《The King Of Sloth》Chapter 7

James Pov
I don't understand this guy. He never gets tense, he knows absolutely nothing in terms of commonsense and he's NEVER awake for more than six hours! Where has he even been living till now? There's no way that a guy this strong doesn't have an education. Yes STRONG. Any monsters that come too close to him explode. I don't understand how he does it. Is it magic? I don't recall hearing about magic like that. I mean it could be wind magic, but I doubt it. Wind magic is known piercing things, not blowing them up.
Anyway it's been about half a month since we started traveling and we have finally left The Forest Of Silence. The forest itself isn't all that dangerous, it's the being that lives inside there that makes it special. They say that an Elder Dragon lives right in the centre, so all living beings shy away from it. That's why the forest is practically empty, everything lives on the outskirts of the forest.
I wonder, what I should do with this guy once I get to the capital? Hopefully he will leave me alone, I need to do some jobs. The only way for me to earn money would be for me to kill a monster and bring its corps back to sell. Wait does this guy have any money? Or an ID? I hope he does or it's going to be hard to get inside.
This guy is so hard to deal with. He hates talking unless he has a question for me, he eats way too much too. I mean that bread may be cheap but that was all I had you know? Well it somehow worked out, we ended up eating monster meat for meals.
This has been a long trip, but it's all gonna be over once I reach the capital. I can get rid of Will and focus on Monster Hunting.

Yep it'll definitely work out!

This trip is taking too long. I want to hurry up and reach the capital, why does it have to be so far away anyway? I mean we've been walking for fifteen days! Well I guess some good things came out of this, I've created some more spells and levelled up the ones I already had. The stat increases were pretty good too.
Spell Created: Pressure
Spell Created: Gravity shield
Pressure: Makes gravity heavier on the target
Pressure increases as level does
Cost: 10 mana per second
Gravity Shield: Creates a sphere of gravity around user and pushes away anything that touches it
Strength of shield increases as level does
Cost: 10 mana per second
These are pretty useful. Oh I found out something to, its about the Lighten Gravity spell. When it hit level 10 I got this.
The spell Devoid Gravity has been derived from the Spell Lighten Gravity
Devoid Gravity: Takes away gravity from target
Has no level
Cost: 500 mana for permanent effect
It would be useful if it didn't make me float towards outer space every time I used it. I also learned some information about classes, the only way to get one is to head to a church and have some priest change it for you, James said it was free for your first time.
Ah! There it is! Finally, the capital is in sight! Now it is time to fulfil my newly mad goals in life
. I Find the fluffiest pillow in existence
. Find the most comfortable ride in existence
. Find the most comfortable blanket in existence
Alright. I'm all set.

One young man who goes by the name of Darenzo has just had his world altered into one that is now the focal point of some sort of experiment. Just at the end of his shift at the skip site, a worldwide announcement was made, that not only changed Darenzo's life, but also the lives of all of the Earth's inhabitants.
