The One Moon Chapter 24
“How…” Moonhan was curious how he knew.
“I’m not a suspicious person or anything, it’s just I’m from that orphanage too. I made a friend named Moonhan there. I tried to look for which family he got adopted by when I turned 16 but I couldn’t find any info except that he now lived alone. Your name matched and seeing you today, you looked like him so…”
Moonhan opened the stall door with tears.
“...Min min.. Your Min min…”
Moonhan was sobbing louder. Seeing this and hearing the old nickname, Minato started sobbing too. Moonhan clenched onto Minato clothes and Minato embraced him into his chest.
The two cried together for a while. They sat down together near the walls of the restroom to calm down.
Meanwhile, J Boys and Swan boys were looking for their lost member.
The two groups gathered together and revealed their issue.
The group's members knowing each member had some issues, got worried. Then Eric spoke up.
“Their probably in the toilet. I saw both of them enter there. I think they’re fine” he said.
Actually, Eric noticed Moonhan went down to the bathroom and Minato came in later. He noticed the two stayed longer than he expected and went to check what was up. He opened the door a peak and saw the two in a hug and crying. He decided to not intrude and stayed outside the door for a little taking in the sight. He stayed until they stopped crying and sat down together.
“One of the J boys members was upset, why didn’t you say anything earlier?!”
His own members were also upset. The upset J boys member grabbed Eric’s shirt collar. The other member tried to calm him down.
Junghwan still on the same team as Eric tho he was upset went in to calm the situation down. Eric frustrated at the stranger who grabbed him was about to shove him down then paused when he saw 2 boys in a messy situation and puffy eyes walk out of the restroom holding hands.
“What’s happening?” The two said at the same time.

“...” The situation bewildered them and worried them but seeing how they were holding hands and looking close to each other. They calmed down.
Junghwan was glad the staff left on break and cameras were shut down. If this were to get out, who knew what damage would cause both groups.
“Okay, everyone calm down, J boys what do you think of coming to our dorms for a little while. We need to talk.”
“No way I am,” said the upset member.
“Sigh, the other member introduced himself. “My name is Hayashi Akira. Since our member started the fuss, I’d like to invite you to our dorms and treat you to dinner. Is that okay?”
“Ah”, Junghwan turned toward Eric who just said “tch” then towards Moonhan who was still attached to the other member.
“Yes, that’s fine.” On their way there, they introduced each other.
“The stubborn mule here is my cousin Hayashi Haruto. Sorry, for the fuss.”
“No, no I also apologize for Eric’s actions said Junghwan.
“Oh, our youngest member is Nakamura Minato. It seems he and one of your members are quite close.”
“Oh yeah, he’s Han Moonhan. I’m also surprised. Said Junghwan.
They arrived at their dorm and walked in. Each took a seat on a couch, some sat on the dinner table. The 2 puffy-eyed members sat next to each other on the love seat. Not holding hands anymore but had their arms locked to each other.
“Now, let’s explain the situation. Eric, state your case.” Said Junghwan.
“Tch. I noticed Moonhan went down to the bathroom and Minato came in later. The two stayed longer than I expected and went to check. They were in a hug and crying. I decided to not intrude and I left.”
“...” Haruto knew he was in the wrong.
“Now Haruto, what do you have to say?” said Akira.
“I’m sorry…”
“Louder and for what?”
“I’m sorry to Eric who I thought was hiding Minato from us and jumping to conclusions.”
“Good,” said Akira.
“Now, It’s your turn, you youngins” said Akira

Still locking their arms, Minato spoke.
“Well, we’re old friends. We were in the same orphanage together when we were younger. We haven’t seen each other in a long time.”
Moonhan added, “Yeah, we just found each other’s identities in the restroom.”
“We were quite close when we were younger and went through hard times together,” said Minato.
The others were quiet and just listened.
“You see, the orphanage we were in was run by not-so-good people and mistreated many orphans there. After it shut down, all the orphans were sent to a new family.”
Moonhan hearing Minato say this knew he had to explain why he was living alone. He hoped the members would forget about that part.
“I was looking for Moonhan, but I never found out where he went, until now…”
Moonhan’s members were curious about his family now. Siwoo knew a little about his father from spying on him and Junghwan heard from Moonhan that his family was dead. Junghwan thought because his family was dead, it was hard for Minato to find him but was still curious about how Han got to where he was when he met him.
“I have a question, then,” Ren asked.
“Moonhan, then why didn’t you live with the family who adopted you?”
“...”
“Truthfully, they are in prison…”
Everyone was surprised. Junghwan was extra surprised since Han lied to him.
“In prison!? Did they do something to you?” Minato said worriedly.
Han looked to Junghwan.
“Sorry, hyung.” Ignoring Minato’s question.
“...” It’s fine, at least the truth is revealed. It must’ve been something you didn’t want to be revealed yet right, it’s fine.”
The others guessed what happened between the two and left it be. What they wanted to know was why they were in prison.
“Then, can you tell us why they are in prison now?” Said Junghwan
“...”
“They weren’t the nicest people. The whole family was bad people doing bad things.”
“I don’t really want to talk about them. Luckily, they disowned me before they got caught doing things, so I’m not part of their family anymore. I’m quite lucky, aren’t I?”
Minato hearing this gripped his arm harder as to try to comfort Han.
Eric spoke up. “Sigh, yes, what a lucky brat you are…”
Everyone was shocked. They knew a lot more about Han and some were scared for him. Some were scared of him. The 2 J boys members who didn’t know Han before this were scared of him. Han was related to a family who went to prison. Ren grew a little scared too. Many were surprised and pitied him.
Akira then spoke. “Ok, then. Now, that we got this figured out. Let’s go eat dinner. I know a good BBQ place nearby.
Everyone agreed. They needed food and rest for tomorrow.
Moonhan decided to stay in.
“I’m good. I can buy ramen from the convenience store…”
“If Han’s staying, then I’m staying,” Minato said.
They let the two stay together. Akira and Haruto were a little worried but decided to let it go and let the two stay.
When everyone left, Minato embraced Han in a tight hug.
No words were said. Minato just silently patted his back to comfort him.
Han started crying and hugging Minato back.
The members heard the cry. They were still outside the door and Moonhan cried quite loudly. Akira was about to go back in and check but Eric stopped him. He was the last one out and slightly saw Han’s face.
“Don’t. Just let Han cry. He won’t do anything to Minato. Minato was just hugging him.”
Eric knew others were a little on edge after hearing Moonhan’s adopted family was in prison. Even tho they knew they were not Han’s family anymore, they were scared still having a connection with prisoners, members were scared. Many didn’t want to be involved with bad people at all or people who brought upon it… Akira and Ren were especially worried that being involved with him would be a bad thing.
After the cries, Minato and Han fell asleep together on the sofa tired from crying. Looking close as ever.

To Become a Troll: A Monster Evolution Story
Thrust into the supernatural world of the deep forest, Paul finds himself in a situation where he could find himself prey to pretty much every other creature and animal around. If he's to survive, he must shed his weak form to grow stronger and survive. But the forest is full of creatures beyond human understanding, that act without the need for food or shelter and that seem to exist for the sole purpose of dragging humans to the bottom of a murky river. Is it really possible to kill such creatures when your only strength is physical prowess? --- A monster evolution story based on Swedish creature mythology. The focus will overwhelmingly be on the progression of the main character and his slow increase in strength. Although many of the creatures are based on Swedish creature mythology, I have taken creative liberties in order to ensure that evolution lines and the such are in line with the usual. The main thought I had when going into this is that I want to delay the "meeting a human" section as much as possible. My plan is to get him to endgame levels of strength before even sniffing the possibility of seeing a human. Whether I'm actually able to do this remains to be seen, but I'm holding my thumbs! Also, I'm aware that there are other troll evolution stories, but this is unrelated to them. They can do their stuff and I'll do mine, but this is in no way related to any of them. That said, hope you enjoy it!

8 108Apostle of the Goddess
A disappointed man dreams of leaving the confines of Earth and living adventures in fantastic realms...Suddenly, his wish is granted... Albeit in a far different way from what he could have expected. An isekai genre story with a few elements from LitRPG. The overall tone will be jumping back and forth from light to dark. Expect a lot of references to anime, manga, games, etc.It is written in first-person view and will contain a side-story using a "real-life" character. Initially, the MC will be writing the story as a true journal, so the prologue and first chapters may appear a mess of things that already happened, journal entries, and afterthoughts. A few chapters in, it will change into a normal, first-person manner retelling of what happened (storywise the character "Records" what happened to him). This is a side project of mine, so I will be uploading a few chapters per month. Chapters may have a severe difference in length (albeit I will try to maintain them around 3k), but expect the overall monthly word count to be not less than 15k words.Author recommendation, if you intend to follow the story, read the new updates once a month (counting from the day the first chapter is uploaded). Content Warning: I do intend to include a few disturbing moments to emphasize the darkness of the human (and other beings) nature, so please consider that even though some chapters (especially the starting ones) are kinda like a comedy routine.
