《NPC I want experience》Chapter 26 Crafting better cursed items

After a night spent shivering under a single blanket we set off. We stopped to gather a couple of handfuls of berries which i ate most of then we got moving. Thorn was a excellent hunter even I was a decent hunter Max was so awful he was not able to hunt. We waited until we were far away from Silverlake city before we stopped running. I looked at Max and Thorn “Lets use a teleport circle. We have to much baggage to many people are trying to kill us. Lets head off to somewhere sunny and very very far away.”
Thorn nodded “Well I still want to become strong.” Max nodded “Yeah sorry again about the whole mob after us. ” I grinned “Relax your going to pay me back by drinking my potions for a very long time. So lets head to the nearest friendly transfer portal. In fact lets head for the one near my home. There going to be much nicer to us there.”
High Lord Jan Was a pleasant old man who did not seem surprised when three tramps entered his shop to buy passage threw the portal ring. He looked at us “You realize you will be sent to a dungeon somewhere at random in the designated area and if its to hard you will killed.” I pulled out the recipes to the potions of increased strength endurance and intelligence.
I tapped the potion recipe “Most likely forbidden grade having them will cause the church to come down on you. I would like you to purchase some goods for my family as well. Spell rings four of them. ” High lord Jan starred at the potions and sweat dripped down his face “Its hard to get those sorts of potion formula. So its a deal you know you can bring a fourth.” I looked at him “Anyone you know what to head out to parts unknown? I would love a alchemist.”
Jan looked at me “You would have to take a two headed level war Troll or a goblin shaman. We trade with the tribes that do not want to eat us so I can hire you someone. The thing is the Troll has a couple of bad titles.”
I nodded “Well have them meet us and then we go. I have my own reasons for wanting to get out of here as soon as possible.” Jan nodded “I will have them arrive now. I will also throw in some basic equipment you do not seem well equipped.”

Five people entered the chamber we were going to use to leave. I looked at the first three who were in chains and shook my head. “No convicted murderers of thieves looking off time off there sentences ”
John lv 23 herbalist thief Paul lv21 alchemist thief Rebeca lv 28 herb witch Assassin
Jan nodded and grinned “Fair enough. ”
I looked at the last two
Gnoll race Goblin vampire fledgling lv 27 shaman Alchemist
Ice race two headed ice Troll lv15 Class Barbarian warrior
I looked at Gnoll “Whats with the fledgling vampire description in your race? ”Gnoll turned pale and tried to run. Ice hand lashed out and smashed into Gnoll. Gnoll was lifted off his feet and smashed into the wall.
Ice moved forward and one of his heads breathed a cone of frost onto Gnoll. He then smashed the now frozen Gnoll into the wall a couple of times.
Ice starred at me “My price for accompanying you will be large” I nodded “Let me take a look at your status first there might be something i can do about your next Class choice

I starred at Ice and grinned. I pointed to Max “Give him your ring.” Ice starred at the ring max had given him and nodded “Not nearly enough but a decent start if you want a lifetime follower I want a ring that will allow me to choose a Mage class for my second head”
I grabbed Gnoll body and nodded “Necklace alright?” Ice nodded “I will get my gear.” I looked at Jan “There was a potion of increased intelligence in the list i just sold you could you have a couple given to ice. One for each head.” Jan nodded “Indeed I owe you for helping me catch Gnoll. Alright i will also throw in a lesser skill book I have some around.”

I looked at Gnolls head. “I am going to need at least four.”Jan shook his head “I do not owe you that much. Not unless you want to reduce whats going to your family”
I glanced at Thorn “Thorn show the man your vampire ring” Jan looked over the ring and nodded “Nice ring i will give you seven skill books” I nodded and looked at Thorn “Make it eight and I also want a decent armour set for thorn and max.” Jan starred at the ring for a moment and nodded his consent. I got to work I spat out a black cloud onto Gnolls head. His flesh melted off his body leaving the skull.
The three prisoners looked appalled. Rebeca starred at Jan “He is not paying off our fines bring us back to jail” Jan looked at me “How long is this going to take?” I stared at Gnoll Skeleton “A hour to do what i need to to Gnolls skull and another hour to craft the necklace of skulls. Then i am going to need at least hour to recover before leaving with the transfer spell” Jan grinned “Fair enough you lot sit down and watch.”
I got to work and Jan had the skill books brought in. I used lesser affinity fire, earth, air, water, life and death with Gnolls skull to craft a totem. Gnolls skull started to glow as it darkened to form a black skull. I pulled out a couple of other Goblin skulls i had and formed a rough necklace. Then i cast one last spell onto the Necklace. I looked at the necklace

Everyone starred at me in amazement a Legendarily item. Then Ice entered in full body armour. At what i though was about seven to eight foot tall he was incredible broad and with his armour on he looked like he could take out a small army.
He looked around and i tossed him the necklace and a two skill books of lesser fire affinity. I starred at him “You better be worth this drink the potions one head each then learn the first skill book and put on the necklace and learn the second. Then if you can take a Mage class Jan can help you” Ice did as i asked and Jan then cast class up onto him.

The Ratter
By gnawing through a dike, even a rat may drown a nation.-Edmund Burke There are three kinds of monsters that every rookie adventurer can be expected to face. The first is the goblin, the small green humanoids that often cause problems out on the frontier. And then, there's the giant rat, the plague of the sewer and the tavern cellar. But they're nothing but a petty annoyance, right? Right? Wrong. Giant rats multiply like wildfire and mature very quickly.
