The pit-pat of someone or something running can be heard throughout the empty halls of the Temple of Myria. Being as new as it is, the halls are especially barren compared to the other temples, but the white marble with gold accenting makes up for the hollowness inside.

The one making this pit-pat sound was a man by the name of Stephon, who was a devout follower of the goddess Myria. He opens two enormous doors and his eyes began to be flooded with a brilliant light. He ears were also met with the sound of a sound that only his goddess could make, or so he thought.

As he runs up the massive stairs leading to the stage where his goddess is, the beautiful sound of music abruptly stops. She slowly turns to him with a look of seriousness and anger. He begins to sweat bullets as he knows not to interrupt her when she is playing her piano.

"What is it now Stephon?"

Her melodic voice had absolutely no authority to it, but her facial expression did, she was definitely angered. He began to stutter as he does not know what to believe anymore and the fact he was still panting from running so much doesn't help.

"I followed Sir Sekreath as you asked and kept an eye on him. He seems to have made a deal with the God of Dragons and tried to finish his achievement by making two gods kill each other."

Myria's face is filled with shock, as she would not expect her brother to have gone off without notifying her first. She was glad to have sent someone to watch over him, but something else had her worried.

"Well, by the fact that we are still here and the planet is still rotating, I take it he failed. He must be on his way home now correct?"

"Not quite."

"Not quite?"

Stephon lets out a quick shiver as he racks his brain to think of a way to tell her the news. She loved her brother dearly and he had no idea how she would react to this news.

"SPIT IT OUT."

The once melodic voice now turned satanic as she was basically hissing at him. The pressure in the air began to rise as Myria was losing her patience.

"You see.... Your brother was killed."

"Oh, that's not too bad. He will just come back as he did before."

The once evil tone became carefree as she knew that god candidates were just revived after death so he would be back soon. She began to play the piano again and waved Stephon away.

"But he won't be coming back... He was killed by the God of Death."

The sound of high noted keys pierced the air as Myria messed up a note. Her pupils became small and she slowly looked up at Stephon. She blinked a few times and put her hand on her forehead.

"My master warned me about this man... If what master said was true, then Sekreath won't be coming back... He won't be coming back... He won't be coming back..."

Myria kept repeating her statement over and over as an intense feeling of grief and sadness began to wash over her like a tsunami. The only person in the world that wanted to protect her was dead. She got up and slowly walked back to her room, but Stephon had more information.

"That's not it, he killed him... While listening to music."

The shuffle that Myria was doing back to her room turned into a painstaking slow crawl.

'How could this be? Only I can make music. It is what makes me special right? This bastard while not only take my brother from me, but he can also take away what makes me a god?!'

The sound of a horrid shriek could be heard from miles away as the Goddess of Music had basically lost everything in a matter of seconds. Stephon ears started to bleed as he was not able to cover them up in time. Myria finally regained composure after that horrible display and thought about her options. She decided she would contact the God of Dragons and find out he helped her brother and if he could help her get revenge. It might be risky, but it needed to be done if she wanted to finish her achievements.

"God of Death, you will fucking know pain."

"ACHOO!"

"Are you getting sick Master?"

"Do Gods even get sick Sekreath?"

"I don't know really, I never did."

"Anyways, on with the plan, this is a pivotal point in our lives right now."

"Indeed. What shall we do?"

"I have an idea."
