Underneath a cooking pot bristling flames erupted from it as it cooked up the stew radiating sweet smell and light steam from the top.

It was already morning and hoboku was still sleeping beside me with a pelt on top of her used as a blanket,i could see her exposed legs though which looked very alluring with her exposed shoulders revealing a part of her breasts almost making me pull the pelt higher because it was too distracting but in the end i feared that her nether regions would be too exposed so i didn't do anything and just tried to ignore it while keeping watch of our surroundings.

Since yesterday i didn't feel like sleeping and just decided to take night watch and let hoboku rest up.While i was doing that i also thought about what we did last night remembering in detail how we did it too making me face heat up a lot and squirm on the ground while holding my head of course...i was glad hoboku didn't see that...anyways in the end i decided to just put that thought to the back of my head and instead started to tinker with the spell i had and the results were actually really interesting.

Alright from what i know i can do a lot of things with one of which was to draw water from air,my knowledge with biology and chemistry helped me to figure out that air also contains hydrogen which can be translated into water for short and also by doing so my mastery shot of up to LvL.2 giving me a more familiar feeling with the element and letting me draw more water from the air itself was also a good discovery because when i first tried to draw water from the air the result was pathetically small drops of water hovering above the tips of my fingers i even thought that it was my own sweat at first until i was finally convinced on my third try which got easier the more i done it.

After leveling up once the result was impressive because now drawing water from the air got more easier and the drawn water was from in size comparable to a golf ball.

I also tried to draw water from the plants which was a bit easier then air and the result was also much bigger compared to sucking air for water leaving me with a ball of water the size of a football cutting my understanding of water at that time i understood that i could control or draw anything that had hydrogen in it shaping it was but another matter too because i soon found out that my skill level for wasn't enough to make a water sculpture of a dragon with a lot of detail,my first try was really nerve wrecking because when i let the ball of water hover between my hands i tried to imagine it forming into wings first which wasn't hard but the result was not good because the wings that were shaped looked really wrong a bit too thick and the shape wasn't right either,at first i thought that i just did something wrong but i soon realized that i just couldn't do anything about and the result would be always the same no matter what i tried it seems like my imagination is not enough meaning i have to have sufficient skill to be able to wield it properly which also led me to practice some more making some crude and elemental shapes such as squares and balls or triangles which were also hard to do i didn't know if this training was good enough but sure enough it got me another level and shot me into the LvL.3 reach which still wasn't enough to make detailed shapes but it helped to concentrate more and hold more water to my disposal.

For a minute i stopped doing the water shaping and quickly thought about what else i could do with this spell,by the way the mana consumption for this spell was really small as in 10MP to cast and 1MP for 2 seconds to hold the spell actively as in letting the water hover above me or fly in a specific direction this wasn't really a burden to me because i had 10 mana regen per second totally overwhelming the mana cost of the spell and letting me use it infinitely,weight and shape didn't seem to burden me too much but i still had a restriction as in i could only control 5 water balls the size of a basketball but i could also store that amount of water somewhere and just drawn another 5 set and put that somewhere else too repeating the process another time meaning that my currently mental capacity and skill were only capable of letting me control those 5 balls of water.

Other than that i also toyed with other aspects of this skill and i discovered that my max reach for this skill was 10 meters in radius,anything over that would diminish from my reach falling down into a splatter of water drops i also tried to replicate the spell and spell with this but it didn't work.When i tried to launch a towards somewhere i wasn't sure how to actually "Launch" it really.I first tried to make the ball fly in a straight line and then cut my control over it resulting in the water ball crumbling in its shape while mid air becoming a plain puddle when it hit the ground,in the end i could only lead the water ball towards someone near my vicinity and let it go but that wouldn't do anything other then making them wet there was also no speed for the ball to be able to brute force someone giving me the conclusion that it is impossible to actually replicate the spell with the spell without another aspect added to the whole ordeal.

When i first discovered that i didn't even try to replicate anymore because i knew the result would be the same so i actually just concentrated on the fact that i could control anything that had hydrogen in it so while thinking about it a idea popped in my head.

Blood...the body of any animal or human was always half water can i control that ? was the question so i tested it on a piece of meat that i got from my storage and the result was......really hard i guess well i wasn't even able to draw a tiny drop of the water because i could feel that something was hindering me from doing so.I could move the piece of meat slightly through my because the water was inside of the meat but that could also be just my delusion because the movement was only 2 or 4 milimeter's making me doubt how it really worked or maybe i just wasn't skill or allowed to do something like this...who knows.

I thought about this problem but i couldn't really understand it and just dismissed it for now because it was too advanced for a beginner like me instead i got hungry and thought of making some stew at the time because the morning sun was already setting up helped me a lot when i started cooking such as cleaning the ingredients and filling the pot with water,when i saw the sparkling clean water boil in the pot i thought about the impurities in the water and wondered if there were any present as a person i was really concerned about health issues and even more so because i had such body as mine of course i had really high immunity towards diseases for some unknown reasons,but it still got me conscious about my surroundings and even in this world i was extra careful to clean anything before i ate or drunk it,i would always boil the water at least 2 times before i used is as drinking or cooking water,in this world there was no such thing as tap water so i had to be cautious about the things i did and not involve my futuristic knowledge into my actions...this truly shows how much easier it was to live in a civilized society where you don't need to worry about anything but money.......

The topic of impurities got me thinking at the time but i really didn't care and just focused on my cooking,i sometimes would sub-consciously stare at hoboku while she slept ending up quickly shaking my head to get the evil thoughts out of my head,letting her rest up was more important because she was my main damage dealer without her surviving here would be almost impossible thats why i was thankful towards her and glad she was my ally and loyal to me too.

-hmm lord sorron..?

I was sitting next to hoboku while waiting for the stew finish cooking it seems like she has woken and in a drowsy tone she called my name...i would really like it if she called me just by name but that would probably come in the future.

-hey there sleepy head how you doing ?

I started stroking her head for a second happy to see a sweet smile plastered on her face when i started stroking her,she took this chance and grabbed my hand placing it next to her soft cheek purring softly to it,i could feel a excited and happy string of emotion flowing through our bonds it was warm and pleasant at the same time.

Even thought it felt nice to be like this we didn't have the leisure to continue so i told her to get dressed up while i put in some food for her.

As i was about to stand up,in the corner of my eyes i could see a very cheeky smile appearing on hoboku's face almost predatory like she jumped me and put my arm between her soft and huge breasts not letting me leave...i wondered if this was going to become a bad habit,but i was also worried if i could refuse such habit ?

Hoboku and i were really close to each other almost touching,she was staring into my blue eyes while i was looking at her bloody red ones looking at me seductively,i could tell she really wanted it but at the same time losing time wasn't affordable so i tried to tell her that over the transmission link we had because saying it through my voice was just too weak.

Receiving my message hoboku seemed a bit depressed but she understood and didn't try to toy around anymore but she still wanted some of it and just dove at me with a kiss which turned out quiet longer then it was supposed to happen but nothing other then that as she became tame again.

While i was fixing my clothing because of her i noticed that hoboku was also searching for her robe and she was even naked next to me having no shame and letting me see her no,she was more like daring me to do something about it which made me also tempted but i held it in and instead noticed another thing...hoboku was dirty...i don't mean it metaphorically but i mean it literally her body was a bit dirty from sweat to stained fluids that came from yesterday and it seemed like she was a bit itchy because of it but didn't try to do anything about and just endured while she searched for her black robe which was on the roof of this makeshift tent actually.

She seemed confused why i asked that,but after the next second there was a excited smile on her face and i could tell she was thinking something dirty right now...literally i mean.

In the end she was a bit disappointed but also relieved because i wasn't about to pounce on her but started cleaning her using the covering her with clean water and rubbing her body off with it letting the dirt and fluids meld with the water washing her clean and satisfied...but a bit disappointed i could tell.

Over all she seemed impressed about my and told me its a really balanced one and what kind good areas it had as a support or healing i found it funny that she tried to avoid the lack of offensive power it had to not make me sad about but i figured it out right away because she was trying too hard which made me a bit happy too rewarding her with a smile of mine.

Seeing me smile hoboku also smiled at me and stopped talking she was still naked beside me and acted like she wasn't,jiggling her breasts up and down while talking as if trying to tempt me with her demonic lust,i was glad that she finally put on her black robe and gave me some space to calm down as she started to devour her soup,there was quiet a lot in the pot and i didn't really make it for both of us because i wasn't able to eat much it was more for hoboku's sake because she ate a lot which reminded me that the rest of the female goblins also evolved into a hobgoblin meaning they will be equally as hungry as hoboku which made me pale for a second as i considered the fact of food shortage a possible outcome of this....

After hoboku ate her fourth bowl i just shook my head and started eating my own bowl finally getting a sweet taste of the soup into my mouth,the spoon and bowl were made out of wood so its no wonder that the it felt a bit weird putting it inside of my mouth but it was okay because i knew that it wouldn't change the way the food tasted and it tasted very good as if melting in my tongue i actually surprised by that because last time it wasn't that good so i thought about it and realized that my cooking skill had leveled up once more becoming LvL.5 which was a bit puzzling towards me because last time i saw this it was LvL.2...i didn't think much of it and just figured that it had leveled while i was distracted it was likely to have happened see me spacing out sometimes mostly while cooking.

-Lord sorron we have found something !

The slimes informed me while i was finishing my bowl.I was surprised and quickly asked them what they found and they say it is a pair of two 2 doors with 2 stone statues that look like soldiers holding spears each...well thats not really how they described it but i gave them points for being able to describe it to me with simple words until i connected my sense with them to meet the 2 statues that were holding a different spear on each side which were white and black respectively,there were also 2 doors on the left and on the right between those doors were the 2 statues and a big stone table with those wiggly characters i couldn't read but hoboku could!

While i was at it i listened to their report on how they got here and it seems like the long straight hallway they were walking ended up in a split passage on two sides and because hoboku and i were doing some "Activities" they didn't want to disturb as and instead tried to figure it out themselves which got me really impressed for some reason because it seems like through trial and error they were able to find the right path but on the way they had to sacrifice 10 slimes to get the right passage...

I was actually speechless about that and with that came the obvious question...where are those 10 slimes ? and as it turns out there was another split passage with which ran into 3 different directions after that were 4 and then finally 5 the slimes thought about it in a really smart and un-humane way by letting 1 of the slimes go a random passage and see if its deadly or not,they knew it was deadly if a slime dies while walking that passage and continued to use another random passage until they found the right one ending up in that strange room of course...

If you think about it only beasts or animals could do such horrible feats of sacrifice for a measly answer anyone else would be scared witless by the concept of the death if they chose the wrong way even now teenagers nowadays are scared of the future just because of the career choice which most of them aren't even sure of but slimes...they always acted rationally and didn't seem to possess that mortal fear i kinda admired them for being able to do something like this but at the same time i felt a bitter taste in my mouth because of the loss of 10 slimes which wasn't really a lot seeing that i could make much more but still it was a loss and i didn't like to take one if it wasn't needed thats the job of a leader who was me.

Thinking about it i soon realized that they missed 4 times in every passage even the first one which had a 50% percent chance of success...I shook my head for a second out of helplessness.

As i was sitting like that making a slight frown i didn't notice that hoboku had sneaked up from behind surprising me and also making me flinch for a second as i could feel her soft breasts spreading on my back,feeling the warmth coming from them which was nice...she hugged me and also started fondling me for a second touching me in some bold places which i normally wouldn't let anyone touch me at of course but now that was gone replaced with a bit of mortal pleasure as she started to move her hand down very slowly as if she was trying to catch a scared rabbit by its ears as to not make it run away out of fear even small comfort like this was almost predatory like for her and i could hear her slight breathing getting stronger and stronger as she got closer to her real goal about to grab the ears of the clueless rabbit she had in her pawns...

But who said i was that clueless ?With a amused smiled i told hoboku.

-hoboku we should start getting into the tomb we have some information about it and wasting time is not really helpful.

I empathized about the last part with "wasting time" to let her know what i meant by that on the process i also grabbed onto her sneaky hand which was about to move onto my crotch,she did good by distracting me with her breasts and other hand which was stroking my chest while trying to move her hand towards somewhere were she could get her goal but that wasn't easy like that and playing hard to get is something also enjoyable.

Hoboku growled for a second a bit bitter on her face as she failed to do what she wanted to do,she stood p from her face with a slight predatory gaze and started following me,i could see it was not over yet and she would try everything she knew to get me down of course.

Huuhhh why do i feel like she is the man in this relationship ? I don't know.

With that thought hoboku and i opened the door to the tomb and got inside,i also told the rest of the slimes to come with us because i didn't see any reason not to including the 5 little pups which i was a bit worried about so i kept a sharp look at them at all times to let me heart got at ease.
