Soaring Dragon Continent, Mt. Zu
Qiu Zhen never would have thought that the pendant wasn’t destroyed but instead was on his body. All this time for twelve years he has never noticed it but it happened today, why?
“Is it because I’ve entered into a new realm? Ah, it might be because i’m learning starting to cultivate techniques.”
If the five Dragon pendant revealed itself when Qiu Zhen entered the Dao realm then he would have known. However, the pendant revealed itself when he started to cultivate the 'False Cult' technique.
The five Dragon pendant has many mysterious wonders about it, and when Qiu Zhen found it before in god’s temple he knew it was a heavenly treasure. The five dragon pendant allowed one to absorb one hundred percent qi essence at the highest purity levels.
“No wonder, no wonder! This is why i’ve always had a high cultivation speed and i’m able to absorb one hundred percent of the qi. The five Dragon pendant truly is a heavenly treasure, it wouldn’t get destroyed just because someone wanted it gone.”
“But how did you appear on my body in the form of a tattoo?”
Qiu Zhen wouldn’t know that when he destroyed the five Dragon pendant the essence it help was absorbed in his body without him knowing. After absorbing the essence it became one with his soul, so the pendant would never disappear.
“No matter, i’m just glad you’re back! With you by my side becoming an Immortal is just a matter of time!”

Qiu Zhen was eager to use the effects of the five Dragon pendant, so he started back cultivating his martial arts technique. One of the unique effects of the five Dragon pendant was that it helped the cultivator learn any amount of martial arts or secret skills in a matter of months to complete mastery.
The only downside to it was that it depleted all the qi in your body. If one were to want to learn any skill, one had to pay the price for it. The qi it absorbed would slowly regenerate itself, but the time for that would take a matter of days. For Qiu Zhen however this would easily be solved by another effect of the pendant.
With the pendant as long as one had the medical resources one could make the highest rank medical pills there are. After absorbing the essence in the pills it would help refill the qi you have lost, in turn speeding up your recovery.
The only downside Qiu Zhen would have when cultivating was that on Mt. Zu he would have to find and harvest his own medical herbs in order to make pills. He could do it whenever he needed, but first he needed to learn some martial arts before hand.
Deeply breathing in, Qiu Zhen focused his attention on his dantian, slowly making it release less qi. The five Dragon pendant (Eh, not much of a pendant anymore...so i’ll start calling it 5 Heavenly Dragon Tattoo.) started burning, but this burning sensation only lasted for a few minutes.
Inside of Qiu Zhen’s mind a red light flashed and his body state became clear. All the muscles in his body loosened up, and his breathing couldn’t even be heard. The state he was in was only accessible if you had the Pendant or Mark on you, because in this state is where one can learn any martial arts or secret skills.

An image of his meridians appeared in his mind, and he could even see how much qi essence was contained in his dantian. Qiu Zhen could make out how much qi was being release and how fast it was released.
This image was a split image of what exactly was going on in his body at that moment, so it became easy for Qiu Zhen to understand how much qi he should release. Controlling the qi contained in his dantian, Qiu Zhen forced it to stop releasing it. This made his dantian bigger since he held more qi essence inside, but you are not suppose to do this because if your dantian can’t contain it all it will explode making you a cripple.
On the outside Qiu Zhen’s body was beat red, and sweat was formed on his forehead. He started to slowly release a small amount of qi that would circulate around his meridians, but instead a lot more gushed out.
He didn’t exactly fail because Qiu Zhen tried to skip all the other rankings and go straight to mastery level. At mastery level the qi you release is super thin making it hard for anyone to tell how much qi is contained within it, but Qiu Zhen’s body wasn’t ready for it yet so he released a lot more.
Practicing this martial arts over and over again, Qiu Zhen finally broke into the beginner realm which hide his cultivation level by one. It wasn’t bad considering he only spent two hours cultivating, but he wasn’t excited. He knew that this wasn’t good enough, but he couldn’t continue because all the qi essence in his body was drained.
Opening his eyes he had a cool breath of fresh air. Qiu Zhen took a look at the tattoo on his chest and sighed. “I guess I should call it the five Heavenly Dragon Tattoo now instead of the five Dragon Pendant”
Qiu Zhen had a resolution to not let anyone ever find out about this mark on his body, because if they knew then they would surely kill him. This mark can help anyone reach cultivation levels they normally wouldn’t reach, and even if they couldn't use the mark, they would stop him from using it.
Qiu Zhen feared in his heart that if the tattoo ever came into light, his brother would be the first person to try and kill him.

Small Chests Are Fine Too
It is an undeniable fact that good things come in small packages. More often than not, it is necessary to trim the fat in order to bring what really matters to the forefront. Having extra bulk may seem like a good idea, but in reality it is merely a crutch that will one day become a hindrance, as it is no substitute for personality nor ability. Indeed, often times it is the small things in life that brighten up our daily lives and constantly remind us exactly why we do the things we do. However, it is important to keep an open mind, for while bigger is not always better, there are also times when it is. This holds especially true when it comes to hopes and dreams, which have been known to require a suitably large container from time to time. And while dreaming big could potentially lead to massive dissapointment, one will never truly reach fulfilment if they think too small. A truth that one small woman with meager aspirations is about to find out. DISCLAIMER: This is a spin-off/side story of my main series, Everybody Loves Large Chests, which is also mandatory reading to understand this one. It runs parallel to the main plot, branching off from the chapter titled Upheaval 2, so there will be spoilers for anyone who hasn't reached that point.

Oblivion Online (complete)
Thanks for permission to use the cover by WanderingInPixels over on Deviant Art. As of 12-15-18, the story is finished. I am planning to edit and will release the books as I finish in one big go, but there isn't a timeline on any of that. Marty had a fairly easy life as a cook for Arctic Storm Entertainment headquarters when he gets an offer from the company to try out a new playstyle for their biggest VRMMORPG, Oblivion Online. Follow him as he makes his way through the game as one of the monster races trying to survive against the forces of light. Author's note: I will update every Monday and Friday for sure, with the possibilities of bonus chapters through the week if I get extra writing done. I also did a disservice to several of my characters early on. I'm slowly working through a re-write, but it will be a while as I want to make sure I get it right this time around.

The only things he’s dying for are a good drink, dance, and girl, in no particular order. His best friend Raff prefers his sweat to come from a hard day's training than an evening carousing and wishes Cal did, too. He wants to accomplish more with his life than becoming a simple palace sentry like his estranged father and will do whatever it takes to get there. And they are just two of many. When the tenuous peace of the realm is threatened by the arrival of an old enemy, these young chosen will likely be swept up in events rather than prevent them, but the future cannot be rushed or escaped, only experienced.
