Also some dragon bloodlines that have passive abilities will still on at all time may disregard these 2 bloodlines active rule.

For example, You can mix poison and death with Dragon Flame Breath, but can't use another bloodline power until you stop using the Dragon Flame Poison Breath. Host may still use Dragon Claws Quick Draw since it is a skill, and not bloodline power.
