Garlic and shallot minced to paste, pork and snake meat cut to small pieces, slices mushrooms, chilli paste, beaten eggs, some condiments, and lastly, rice. That's all the ingredients for a simple but delicious fried rice.

Yan Xiu took out a big wok and heat up some oil in it, when the oil hot enough, the pork and snake meat went in. When the meat half-cooked, garlic and shallot was tossed in and stir fried until it's fragrant. Then he added beaten eggs lightly flavored with salt and pepper.

He scrambled the egg and other ingredients into one before the sliced mushrooms were tossed in, the mushrooms was lightly cooked. Before the egg completely cooked, goes in the rice. He stirred it briefly before adding salt, pepper, chilli paste, and soy sauce.

Then he stirred it carefully to make sure the taste spread evenly and all the ingredients and rice combined to one. The delicious smell of the fried rice engulfed the whole room.

Bai Yuan and Chen Hanchen closes their eyes and took a deep breath, savoring the delicious smell. Xiao Musheng also couldn't help but took a deep breath, the smell was hard to resist. The three of them focused their attention on the wok, waiting for the content be ready and served.

The fire was put out and the fried rice was left to rest, Yan Xiu took out a huge bowl and poured the fried rice into it. The reddish brown fried rice formed a mountain inside the bowl.
