haha you stuck up bitch! You think this thin door can stop me now?! Let's find out!" Vert says tauntingly to the disembodied voice with his arms wide open, as to challenge her. Cynthia is horrified at how her God has got into such a weird situation. She is also becoming worried as she isn't strong against things that can't bleed so she is nearly useless in this situation. Vert seems confident though as a big smile is spread across his face.
Vert touches the door preventing their exit and closes his eyes. After a deep breath, Vert draws back his fist and sends it into the metal door. The two metals doors became badly dented and go flying into The Pit, letting natural light shine back into the hallway.
With an exit revealed, Vert grabs Cynthia's hand once more and runs out the hallway with the several layer of doors closing right behind them. Cynthia is dumbfounded at Vert's power as he laughs with enjoyment. Finally back into the sunlight, Vert stands and soaks everything in for a second.
"I figured it out... What was wrong before... I was starving, starving to kill something with a purpose!" Vert yells into the arena. He is feeling the happiest he has ever felt. Nothing can beat the sensation of bathing in the blood of the ones you hate!
'Wow, I've met someone crazier than me...' Cynthia thinks to herself as Vert continues to laugh maniacally while staring up at the sky. As Vert was enjoying himself, the enemies decide to make their move and 3 flashes of white land in the side of the arena opposite to Vert. Vert slowly looks down from the sky and down unto his prey. He has the eyes of a wild animal that has just stumbled upon a four course meal that has been cooked to perfection.
Three girls with long white hair stare at Vert with their Scythes ready. Behind them is Goreck who seems to be fairly frustrated. Vert gives them all a smile and readies his fist but Goreck has something to say before they fight.
"You might have slipped past us inside the Factory but now, you are ours. You will pay for the countless live you have taken with your li-." Goreck sentence is cut short by the disappearance of Vert, who appears right in front of Goreck. With his fist drawn back and ready to shatter Goreck's skull, Vert smiles becomes even wider and his crimson eyes become smaller.

"No, you will pay!" Vert yells as his fist is inches from Goreck's face. There is nothing Goreck can do, he is just a normal human and he promptly accepts his fate, closing his eyes. Vert's fist plunges straight into Goreck's skull and obliderates the top half of his body. Blood and guts spray everywhere as Vert put extra power into that punch.
Smoke rises off of Vert's gauntlets as he looks over the bloody mess he has caused. Goreck's blood had cover his face and Vert licks his lips to taste the death he causes first hand. A shiny ring lays in the pool of blood and Vert bends down to pick it up. One of the Androids has finally realized what has happened and screams in anger. She runs at Vert and pulls her Scythe back over her head. She swings down as Vert grabs the ring but something clashes with the Android's Scythe.
Cynthia stands behind Vert and is using her Scythe to block the other one. The Android grits her teeth in anger and Cynthia uses brute force to break the two's stalemate. Vert stands up and turns around to notice the little scuffle that happened behind him. Vert is impressed by his hero's strength and is actually appreciative of her being here. Cynthia giggles a little at the rage coming from 2 of the 3 Androids.
"Sorry but he is my God. The only person to accept me so I'm going to have to fuck off. K?" Cynthia gives a surprisingly warm smile as she threatens the girls in front of her. Vert smiles at the spunk his hero has and puts a bloody hand on her shoulder. Cynthia turns around with a surprised face and Vert hands her the ring he found.
"Don't worry about those 3... I need to get them back from poisoning me and bringing me here in the first place." Vert says while cracking his knuckles through his gauntlets. One of them jumps upwards and lands somewhere out of the arena. The other two turn and look at the fleeing Android in horror. They turn around just in time to see Vert turn into thin air again. One of the tries to react and pull her Scythe in front of her but Vert's hand simply goes through it. It also goes through both of their chests. In both hands he holds what looks like a ball of blue light.
The two girls spaz and seizure from the sudden removal of their cores and Vert can feel electricity running through his veins but it doesn't hurt at all. He fists crush the two blue balls easily and the two Androids slide off his hands, their oil dripping of his gauntlets.
He throws both of his arms to the side and the dark oil easily flicks off of his shiny gauntlets. Cynthia smiles as she is glad that someone as powerful as Vert is her God. Vert slowly turns his head towards the top of the arena and he lifts his right arm. Vert points a small finger out and aims at a small box at the lip of the arena.

"Bang." Vert says as a blue lightning bolt flies out of his fingers and hits the camera watching them. Cynthia doesn't know why that was necessary but she isn't going to question Vert. Vert turns towards Cynthia and appears before her in the blink of an eye.
"So, you're my hero huh?" Vert asks while putting his hand behind his head, scratching it at how this happened.
"You should know this already as you choose me... Right?" Cynthia says with a tinge of suspicion in her voice. Vert laughs nervously at this and tries to save the very thin bond between him and his newfound hero.
"Of course! How else would you get my Scythe? Vert says, successfully getting rid of Cynthia's suspicions.
"Wait... You mean that this is your personal Scythe?" Cynthia says in amazement while looking from Vert and back to the Scythe rapidly.
"Kinda. It isn't my personal Scythe anymore. It's yours." Vert says. he decided this as he is plenty strong with his fists and magic and Cynthia has seemed to use it with great proficiently as it is filled with white swirls of countless souls.
"Really?!!" Cynthia says with eyes full of excitement and a voice full of happiness.
"Yes, I just need to take it sometimes to harvest the souls you have collected for my studies. If that's alright." Vert says and Cynthia shakes her head up and down rapidly to show her acceptance to Vert's terms. With now having his own hero and not being in any immediate danger due to Vert's rapid growth in strength, Vert begins to wonder what is next. He remembers that he has achievements to do but doesn't remember where he put his book. Knowing that it was burnt in the fire of M.A.A.D City (Rest in Peace), Vert sighs dejectedly.
Something then hits Vert in the back of the head with extreme force. Vert can feel a small lump form onto his head and he sees a book laying on the floor now. Cynthia looks up at the sky.
"Did that book just... Fall from the sky?" Cynthia ask quizzically. Vert picks up the book and opens the first page. The book is his achievement book but the first page is different this time.
"Don't lose your book again! I won't be able to give you a new one until you die again if you do! - Seraph."
Vert looks up at the sky and lets out a loud 'Huh.' and turns another page in his book.

'Well... I got a long way to go. What should I go for next... Hmmmmmmm... Honestly I should find a base of operations first. Maybe Cynthia has a place.' Vert thinks to himself while reading all of the achievement over a few times.
"Hey Cynthia, do you have a place for us to stay? I don't really want to be here any longer." Vert says quizzically. Cynthia thinks for a second about how she would respond.
"Yes, but I have no idea where we are in relation to my house." Cynthia finally responds with. Vert gives her an 'are you an idiot' face.
"How did you get here then?"
"A girl with cat ears brought me here and told me to save you. Then again it didn't seem like you needed to be saved." Cynthia says while thinking back about what happened.
"Ohhh, makes sense."
Vert remembers back to Kaitla and can recall her being a cat/human mix. Vert doesn't know if it was the same cat girl or if Seraph has many servants like that but he decides to no question it.
"So... Where how are we going to get back?" Vert asks.
"I though you would know? I mean you are a God and you teleported just a little bit ago. So it should be easy just take us to Refrem." Cynthia says assuming Vert knows the world like the back of his hand. Vert sighs as it is more complicated than Cynthia thinks. Vert puts a hand on his forehead and begins to laugh a little.
'This is the happiest and the strongest I've been in a while but damn, this sucks. If we don't leave soon then Tia will be making an-.'
"Now it is time! You have defeated Goreck and the Andriods but can you beat me?!" Tia yells at the top of her lungs while standing at the top of The Pit with a floating book in her hand.
