Knowing that, I started to know that I’m currently embracing her. Though, I can move pass through her like nothing. This made me feel even worse. I’m starting to become familiar with this feeling of being ghost. I also found that her pain is caused by Pure Ancient Ice Mana inside her body.

I shook my head and focus on the matter at hand. I don’t know why I’m doing here, but well, I guess I relieve her from her pain. Just like the first time I use Nature Blend. I circulated my qi into her body, and removed those Pure Ancient Ice mana.

The moment I sent my qi into her body, I felt the pain of foreign object being injected into body. DAMN! Is this how one feel when being injected with qi??!! And so I researched the map, and popular place. I also researched time and number of people on usual holiday. It was painstaking work, but the master plan of conquering the amusement park was completed the night before it.

I conveyed everything I had into picture and feeling directly. Strangely, the murderous instinct vanished without a trace, and this girl is playing back the memory of that amusement park in her mind as if she was sleeping.

Seeing that, I felt relieved, and then I continued absorbing the Pure Ancient Ice Mana in that place. I was skeptical at first, but now I knew clearly that Pure Ancient Ice mana is dense in this place. No matter how hard I absorbed, the amount in the air stayed the same.

This is going bad, if the mana get inside her body again, she would just keep feeling the same thing. I frowned thinking for a while, and then I came up with something.

All I need is to get her body accustom to this energy, and to get resistance to this energy. I injected my qi in her body again, and this time I circulated the energy I got into her core. It was a two process where I absorbed the energy from outside, and then I inject that energy into her body to get her get used to it little by little. I thought that there was some resistance in her body, but she’s accepting the energy easily.

It wasn’t before long that her body started to absorb the energy from the outside as well. That’s when I removed my qi from her body and see if she got resistance from the Pure Ancient Ice mana as well. Since everything has been taken care of, I let go of her and went away. I already helped her, so let’s get on going. I need to escape from this place.

The moment I got away from her, the whole place started to brighten up. It wasn’t dark and gloomy as before. I started to see thing clearly that I’m in some kind of frozen chamber. Since the light is already bright enough, I think I can see the one I just save. I turned around to see her and then I was surprised.

Cyanic hair and eyes girl sleeping soundly while being cuffed and chained with frozen chain. And more importantly, she has wolf ear on her head.

I got a close look at her, but then suddenly I was engulfed in light. When I opened my eyes I’m a different place.

I looked up and then I saw that existence. It has no form, and like a smoke of ice crystal, it floated there sparkling its cyanic light. I don’t know why, but when I looked up to it, I can feel the majestic and noble feeling from it.

“Who are you?”

“I am ice. Ice spirit, Spirit of Hail, Spirit of Freezing hell, Spirit of Eternal frozen Abyss. I’m called by many names, but one thing stay true. I’m Ice. The very existence itself. Without me, ice doesn’t exist. Likewise, without ice, I can’t exist as well. However, who I am isn’t important, the important one is that I am the one who call you over. Otherworldly Hero.”

There’s more question I want to ask especially who that bastard is, but Spirit-chan said that it’s too dangerous just to know his name. The reason why she said that was because she got cursed and sealed when she knew that bastard name. And then she told me that time will reveal everything.

And so, Spirit-chan asked me to save this country.

There’re 3 assassins dressed in black attacking a single blond girl. Their attacks are relentless, and they kept going strong. However, the blond girl fended off their attack in great speed as well. Her stance is a bit off, but she got speed to back it up. Maybe her footing in the snow is bad or something, I’m not sure.

Those assassins are pretty amazing in their way as well. They aren’t as fast as that blond girl, but their team works is on whole another level. They managed to fend off and protect their partners from sharp and fast counter. Rather than focusing on countering and pressing her, they relied on defensive countering which will made her waste more of her energy. Great tactic.

I don’t feel like barging into their fight since it looks like it will be a stalemate. I think both side will run out of the stamina at the same time. However, I’m not concerned with their fight. I’m looking for Shifun-chan.

What’s with this stats?!! You’re becoming more like a cheat!! And what’s with secondary class? Why the hell everyone seems to get it?!! This girl, she even got a hidden stats! And she has core affinity with ‘Sky’, never recorded before element!

This is getting worse and worse, and that I know about their status. One wrong in this battle can be lethal. Speaking of devil, blond Shifun just got into a trap made by Sampa. The fact that she’s an idiot doesn’t change, huh? Guess, it’s my cue? I stood up and jumped in between them.

They all has stunned expression. As I jumped in between them, and I use Ice Domain and Snow Field to destroy their weapon. I also use Mana Freeze to destroy the trap as well.

I shouted out in anger. All of them retreated a step at my words. The 3 assassins softened their murderous instinct when they looked at me. They were hesitated whether to charge or retreat.

“White-san! It’s dangerous. So get behin – Uuu”

Blond Baka is trying to get between me and the assassins, but my protection gimmick kicked in as Kori launched from my head knocking her in the face.

Blond Baka retreated 3 steps, but she didn’t fall off.

Blond Baka peeled off Kori from her face and tickled her.

Sampa shouted while those two girls are still frozen stiff. Why are they afraid so much? Arh~ come to think of it, they must be afraid. I’m a guy who kill off those solider with ease after all. And they think that I don’t know who they are, and thought that they were normal assassin. So in their eyes, I’m a guy who can kill them off like squatting a fly? That’s a bit sad.

Sampa is going strong while desperately trying to wound me even for a bit. However, she’s a bit reluctant to hurt me when given chance. This girl, what’s she thinking of? Is she hesitated because I save her life? Still going like this, even I’m sick of this. Sampa made a last suicidal attack.

I knocked her on the head in same manner as Shifun-chan. She held her head in pain.

I said that, and then she stiffened up. And then I placed my hand on her head.

I called Gosa and Kara to come closer. And then –

And then she started explaining her story. It began with how she about and how this happened. Of course, she didn’t mention the guild and who ordered her to do it.

Listening to her story, it was quite ironic how they struggled through all of that. According to her, she lived in a family of 12 siblings. I smiled since I found that it was a full set Zodiac! If it’s a game, I would do my best to acquire them. However, this is different from the game.

As I was pondering of what to do, I thought of something. The quest is really hard, and I know that I can’t win alone. So I’ll need a lot of ally. If my hypothesis is correct, then there should be another 5 of her sibling in this place. And according to their information, they came in this place this morning. Combining what ice Spirit told me, I concluded that since our time flowed differently, the portal opened in a different time as well.

If I’m the first, Shifun-chan the second, these 3 girls the third, then many more has yet to come. Bell should appear later so sooner as well. Knowing that, I have a peace of mind since I don’t have to worry her running into monster of this world.
