《The King Of Sloth》Chapter 13

Looking around the room I consider my options.
Completely wreck this place
Just leave
Rob them blind
I decide to go with all of the above. Of course leaving will be last.
I guess I should get started then huh?
I float towards the metal door and 'gently' push it off of its hinges. It may or may not have flung down a corridor and in the process kill some random guard, that just so happened to be turning a corner.
Well, continuing on down the hallway I float around a bit, before deciding that there is a much easier way to get up. I rip a hole through the roof and float upwards towards the higher levels.
The next floor looks to be some kind of entrance, to some kind of super fancy looking mansion. It's probably also owned by the guy that locked me in a cell with a, fucking battle junkie.
I have no idea why, but I have always held a feeling of disgust towards people who seek out violence. Don't get me wrong, I have absolutely nothing against violence in general. But they seek it out of enjoyment and lust for battle. I find it both creepy and disgusting. They are in simpler terms Suicidal-Maniacs.
Not to mention that they are incredibly stupid.
Well anyway, back too the mansion.
There's servants everywhere. They are probably about to make dinner for their master, I should probably just ignore them.
They look absolutely terrified of me. I don't understand, all I did was rip a giant hole in the floor. What's so scary about that?
This time I take. The stairs and start exploring the mansion, there's three stories so I should just keep on heading up.
The second floor seems to be made up of, the dining room and the ballroom. Who even needs a ballroom anyway? It's pretty much just a giant waste of space.

The third floor however had everything I needed in it. I found one room full of money, which I could not carry. So I just took a backpack full of gold coins instead.
Then in the next room I finally found who I was looking for!
On my way up here, I actually listened to some of the servants conversations. They practically described him for me.
He is of average height, a bit on the scrawny side but his body is in a perfectly healthy condition. He has dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes. Not to mention his face reminds me of a monkey.
He's practically shitting himself already. There's no way in hell that I'm gonna listen to him try to bribe me so I just Gravity Punch him and was about to exit, when two blue balls caught my eye.
They are hand sized and radiating a soft blue light. I float over and pick the first one up. It shines even brighter than before, before Displaying some messages

This explains a lot.
Basically the first one is a list of my racial traits that I haven't seen until now and the second one is for my Class Selection.
I should focus on my class for now. Although it's kind of obvious what I'm gonna pick.

The Exodus Project
This is the original version of Origin before I rewrote it. It's much more simpler, some names and personalities are a little different. THere's nowhere near as much back story or character development/interaction. But the story is essentially at the end of book one. I wrote this 15 odd years ago, and with a bit of polish it doesn't look too bad. The story like Origin is about a group of college students who find a ship that is the last remnant of an ancient human space faring civilisation, they fix her up and go back into space. Along they way they'll meet alot of aliens, religious fundamentalists and conmen.
