This is quite relaxing , i never knew floating in water would be this relaxing, if only not for this sulfur smell and orange glow....

It's diameter is approximately 7kms. When he neared the land he noticed vegetation near the bank. He saw a tree growing out of the rocky area. It is twice his height and has red colored round fruits growing on it. He got onto the bank and used gift of knowledge on the fruit when he got close to the tree.

Fire fruit! only grows near extreme high temperatures. But oddly this fruit has high healing properties up to lvl10,

He sat down on and started organizing what he understood

when i do an action for first time notification shows to me what i did and its effects on me. But if i repeat it again and again notification will not show me my action but only its consequence. Also there seem to be a limit on how many times i can use same resource to gain lvl ups and other bonuses. Also floating in lava to gain lvl ups is a very slow method. It took me 2hrs to reach the bank. Which means the lvl up i got in those 2hrs was at best 0.1%. That means i must have been floating for more than 200hrs! I was unconscious for almost 10 days. Thank god this is fiery pit, if not i would have already been preyed upon.

Then he used gift of knowledge on his title flame itself.

Flame itself. Your body cannot be hurt by flames or any type of heat attacks. But because your body is made up of flesh and blood your body does not have any weakness towards any water elemental. By bathing in or consuming new heat sources new skills will be added to you and sometimes you will lvl up

K that is new information! i did not see this new information when i got the notification for the first time. May be gift of knowledge improves the information i get if it is repeatedly used upon the same things.

So i am right.

He got up and started observing his surroundings. He noticed a cave up above in the rocky walls. Probably that is the way out.He tried to climb but there was no traction to stick to the rocky walls or any proper groves to climb up. He tried to burn few groves into the wall with his flames but that took too long. To form one small grove it took him almost 1hr and he almost depleted his mana reserves to half.

First he tried to increase the flame temperature and that helped a little in increasing the grove size but it also increased the mana consumption rate by thrice the speed!

After almost two hrs Pragna found the optimal temperature to melt a grove. But by then he formed only two groves and he was completely out of mana. He felt a new kind of exhaustion. He is still psychically fine but yet there was this mental taxation feeling. He sat down on the rocky floor to recover his mana, and it was ssssslllooooowww!!. For 1 min he recovered 10 mana. So he need 1hr to recover his depletion. Also he observed one thing. For some reason his status window does not show recovery rate of mana or health.

As he is worrying about how to recover fast, he got an idea while observing the lava.

This is may actually work but ...... no at this point i have to try it.

He walked towards the lava lake, cupped his hands and took a small amount of lava into it. It is quite heavy. After a moment of hesitation he drank it.

He repeated that process till his mana resources are full again. With this it is conformed to him that in case of Direct fire sources he will never develop resistance towards it nourishment effect.

He went back to making the groves. The cave is almost 2kms above him! It took him 2hrs to create two groves. At this rate it will take him days before he can reach it. But it nor deter him. He wanted to see the outside world.

He started to make groves. This time it took him 1hr 54 mins to create 2 groves. He was still left with a small 12 mana reserve.

He went back to lava lake, he drank till his mana reserves for full.

He started creating groves again.

He continued this mundane, vicious boring cycle for hours together without sleep or rest.

After many laboring and taxing hours and many notifications he reached 1km distance.

At beginning it took lot time and concentration to create the groves. But slowly and steadily, time and mana he needed to make the groves started decreasing.

When he was at 700m mark he got this notification..

After that things got little bit easy. It took him only 15 mins to create one grove and not only that his limit increased to creating 9 groves till all his mana reserves were depleted.

And So the process continued He would create groves till he was out of mana. Then climb down, drink lava, climb and start again. When he reached 1.4kms and came back to drink lava, the moment he took his first gulp he got this notification

By constantly consuming lava your body got accustomed to the earth element present in it. You gained lowest earth affinity, lvl1.

you gained a small ability to manipulate earth.

Pragna immediately put his abilities to test. Before it took him at least 11 mins to create a proper fist size hole in this rock, but now his hand went into the rock like a hot knife into butter! Entire process was smooth beyond belief.

With boosted confidence he started climbing again. He finally reached the cave. After 156hrs of grueling hard work he finally reached the cave!

And like this Pragna took his first step towards 12 fire islands.
