Hey guys. I'd like to thank you all again for providing me with so much support. I you haven't noticed, I'm drawing a lot of inspiration from the fic Trinity Online by J.D. Dickinson. I suggest you go give it a try. You can find it on Japtem. Thanks again.

“S-so you’re married?”

“Yes. Happily with THREE kids.”

Abrum looked at her flabbergasted. How could such a beautiful woman have birthed Three children?! After he recovered from his shock, Abrum realized something.

‘Crud, the succubus grew her forces. Not only that, with this quest, I cannot even fight the thralls head on. What to do, what to do!’

While Abrum put on a troubled face, contemplating his situation, the girl looked even more desperate. Abrum looked at her and sighed.

“Of course I’ll help you. I was already on my way to subjugate the succubus anyway. I will be more than happy to help you. So dry your tears, I am here.”

The girl just looked shocked at Abrum as he wiped off her tears. He gave her a comforting smile, his soul piercing blue eyes were filled with compassion. He looked into those deep chocolate brown eyes that told a story of so much pain. He knelt down to hug her…

This was interrupted by the foxes tackling him.

“She’s married you idiot!”

“Baka!”

Abrum just looked at the two foxes sitting in his chest reprimanding him for something that he had no intention of doing.

“I was just going to comfort her! I didn’t have anything dirty on my mind!”

As the foxes and Abrum bickered back and forth, Andrea just sat back and watched, startled. Then a smile broke across her face. She began to chuckle, and then out right laugh.

Her face was quite beautiful when it was smiling and laughing.

‘Wait, bad Abrum! She’s married!’

The foxes just looked at him with those green eyes. Instead of anger, they were filled with mirth.

“Hey, can you two get off me? You’re a bit heavy”

He swore, if foxes could pout, they would have. They reluctantly got off of his chest. He sat up and yawned.

“I believe it is time to get some rest, we have a succubus to subjugate tomorrow. I’ll take the first watch.”

Andrea and the foxes laid down together, and soon were asleep. Andrea lay in the middle of the two foxes, her chest rising slowly as she breathed in and out. Bella and Tella lay against her, their tails wrapped around themselves for warmth. In short, it was adorable.

Abrum looked at them in envy

‘That looks really warm.’ he thought as he shivered as the breeze whistled through the trees. Abrum looked up at the stars above and marveled once again at the realism of this world.

Dawn came and the sun rose. The light streamed through the branches to alight the picturesque scene. Abrum was cooking two rabbits he had caught over a camp fire. Andrea awake and wiped her bleary eyes. She stretched her arms and let out a big yawn. The foxes awoke and yawned cutely.

“Breakfast sleepies.”

After they had eaten, they continued to travel. Ever once and a while, a forest monster would attack them. Since Abrum’s level was still level one, but his skills were more than sufficient to deal with the monsters that they came across, he gained 7 levels. Now he was a whopping level 7! He checked his status for the first time since he had joined the game

Status WindowName:AbrumAlignment:NeutralLevel:7Class:NoneRace:AngaellisGender:MaleTitlesNoneFame:0Infamy:0-Health:2014 / 2014Health Regen:4.6 / SecMana:100 / 100Mana Regen:14.5 / SecStamina:3034 / 3034Stamina Regen:40.3 / Sec-Strenght:560Agility:240Vitality:380Intelligence:10Wisdom:12Leadership:0Luck:-5

Abrum looked at his stats proudly. His stats could match a level 50 with ease. His health and vitality would allow him to survive almost any situation he got himself into. His stamina would allow him to attack unceasingly for hours. And yet, His mana related stats were a very far behind his physical ones. He had heard of a magic academy that one could enroll in. Something like H*gwarts. He was a bit concerned with the negative 5 luck though.

‘How in the world did I manage to achieve that?’

Abrum just pushed it out of his mind and kept walking, till he tripped and fell on his face. He just stood up, brushed himself off with a sigh, and kept walking. The strange caravan travelled for the whole day. By nightfall, they had arrived at the village of Hillshir.

The town seemed to be deserted. The doors were all shut, as were the windows. The streets were completely devoid of any life. The markets stalls were sealed up. There seemed to be the remains of a festival in the town square, but the place was trashed, broken tables, food all over the ground. Andrea hurriedly ran over to one of the houses and knocked. The door was opened to reveal an old wrinkled face.

“Come in, the voice croaked.”

Andrea was let in, but when Abrum tried to cross the threshold the door was closed.

“No men, not until the succubus is dealt with. The men will be a liability.”

“Do you know where I can find information about the succubus?” Abrum yelled

“Try the library, now leave me alone.” Answered the grumpy voice. Abrum could have sworn he heard something along the lines of “Men…” as he walked away.

He and the foxes wandered the town. They saw many shops, all were closed up. The town seemed completely deserted. Abrum would have believed it was a ghost town if not for the earlier encounter.

However, eventually, he became more aware of his surroundings. His sense Aura ability showed that there were many people present in the village, all women. Their auras showed they were extremely agitated. Abrum pitied them. Having their fathers, brothers, and sons turn against them, it must have been hard.

‘I will set this right,’ Abrum swore to himself.

Abrum and the foxes finally found a tower with a wooden sign hanging from an iron bar over the door way. The sign depicted and open book and read Libraria of Hillshir.

It was quite the magnificent buildings. The doorway had a baldachin supported by doric columns. Abrum pushed open the doors and was assaulted by the beautiful smell of books.

He gazed in amazement. The room was large and circular, the ceiling so high that it was shrouded in darkness, impossible to see. The walls were lines with bookshelves that towered up and into the darkness. There was a circular clerk’s desk in the middle of the room.

‘Well crud, how am I going to find any information in this mess? It is not the lack of information, but too much of it!’

Abrum walked over to the clerk’s desk and noticed two things. One, the giant mana crystal that pulsated quietly inside the clerk’s desk. The second was the sign that said this

“Ask for a book, and it will appear.”

Abrum looked puzzled at the sign. How would a book appear if he asked for it? Abrum decided to try it and called out something he wanted

“A book about the Angaellis.” He yelled into the darkness.

At his request, the mana crystal in the center started to pulsate gently. Out of the darkness, a white book was lowered. It landed neatly in Abrum’s hands. He looked absolutely flabbergasted.

‘Well, information is information.’ He thought as he opened the book. A bright light surrounded him. When he opened his eyes, he was on a battle field.

Strange demonic troops attacked troops dressed in white. He saw some of the white troops had feathery wings. A demonic troop rushed up to him and slashed his with a wicked looking scimitar. It passed right through him.

Abrum just looked around in amazement. Blood flew, swords danced people died. He was just amazed that a book could have taken him to a place like this. One of the figures on the light side caught his eye. This person wore an angelic face. He had six wings, with blades attached, sprouting out of his back and held two Blades of the Angaellis.

‘That must be Mebaleqe’ Abrum thought to himself.

That Arch Angaellis was magnificent in battle. His swords weaved in and out, cutting the demonic soldiers to ribbons. His six wings propelled him forward, and they slashed out creating a tornado of magnificent death and carnage. He watched as Mebaleqe approached a giant beast with three heads. A chimera. Mebaleqe calmly raised him hand and muttered something.

The result was fantastic. Innumerable streams of light exited his hand and attacked the chimera. Explosions happened all of the body, blowing bits of flesh away, until there was nothing left except the skeleton and some meat on the body of the chimera.

While Mebaleqe was amazing, Abrum began to notice the two twirling figures that kept up with Arbum’s insane pace. They were male and female, both with white hair and scimitars in both hands. They flashed in and out, cutting away at the jugulars and the carotid arteries. These attacks were so fast and accurate it was unbelievably. Their scimitars traced lines of blood in the air, as if they were painting a picture. The thing that really stood out to Abrum was the two foxlike ears that sprouted from the two’s ears and the fluffy white tail that protruded from just above the gluteus maximus.

‘Are those… white foxes?’ Thought Abrum.

Suddenly, an arrow laced with darkness came from the right flank, and pierced the side of the male fox. The female fox stayed to attend to him. Mebaleqe did so as well, leaving the frontlines to the other Angaellis.

Abrum walked over to see how bad the damage was. They opened up the shirt of the male fox. Where the arrow had pierced, dark veins traveled outwards, getting longer by the second. The female fox was crying. Mebaleqe just knelt down and put his hand on the wound. Abrum heard him mutter something and then say

“Purify” in a melodious voice, almost as if a choir was singing.

The dark veins receded and the wound closed. The two foxes cried joyously and hugged each other. They bent down on one knee before Mebaleqe and seemed to swear fealty to him. Mebaleqe just smiled, helped them up, and they went back to fighting.

Abrum was ripped from the scene and was back in the library. He looked around. Bella and Tella were looking at him curiously.

All of a sudden, Abrum felt two excruciating spots of pain.

*Ding*

*Ding*

Abrum heard these two noises, and then passed out.
