《Ley World-The Game》Chapter 32

Opening up his Kill-Store, he finally went into the Familiars section. There, he saw a multitude of options, ranging from a sentient spaceship to a small parasite that would go into people's bodies and chew away at their spinal cord.
Going to the end, he saw what he wanted, a custom option. Pressing it, he got ready to create the most insane familiar to ever exist. He built it around one main objective, to destroy planets, but still be cheap at the start. He slowly tweaked it for half an hour before he smiled, happy with what he had created.
It was a half-sentient spaceship, but instead of having millions of guns or anything, it was, at the start, just equipped with one thing. The Model Delta V Di-Tract Beam 2.3. It was a beam of energy, that when in contact with any matter, other than the owner and the actual ship itself, would slowly separate the atomic bonds of the matter, and separate all the separate elements into their purest forms. If it mined a planet made of iron and dirt then it would get a lot of 'Fe', and whatever elements make up dirt.
The Beam would then absorb the elements into an inter-dimensional storage in the ship, roughly 1/2 the size of the ship. it would then combine those elements into the materials it needed to expand its size. It would slowly grow in size, and eventually, reach the size of a planet, but that would take a long time.
He would probably get it to a few thousand kilometers in length, and then just have it stop growing, allowing him to collect and use the materials in his world. It would control itself, and as it grew its sentience would also grow, slowly making it have less of a robotic personality and more of a human one, except it's a huge planet-eater personality.

It sounded too good to be true, when he looked at the cost, merely 10,000 Kill-Coins, of which he had close to 350,000 of. The only problem would be that it started off at a size of 1 by 1 by 1 centimeters. He could expand the starting size to 2 by 2 by 2, but that would increase the price of it to over 100,000 coins, and that seemed like a bit much for such a small change.
Another positive of it was that he didn't need to absorb planets into his world, as since it was a familiar it could go out and do everything on its own. He probably would create a small mining area in his world, but that would be for later.
Right now, he had what he wanted, and he bought it.
Instantly, he got booted out of his inner world.
Looking around, he saw a small mass of light congregating near him. It's brightness flared before all but vanishing.
Standing in its place was a Deep-Blue colored cube. It was Deep-Blue because that's the color of Jhordite, the most expensive and strongest known material, which he made the ship out of.
Looking at it, he heard a metallic and raspy voice in his head.
'Hello. I am Cosmic Devourer #00001. I am pleased to meet you, creator. How do you wish for me to expand?'
"What do you mean choose how I wish for you to expand?"
'I can either grow around the Di-Tract Beam, making it bigger and making it easier for me to absorb and use elements, or I can grow into a Colony Mother-ship, capable of housing millions of people. On the other hand, I could simply grow into a massive starship, thousands of kilometers long, lined with state-of-the-art weapons from my own computational designs.'

"Hmmm. Currently, I want you to expand your beam and devouring capabilities. Later on, we shall see what I will need you to grow into. For now, stay in here."
He opened his pocket, and let it stay there. He also took a small stick and broke it before placing it into his pocket. He saw a little orange flash, and then a small line of pure red stabbed into one of the pieces.
*I guess that's the beam it had. But it seems a little overpowered. Able to grow into anything, it would definitely have a good future, if he managed to keep it alive long enough for that to happen. It also would probably attract a lot of enemies, scared of its offensive capabilities, or just wanting to take it for their own. This will be fun.*
