I feel how the warm sun hits my eyes through the eyelids. The sun is licking the exposed skin on my left arm and the air feels damp. In the distance I hear the sounds of... Carts? People talking? Where am I exactly?
As I sit up I open my eyes and the view surprises me. I sit on top of a sand mound and all around me can I see walls encircling the area around me down below. As far as my eyes can see, houses, massive interconnected castles and chimneys with smoke rising out of them are everywhere. A landscape made out of nothing but man made stuff!
"No way..." I say in disbelief as I rub my eyes and look again.
Dungeon entrance discovered.
Enormous city... Dungeon entrance... Wait, it can only mean one thing... The humans are the only ones which got a dungeon in their city! But wait... Why did I end up here of all places? Too many questions, and no answers for any of them!
As I continue to think about my situation my tummy reminds me that I should eat. Good thing I brought with me this leg from that pig man. I hope it at least tastes pork and not as terrible as those dungeon rats.
"Breakfast. I guess..." I say to myself before I yawn and stretch my aching body. Using my wooden branch to help me, I slowly rise up from the sandy ground. As I stand up I get a better look at the walled in dungeon entrance area. Downhill from this sand mound I can see the occasional pine tree and boulder. But what got my attention the most was the small lake which was connected to a river going all the way down from a mountain to the west of me. I found where to go next. I really need a bath. I just say: "Here we go."
After about ten minutes I arrived at the small lake, and all around it could I find litter like wooden planks, old decaying cloth, strips of leather and other nasty things. The humans certainly do not care about beauty!
Using rocks and planks lying around I make something resembling a fireplace and light it up with my [Lesser dark bolt]. By using a stick lying on the ground I put it through the monster leg with the help of my knife. Then starts the long process of roasting it over the fire...

After the leg which was being slowly roasted started to look finished, the smell of pork filled the air again. It made my mouth start to water. Humanoid or not from which it came from, I am starving! Ethics can be thought of later! Not being able to wait anymore I start wolfing down the meat straight off the bone. Amazingly it is still edible after being out for this long.
For what felt like an instant my face and hands are now covered in meat juices and fat. Not very ladylike, but I do not care. I wash my hands and face in the lake before taking off my ruined nightgown. I stepped down into the cool lake. It took quite a while to clean but eventually all mud and ingrained sweat is gone.
Once I felt clean enough I put on my nightgown again to regain some modesty. I really need to get proper clothing once I enter the city. Maybe I can acquire or charm myself a pair? A fashionable leather corset with matching leather pants under a cute robe is the ideal! Maybe a cute leather pouch on the side too? Ahh~ How I miss being dressed fashionable again.
I kept thinking about dresses, fashion, cake, tea and other such girly things as I walked along the wall hoping to find an exit. During the whole time I wore Carrot on my back like backpack and used my wooden branch as a walking stick. Arbri's wooden branch sure is a great multi purpose tool! Speaking of which, it seems to be a lot more different than before...
Crimson wood branch
Weapon Class: Club (Improvised)
Damage: 8 (4 from Base + 4 from Material)
Eldritch aura: Beings of non eldritch heritage find being around this object to be uncomfortable.
A corrupted dried out branch from a chromatic tree. The crystallized mana is corrupted by eldritch influence and the staining of monster blood.
That doesn't sound ominous at all, does it? Also it feels a lot more easier lugging it around too, must be that intense training the boxes gabbed on about.
After quite a while I finally found a gate which was not closed down. The open gate itself was enough to let through a carriage five horses wide if it needed to! What would they even need that for? Compared to the castle gate at home this one is enormous. I guess the humans really love big things...
While absentmindedly walking right into open gate I bumped into a large mans back with my nose in front of me. Because I did not pay any attention I fell back onto my butt.
"Owie..." I say as I am holding my nose which bumped into the large man. The man noticed that something hit his back and slowly started to face me. His face was that of a lion and only then did I notice that he got a tail sticking out from his backside. He wore what looked like chain mail armor with just one metal pauldron and leather pants on his legs. No boots because his enormous paws obviously could not fit into anything made by humans. And finally on the shoulder without a pauldron he rested an enormous axe with two blades.

"Hmm..." The lion faced man said as he looked at what hit him. But then he realized that he could not see it, so he then looked down directly at me. His face first looked annoyed, but then it quickly shifted to one of worry as he looked at my left arm which got a bloodied improvised bandage wrapped around it.
He then squats down next to me and I can then see behind him two other people. Two women in robes with amulets having different symbols. What I also could make out is that one of the women has horns not too unlike mine sticking out of the robe. The man then starts talking to me.
"Who are you little one?"
"Uhm... Uh..." I try to talk but I feel like something is blocking my words in my head. The lion faced man then looks at my left arm again.
"Hrm... Little one is hurt." He then gently puts his oversized hand which looks like a mix between a feline paw and human hand under my left arm. His soft fur between the pads feels oddly calming to me.
"M- My name is Bi- Biali!" I finally manage to stutter out after unclogging that block in my head. Ever since I left the dungeon away from Arbri, I feel like my social skills has eroded massively. What is going on!?
"I see." The man then says and looks over his shoulder to the two ladies behind him. He makes a gesture with his head urging them to come over. Which they do after briefly looking at each other.
"What is the matter now, Khan?" Says the lady with the horns which I notice now got quite big assets on her chest in which the robe does not help to hide at all. Her beautiful face is partly veiled by her brown hair.
"You found a lost lamb-" The other lady which looks got no defining features comes up to me and immediately set her eyes on my bandaged left arm. Then she puts her right palm partly over her mouth and looks worried. "-what happened to you, child!?"
Why are they looking like they want to help me? Can't they see that I am the daughter of the Supreme Evil himself? Are they heroes or not? I am so confused...
"Looks like the little one came from the dungeon." Says Khan as he released my left arm and then stands up as he looks at the sandy mound. "Thought little ones were not allowed to enter it." The women in robes then looks at him and then at me.
"With how Biali looks, she must has been desperate." Says the not horned woman as she sits next to me. Her face is filled with empathy. "Tell me Biali, why did you go to the dungeon?"
I feel shocked. I did not expect the inhabitants of the city to treat me with kindness at all. I has been on guard all this time, but I do not feel any hostility from these people at all. Should I tell her the truth or lie? What if she tells the heroes and then they kill me? I now just stare at the ground and feels how panic showers all over me. The horned woman then starts talking again.
"Biali must has been through a lot. I'll take her over to the church and wait until she has calmed down." The horned woman then picks me up effortlessly and I am in no mood to resist at all. Her picking me up feels like how mommy used to do it when I was a child. This soothed me greatly and it all felt like a blur as she walked through the packed streets. I ended up falling asleep because all of the stress I built up until now just vanished in an instant...
Later in the day I woke up in a bed inside a room which was entirely built out of gray stone bricks. The only light which was let in is through a small window slit. When I pull off the blanket I feel like I am now in a fresh set of clothing. It is a robe much like what the ladies wore but in my size.
Feeling conflicted of my situation I just sit there in the bed frozen at what to do next. I looked at my hands all this time while blanking in and out in deep thought.
"What do I do now?" I mutter to myself as I look out the window slit. Then suddenly I get the thought of what I miss the most right now. "I miss mommy and daddy..." I say as I start crying and hugs the pillow in the bed. I feel like all my walls I built up in my head eroded at the point when I got carried into this church.
I wept for a long while as I thought of my family, friends and of home. With nothing holding me back all bottled up feelings were let out in an instant.
"...how pathetic..." I mutter to myself while still sniffling. "...the daughter of the Supreme Evil himself acting like this..." I smile and let out a chuckle. "I guess at our core we are emotional beings after all..." This must has been the biggest piece of self reflection I has made so far in my life.
I finally let myself up and I notice that next to my bed lie my plushie, wooden branch and belt with knife. My ruined nightgown is nowhere to be seen. Maybe its for the best... It is nothing but bad memories at this point. Also it looks like my plushie Carrot is no longer animated because of the lack of smoke coming out from its eyes. Must has run out of stored magic by the time I reached the gate.
Then I hear knocking on the door to the room from outside.

Home of Laplace
I opened my eyes to an unfamiliar mountain peak standing tall above me like seeing a skyscraper from the street. Soon the chilling burn of the snow that covered me began to invade my senses and I flung my torso upward, sitting up straight. I grabbed my head in confusion as my eyes surveyed the area around me: The corner of a mountain wall stood menacingly in front of me accompanied by thin, dangerous looking paths on either side. The likes of which only adrenaline-seeking psychopaths would use. I turned my head backwards and felt my heart drop as what looked like an infinitely long freefall met my gaze. I was sitting on the ledge of a snow-covered mountain. "CRKKKK" A heart-shaking croaking sounded from above me further up the mountain and I jolted backwards at the impossibly loud sound. 'Shit, wasn't there nothing behind me?' The sound of cracking stone accompanied the heart dropping sensation of descension. As I plunged down backwards, the last thing I saw was the deep-set brown eyes of that blue-skinned monstrosity further up the mountain. ----------------------------------------------------- Levi Laplace is a former genius biochemistry student that died a simple and laughable death on earth. Master Garner, a wizard in the scarcely populated far West of the Realm, feels the situation getting out of hand, and a violent purge forces him out of his beloved Tower. The wizard takes his apprentices and allies in search of uncertain safety in the Third Spire. Descent into Mayhem
After two hundred years of isolation, the colonists of Capicua, a fertile super-earth orbiting Gliese 667C, are suddenly faced with an unknown and hostile military force. Oblivious to the impending invasion, Toni Miura joins Capicua's decrepit armed forces in a bid to escape domestic troubles, aiming for the privilege of driving the Hammerhead, a bipedal mobile suit which is the epitome of his planet's ailing warrior spirit. With the arrival of the earthborn invaders, Toni's unqualified platoon, brimming with misfits and plagued by internal differences, is suddenly thrown into the midst of battle. Abandoned by their seniors in the course of their mission, Toni and the remnants of his unit become lost in a world which, owing to the nature of its orbit, suffers periodically from planet-wide hurricane conditions. So begins a race against time, where a handful of cadets will be forced to outmaneuver a pursuing enemy in the boondocks of a turbulent planet, all the while seeking to deliver an odd but important Bavarian prisoner-of-war to their headquarters.
