A long greatsword appeared out of nowhere, eating out light from all around with its black; colourless metal.

Ah, does it feel more comfortable wielding it rather than the Corromium one…

Anyhow, quickly ending my reunion, Archillies and I sent telepathic messages so as to finalize the formless plan.

For me, I’ll defeat the Eye, since it looks like it has the highest defense out of all, and Archillies will try to take on the rest.

With that in mind, he immediately rushed to intercept the woman from interrupting me while I mowed down the army.

Out of nowhere, Archillies stopped in his tracks and facepalmed for some reason.

Then, the next moment, light started shining around him in a radius of 4 meters; in it, mana solidified into a humanoid shape, 20 in particular.

If I remember correctly, then the Bodies are able to use the full extent of his stats and abilities, but unfortunately, I do not have such a convenient ability.

Pushing away my current thoughts, I quickly send strengthening magic at both me and him, then dashed at the Eye who seemed to be squinting.

Unlike before, it seems to have a serious aura surrounding it, but it didn’t stop my onslaught.

Finally, with a two meter space between us, I swing my black greatsword, Rhansia, who accompanied in many of my battles in my original world.

Trusting its shield, it decided to take on my slash, but unfortunately for it, the sword has magic negating abilities.

Seeing its rings get sliced through by the sword, it tried to hurriedly dodge and hit me with telekinesis, but I quickly dodged it.

Telekinesis cannot be seen, however, if you are able to control Ki and are able to move quickly, dodging it is possible, but it was by no means easy at the Eye’s speed, justifying as to why Archillies got attacked by it.

Woosh

The sound of air being cut resounded, with the figure of the Eye slowly separating from itself.

“My… Fault..” saying its last words, I activated the ice rune that I installed inside of it while cutting, causing it to be pierced by many spikes from the inside and exploding in the next moment with a boom.

My level rose further to 10000, with the only barrier being the demon lord’s soul, but that will be for another time.

Calmly, I allocated the points in their respective stats, and tried to open everything possible in the Skill Tree, but I was interrupted by a blinding light.

Shielding my eyes, I quickly gazed at the sight of the big headed creature being assaulted by many Inkas, which is a special ability it learned while training with Archillies and testing ideas for creating new abilities, and this was the result.

Anyhow, it looks like the woman and Archillies were a better match than the Eye, slowly cornering her with numbers and power.

It seems that the woman is like an ice slime, able to use ice magic on itself or on others, plus the ability to stretch her body at will.

Anyhow, I quickly continued my skill hunt, finishing the whole basic tree before entering onto the personal one, and finishing that too.

While this might look like I’m wasting time.. I actually am, since I do not want to monopolize the experience, leaving some for Archillies and Inka.

Unlocking even more skills, I stumbled upon.. ‘Heroic Strength’.

If I were to describe it, then it is a skill that makes myself x100 as powerful, stat and ability-wise, with the only activating condition being ‘Awakened’, which I’ve already achieved.

Come to think of it, what is ‘Awakening’?

Looking at it in my Status Menu, a new screen popped up describing it.

Awakening : A ‘Hero’ class exclusive upgrade which activates once they reach a specific level (Depending on the person), and have a rightful reason for wanting power.

I see.. but what does it do, exactly? For this question, I kept reading while scrolling down.

Effects : Increase all stats by x10000 Increase the strength of abilities by x10000 Temporarily change apperance. Negate any and all curses and debuffing magic. Class gains unique effects.

Whistling, I stopped when I saw ‘change apperance’.

Feeling confused, I brushed by dark purple hair away from me..

“What the!?” I unintentionally shouted.

I was impatient to see my current appearance, but since I don’t have a mirror, all I could do is wait till we are outside or for Archillies to describe my appearance.

Sighing, I stared at Inka who seemed to have the table turned on her.

Quietly, I sneak behind the big headed monster and cut off both of its arms, startling it although it seems to be of the psychic type.

Using that chance, all the Inkas charged at him, each fatally biting him while releasing ice magic inside the body.

Since I had done damage, I think I might have taken a portion of the monster’s XP, nevertheless, it won’t count until I evolve my class.

Speaking of that, I’d like to know what new effects were added, so I once again open the Status Menu to check, finding it to have a glorious (Unique) written next to it.

Now finally inspecting the class, I was greeted with 3 new effects :

Attacks deal x100 damage if fighting with/for a loved one. Creating and finding unique abilities are possible; Acquired ‘Skill Creation’. Able to use ‘Status Synchronization’

That’s nice, I guess. However, the first effect is very biased towards the user’s state of mind, so if I was injusticely attacking everyone with the mindset of ‘For my lover’, then it should be somewhat broken.

What I’m interested in are the abilities ‘Skill Creation’ and ‘Status Synchronization’, with the latter being of highest importance.

I once heard Archillies saying he had something called ‘Ability Creation’, which sped up the process of making and acquiring them, but what is ‘Skill Creation’, I thought as I instructed the menu to show me its description.

Skill Creation LvMAX : The evolution of ‘Ability Creation’, which allows for creating new skills for the holder’s personal Skill Tree, and the same effects of its past self.

Come to think of it.. When Archillies was first blown away, I couldn’t feel any consciousness in him for a few seconds, and his organs seem to have been damaged too, but he looks fine as if nothing happened..

I’ll ask him about it later, for now, what is ‘Synchronize Status’?

Synchronize Status LvMAX : With the consent of the target, the holder and the target have their Stats, Skills, Achievements and Abilities merged and connected, however, it can only be done once a year, and it can get severed if one side wishes for so.

So basically.. If a person with abnormal stats yet bad abilities appear, and a person with a nice assortment of abilities yet weak stats is on the other side, both of them share their status, with the strong one gaining the weak person’s stats and abilities, and the same for the weak person.

Also, it seems that with the abilities being connected, the one with the highest ability level have it shared, with the bonus being that two people can train the same one, thus double the efficiency.

Ah, it seems like Archillies is just about done.

“You.. you had your inside destroyed, so how are you alive?” The woman desperately asked.

“‘Revival’ is very tricky, yet simple.” He replied with a mocking grin

“Revival’-!?”

Just as she realized the reason, he trapped her inside a mana bubble before casting multiple concentrated balls of fire.

“How to make this sound cool.. Oh right. Sayonara, my fellow traveller.” He said while forming a ‘cool pose’, making me giggle.

“I’ve failed you, my lov-”

BOOM!

The inside of the bubble exploded violently, but with 21 casters (Archie and the Bodies), it was maintained without a scratch.

Finally, with the defeat of those who had more power than us yet lost due to carelessness, I sighed, but quickly felt my legs letting go, and my vision blacked out, with Archie shouting my name in the background..

…

“Mngh.. Where.. Am I?” Lying on a comfortable bed under an unknown ceiling, I asked myself.

Sitting up, I realize that my right hand is being held by someone, so I switch my gaze towards it, finding a sleeping Archillies.

Isn’t that supposed to be my role? I silently laughed before tapping on his hand with my free one, making him slowly open up his eyes.

“... Rain?” He asked with a groggy voice.

“Haha, never thought that our roles would be switched like such.”

Calmly, he straightened his back and stretched his arms before staring at me with a concerned face.

“You suddenly collapsed after the fight is over, so I carried you over to Sefai Lopie’s castle. After all, I have some ‘connections’ with the king. Heh.”

“I see.. Oh, right.” Remembering something that I really wanted to do, I moved my hands behind my back and bring over my hair into my vision.

Staring at the purple ombré hair in my hands, I asked Archillies.

“Does it look good?”

“Yeah, and your dark purple right eye as well, gives off a majestic feeling.” He answered instantly with no hesitation.

Suddenly he reached towards me with glittering eyes and grabbed my face.

“Archillies?” I said in confusion.

He shushed me before leaning forward, and our lips touched..
