Morning came and Yan Xiu was already busying himself in the garden. He took a bath and ate breakfast after he woke up. He was invigorated after a good night sleep, his Zhenqi fully recovered and the soreness on his muscles was gone.

Yan Xiu had used all his time and Zhenqi from the moment he awoke til now to fill basin with green water. He exhausted all his Zhenqi and filled 5 basin with green water.

Yan Xiu paled after exhausting his Zhenqi but he was satisfied. He now knew his limit and Zhenqi reserve, it also serves as a training for him. Albeit a little, Yan Xiu managed to lessen the Zhenqi expenditure of Green Water spell while didn't affecting the amount of green water produced.

Yan Xiu sat crossleg and cultivate to recovered his Zhenqi. After a session of cultivating, Yan Xiu pale face grew a little rosy as he recovered some of his Zhenqi. He rose and carried two basins toward the chicken coop.

Just as he was about to enter, he heard the sound of the chickens and found all the chickens crowding the entrance. The chickens attention were focused on the basins, more accurately, the green water inside the basins.

Yan Xiu knew that the green water posed a strong attraction toward the pigs but, to think it's allure was still as strong even to the chickens. Yan Xiu slowly make his way inside the coop while checking the chickens qi, the chickens surround and followed Yan Xiu's every step while pecking the basins.

When the green water poured into the chickens water bowl, the chickens fought over it like the pigs. The chickens drank ferociously, competing on which chicken drank the most. When they done drinking, there were only a few drops left.

Yan Xiu checked the chickens and was elated. The chickens qi increased significantly! Yan Xiu took the two empty basins and left the coop, he went and took the two other full basin and left the empty basins in their place.

With two full basins in hands, Yan Xiu went to the field. After checking the crops qi first, Yan Xiu water them with the green water. He make sure to water them evenly. Unlike the livestock instantaneous change, Yan Xiu waited for about fifteen minutes before the crops qi rose like erupting volcano!

The qi rises even more than the pigs or chickens, the crops qi were tripled! And there was even a visible changes in the plants unlike with the livestock increased in only qi and taste. The crops color became deeper, their trunks grew slightly thicker and stronger, their leafs became vibrant and bigger. Their yields became more abundant and bigger a little.

Yan Xiu almost let out a yell of happiness when he saw this. He really found a treasure! One with immense value! To think the Green Water spell had this kind of effect on livestock and crops. It may be tiring but, Yan Xiu decided to water the corps and feed the livestock with Green Water spell.

After collecting the basins and gave the pigs the last basin, Yan Xiu went to the village while still feeling the euphoria. It was still early when he entered the village. Yan Xiu recalled that the Green Water spell had the effect of easing fatigue and sore muscle. 'Using that I can train without rest.'

With that, Yan Xiu walked toward a certain house. Casting Green Water spell in the middle of training would cut his training time short, so he just need to store it somewhere before.

His destination was a small house which was a bit distant from other villagers. The house was small and old and the walls were covered with ravine. An old lady was sweeping in front of the house.

She was the village's doctor, everyone called her granny Shen.

"Granny Shen!" (MC)

Called Yan Xiu. Hearing someone calling her, granny Shen lifted her head and found Yan Xiu walking toward her while waving.

"Little brat!" (GS)

Said granny shen.

"What do you want so early in the morning? If it's about the Glass Lime seeds, I already said no and the answer is still no." (GS)

Glass Lime was a plant that produce small fruit with skin that shines like glass, the fruit had a refreshing sour taste. Yan Xiu loves the juice made out of them.

However, Glass Lime was a grade-2 plant and the only one in the whole village, so it's price was a little expensive. And the fact that it also could be use as a medicine only made it even more expensive.

Yan Xiu wanted to grew it but granny Shen always refused to sell it's seed.

"Haah, I'm sorry, little Xiu. But granny really can't sell this to you." (GS)

"I know, it's for your grandson, right? But please believe me, granny. I won't sell it, I just want to grow some for myself. I promise." (MC)

Granny Shen sigh and shakes her head. Her grandson was sickly from birth, even now he spent the rest of his time lying on his bed. His parents were working hard in the city to pay for his medication.

But what his parents made was still not enough and even lost to to what granny Shen made from selling the Glass Lime.

Granny Shen knew that Yan Xiu was a talented farmer, she was sure he could grew a better Glass Lime if she sold the seed to him.

Granny Shen knew Yan Xiu, she knew he won't sell it since he already promised her. But she didn't dare to risk it.

After all, it was about her grandson's life.

"I'm sorry, little Xiu. But granny won't and can't sell it." (GS)

"It's okay, I understand. Then granny, I want to buy something." (MC)

Since granny Shen really adamant on not selling, then Yan Xiu could only give up.

"What do you want to buy?" (GS)

"Do you have any jade bottle? A big one." (MC)

"Jade bottle? Sure, granny have some. Come in." (GS)

Both of them went inside the house, smell of medicine filled the house. There were only four rooms in the house, bedroom, bathroom, compounding room, and diagnose room. With kitchen in a small shed outside the house.

Granny Shen lead Yan Xiu inside the compounding room. The room was neat and clean, there was only a table and cabinets inside the room.

"Don't touch anything, okay?" (GS)

"I know, granny." (MC)

Granny Shen rummaged around and brought out a jade bottle. It has long neck and big round body, the usual jade bottle. Only, this one was bigger than normal.

"Here it is, this one is the biggest granny have. It'll preserve the medicinal essence of medicines inside it for ten days, it's 15 spirit stones a piece." (GS)

Yan Xiu already knew it would be expensive but he was still shocked. Yan Xiu looked at the bottle and examined it. The bottle was big but it was not sufficient for Yan Xiu and it was fragile, he could destroy it by just gripping it a little harder.

"Granny, do you have something bigger than this? And tougher and cheaper." (MC)

"Don't ask for the impossible. Something like that… WaIt, I think I have one.." (GS)

Granny Shen looked around and took out something. It was black water bag made from leather with strap. Yan Xiu looked at the bag and smiled wryly.

"Granny, are you trying to scam me?" (MC)

If he kept the green water in the bag, it's medicinal essence would just seeps out and turn to normal water in about 30 minutes.

Granny Shen rolled her eyes at Yan Xiu.

"What do you take me for? This bag might be made with leather but there's a thin layer of jade inside it. It's big and tough, and more importantly cheap, it's only 3 spirit stones.

It was something granny old friend made, he wanted to replace the usual jade bottle with something cheaper and this is what he made. But unfortunately, since it's only layered thinly with jade, it can only preserve medicinal essence inside it for 1 day.

Adding more jade is not an option since it would make it expensive and no different from a jade bottle. Thankfully, he only made a few, so his loses was not that big." (GS)

Yan Xiu looked at the bag and was satisfied with it. It was big, tough and cheap. Perfectly what he needed.

"Granny, I'll take this." (MC)

Yan Xiu gave the spirit stone to granny Shen.

"Thank you. He sent me some and I thought it would only gather dust. To think there's someone who would buy it. What are you going to fill it with, anyway?" (GS)

Asked granny Shen as she looked at Yan Xiu wearing the bag.

"I'm going to fill it with green water." (MC)

"Green water? What's a green water?" (GS)

"it's water from…" (MC)

Yan Xiu stopped mid sentence as he recalled the miraculous effect of green water to plants. 'I could use this', thought Yan Xiu.

"Granny Shen, do you wanna make a deal with me?" (MC)
