Sitting on my crate inside of the cool cave i was staring at the grey egg which was now placed onto top of a flat boulder which i used as a table...

The reason i was sitting here was because the moment i came here i secluded myself inside the cave telling everyone to not disturb me,i wanted to be alone for a bit not getting the attention of everyone while just mindlessly standing somewhere and also hobura had been lately giving me a sharp stare as if she wanted something from me,but at the same time it seemed like she didn't want to speak up for it and just observed me on her guarding position with her great sword to the side which was now fitting her perfectly without looking awkward or too long...

But in the end i knew that i couldn't stay here forever because well...most of the female hobgoblins were a bit starved and asked me to cook for them,hobuha and hoboku both scolded some of them afterwards saying that they were being rude to me and that i needed some more rest from the last incident making all of the other hobgoblins calm down and wait patiently...even thought both hoboku and hobuha were both hungry and i could even hear their tummies grumbling when they started scolding the others making feel bad...so i decided i would take a 20 minute break and start preparing some dinner for everyone...hmm i think we will need to make multiple fire places to start some roasts,I don't think one full pot of stew will do it which sounded a bit scary if you think about it but the girls ate a lot and honestly saying i had no idea where all that food goes to and asking that sounds even scarier...

I quickly shook my head and dismissed that thought for now looking at the grey egg again...

-Damn it...

I felt a bit frustrated but alright the thing i was trying to do was to identify the egg and see what it was...when i got here i thought of quickly looking into the things that happened so far and just summoned the egg from the storage to identify it but it didn't work no matter how many times i tried meaning the chance of me identifying the egg was really low for that i would need to level my skill some more but until then...what do i do with the egg ? Like do i place it back to my storage or do i leave it here ? I wasn't sure what to do because the egg was big 2 times the size of a basketball oval shaped and grey...the black sigil that was on the egg was gone now and technically speaking i am the owner since the notification box told me that the egg now belongs to me giving me 3 new skills with "Cold" attributes...hmm it also mentioned something unnerving it said the name of the egg was black ice dragon....

A dragon egg...

It would explain a lot of things like why the humans would come here and want this egg it was a freaking dragon egg which could be tamed and fostered into a large military force for a certain country if i am correct dragons should be in the highest point of the food chain making them one of the most strongest creatures alive,but the real question was...do i keep it ?

There were a lot of cons and pros to this problem i could "A" keep the egg and try to make it hatch and then foster it to for my own gain but at the same time this would cause a lot of problems such as food or keeping space for it and most importantly...if anyone finds out that a little dragon lives in this area i am afraid that one of the countries will send a force over here and try to kill or capture the dragon the assault would be devastating to us endangering our lives a lot...the only problem here was the lack of information i had concerning the dragon itself...i don't know how long it takes for it to mature or how big it is going to be making me want to move towards my second option which was plan "B".

Plan "B" is actually very simple...i sell the egg or i break,consume the egg.This option is simple but has a lot of danger to itself because i would need to find an appropriate buyer for the egg without getting swindled or robbed by them because of greed...i would imagine that the price for a dragon egg would be ludicrous normal people wouldn't be able to afford maybe the king of a country could buy it but at the same time who said they couldn't just take it away from me ?I could also try to just use it as food but what if its poisonous ?

-ahhh

I sighed...fostering the egg is dangerous selling it is also dangerous and eating it is dangerous too...what do i do with it then !

-Mister...are you alright ?

I jumped for a moment as i could hear the sound of a soft cute voice coming from my left...it was calar.

-Sorry...

Calar seeing me jump to the side a bit scared apologized to me for being rude but i just shook my head and told her it was alright as i patted her head making her smile again cheerfully.

If you wanna know why calar is here even thought i said to not disturb me its because calar herself wasn't really used to the female hobgoblins feeling a bot nervous around them so she decided to follow me instead which i allowed.

Calar was actually playing with some of the slimes the last time i had seen her and even now you could see 3 different slimes behind her wiggling and waiting for their little play friend to come and play with them...you guys sure have your priorities right...i commented in my head.

-Wow what is mister ?

Calar seeing the big grey egg on the flat stone being displayed showed her curiosity in as she got closer pointing at it eyes sparkling.

I smiled for a second kids are always curious no matter where you are and her seemingly innocent manner gave me some warmth.

-Its a egg animals hatch from these eggs and people eat them too...

When mentioned that calar made a small frown as she asked me very reluctantly.

-Are you going to eat it mister ?

Seeing her frown like that i wasn't sure how to answer...no one actually was going to eat it but at the same time keeping it is also not good but i could always put it back into my infinite storage never letting it hatch from inside...but that felt a bit wrong in my opinion and the reason why calar asked that question was because she was a elf...she told me that elf's don't hunt anything if it isn't necessary they also only eat fruits or vegetables and refuse to eat meat damaging the wild life or greenery is also a taboo for this folk this rule in particular is the center of their culture when she described to me how they live next to the trees using dead wood to make building and woven plants to make their clothes but in and out they also use the pelt of some of the animals they kill but not the meat as they just burn the corpse into ashes...in my head i imagined a bunch of hippies or vegetarians as the night elfs and laughed once when she explained me her culture which was really eco friendly.

To this point calar doesn't really participate in the morning lunch with us i more like prepare her some fruit salad or cooked vegetables for her to eat i even prepared some special dishes coming from my own world which she liked a lot too eating it without complaint while smiling too.

-Don't worry no ones is going to eat it...

-then will you make it hatch ?

Calar asked the sparkle returning in her eyes as she did so making me smile awkwardly...i was still unsure about this what if it goes into a rampage ?!

In and out calar and my exchange of words was really simple she asks things while i try to answer them or sometimes she gets bored and asks to tell her a story which i just pull out of the writing experience i had...don't worry i always keep it PG friendly and when she asks something concerning the opposite sex then i try to lightly give her a clue without actually misleading her but giving her enough to let her find out by herself...like the birds and the bees...i am not sure what the parents will think about their daughter with her new found knowledge but i am hoping they are as responsible as calar describes them to be.

-Calar its hard to explain really...making it hatch also doesn't solve anything...

I tried to be as vague as i could to not make her sad again making calar confused.

-But its still an animal right ! It serves the forest meaning it will be good thing to do !

I could only make a small knowing smile seeing her innocence and lack of the way the world works...it isn't always like that and she will understand when the time comes with me or without that doesn't matter.

-Yeah your right...how about i tell you a story ?

I had only a few minutes until i got out and fulfilled my promised to the girls to cook some food for them,this also served as a mean of changing the subject brooding about this wasn't going to help me.

Calar also very quickly forgot about the egg and nodded her head as she agreed to my request letting a slime come closer and using it as a soft seat enveloping her but not wetting her clothing with the slime...wow those guys really have the time of their lives don't they ?

As i was thinking like that i flinched for a second as i heart something close to a heart beat and then something like a hammer...the sound was only a second and it could have been just my imagination too but at the same time it scared me for a little as i looked around slowly...

In the end i felt drawn to look at the egg again...

-Is it... ?

I narrowed my eyes...no this can't be it,its most like just my head playing tricks on me...

I shrugged it off as nothing while tapping the big oval shaped grey egg and storing it inside my storage looking back at calar with a smile plastered on my face...i always wanted a little sister or daughter this also served as a sort of therapy to me sometimes just talking about the things that happened in my old world the things that would never return again becoming memories in my head.

As i walked towards the exit of the cave with heavy steps resounding inside i had already finished telling calar her story and just let her play with the other slimes...i would soon need to really search for that night elf village and bring her back to her parents i could see that calar missed her parents very much even thought she didn't say it directly to me just frowning sometimes which didn't like all too much...yes the next goal should be to find the elven village as fast as possible.

With that thought i neared the vine curtain of the cave pushing it aside to meet the sun light outside...the moment i did so i could feel everyones eyes pointing at me specifically making me sweat suddenly as i became the center of attention...they all had different expressions on their faces but i could tell that everyone seemed to be happy seeing me come out...at the time i just looked over everyone to see how they were doing and in particular hobura's look was a bit more complex when we met eyes again...there was still that underlying feeling of lust coming off her body but there were also other feelings which i couldn't identify for now and even the link between us made it clear what she felt making me a bit more nervous.

-Lord sorron !

I was surprised for a moment as i noticed that both hobuha and hoboku were actually standing right next to me, it seemed like they were guarding the entrance to anyone with mischief thoughts from entering the cave...which was really not so likely seeing the way how everyone genuinely felt happy to see me..

That aside i needed to organize some things before i start cooking the food it was important and something that would give us more of a organized direction to follow in the future helping each other to grow.

I invoked the transmission link between everyone and said.

-Everyone assemble at the center i need to talk to you now to speak of what we are going to do next.

Hoboku and hobuha who were both next to me heard the message and nodded to me seriously as they paced towards the center to stand in a line with everyone else who were walking towards it...before hoboku left though she stopped for a moment to give me a small wink before she walked to the others...i shouldn't have taught her that...

I shook my head a bit helpless as i looked towards the line of beautiful and strong female hobgoblins standing as if they were showing off for a model shooting but with a cool sense of seriousness their positions order came from the tallest to the smallest in the group which was hobuha who had a slight bitter expression on her face seeing that she was the smallest but at the same time more threatening girl in this group.

I also took the time to look at everyones faces and remember the times we spend together since i came to this world,them relying on me for their survival but now their strength together was far more superior to me but in the end i could see that all of them still acknowledged me as their true leader without complain their expression spoke thousand words without speaking and i felt lucky to be valued so high for these girls...hoboku was right when she said that there wasn't anyone who would want to oppose me and i am glad i finally was able to believe such thing.

I cleared my throat for a second as i announced to them having their undying attention towards me.

-Alright everyone lets begin from today on we are creating 3 different teams in this group !
