《Winter Sovereign》Chapter 55: Fierce battle!

"I was hoping to finish this early so we'd have time to rest and prepare for the next battles in the tournament but... It won't be that simple, will it?"
Lilia spoke with slight regret.
"Indeed... Well then, let's keep it up!"
Luisa replied.
While they were talking, Seileen and Aies were already in position and were starting their attacks.
They coordinated their attacks but the proctor dodged them with ease.
"He's a muscle-head in terms of personality but his skills and tactics make him a cunning person..."
Lilia spoke as she observed the proctor's swift, precise and skilled movements.
"Well then... Let's stick to our strategy and go!"
Lilia spoke with a shout then charged forward.
"Hm!? So you've come back? Heh, three on one at once is good enough to work a sweat haha!"
He roared.
"Uwah..."
Aies muttered at that remark.
Regardless, it didn't affect her movements as she still launched her attacks timed with Seileen and Lilia.
These fellow sect disciples had spent a long time with each other and fought in many battles.
Their coordination is honed through countless hours of training and battles against myriads of foes.
Luisa fired an arrow above the proctor.
Serra also threw a ball of ice above him.
Since he dodged their attacks on land earlier by escaping above, they made it so that there is no path of escape.
"Not bad!"
The proctor exclaimed.
"We're not idiots who'd fall for the same trick twice!"
Seileen shouted.
The proctor jumped above just like last time.
He met Luisa's arrow with his fist and crushed it.
"Haha!"
Moving quickly, he also punched Serra's ice ball.
His fist crushed it easily enough, then water burst out of it and struck his body.
"Eh?"

The water striked his face and drenched him.
Down below, Seileen, Aies and Lilia jumped above and aimed their weapons towards the necklace.
"Hmph!"
The proctor made a reverse back-flip and delivered an overhead kick towards Lilia.
Lilia immediately blocked it by dropping her weapon and blocking it with her arms.
"Nice move! But you're open! Seiya!"
Seileen spoke.
"Gr! Not bad but I won't lose yet!"
The proctor roared.
Still in midair, the proctor made a loud roar.
"Urk!" "Ack!"
This roar stunned Seileen and Aies close to him and they were momentarily stunned.
Taking advantage of their states, he grabbed their arms and launched them towards Luisa and Serra who were from afar.
"What!?"
Luisa and Serra moved accordingly and caught them both.
"Thanks..."
"You saved me..."
The proctor landed properly and made an imposing stance.
"Hoh... Not bad... But that ain't enough against me!"
He made a daunting form that looked as if a mighty wall that would never fall.
"Such movements... So the reports were true... Urk... Will we fail here?"
Lilia groaned.
"No... Not yet... We still have tricks up our sleeves."
Serra remarked.
