Moori stared at the smile. For some unknown reason, she was somewhat in a trance as she discovered that the current Lyle appeared to have something more compared to the past. There appeared to be some sort of change in his temperament and self-confidence.
His appearance was very calm yet Moori detected that there was a strange mood. Lyle seemed to be in a very good mood.
What happened? Moori asked suspiciously: “What are you thinking?
And what do you mean by help me?”
"Just like what it means...if you want to smoke them all out, I will help you. Give me all the documents and I'll try to carefully examine them."
Moori suddenly felt uncomfortable from what Lyle said… rather she felt a doubt.
"Ha? Y-You, do you know what you're saying?"
How come it suddenly came to this?!
Moori suddenly jump out from her sit and looked at Lyle, it was as if there was a fire burning under her butt.
Th-th-this, how did this happen!
“D-Don't tell me, y-you want to help me cleanse… the Academy City?” Moori hastily asked before she could even sit down again properly.
A pair of dark and deep eyes met with Moori's gaze. Lyle's lip is curved slightly, “Is there a problem?”
“…… No, no.”
Lyle smiles: “Then, give me all the documents that was recorded and submitted... Hmm...these past five years should be enough”
H-he is really going to do it?
But even still, can he even understand those papers? Wait, now that I think about it, he easily pointed out that embezzlement...
H-how?!
Thunderbolt out of the clear blue sky!
Moori has been hit by a thunderbolt and she was being burned to a crisp by it.
Moori felt like she really couldn't understand the existence called Lyle anymore.
An A-rank who was not even twenty years old? More importantly a close-combat mage to boot? As she thought of this, she felt a sort of absurd feeling. Since when did it become so easy to reach the A-rank close-combat mage realm?
Even reaching B-rank for one aspect; Mage or warrior, was even very difficult and now he showed up and declared he was an all-rounder?
Even if he consumed Heaven-defying medicines every day, it would definitely be impossible to become an A-rank close-combat mage in less than twenty years.
And now he was saying that he was very adept in government affairs as well?
This ... isn't this too monstrous ... ?
She could only laughed bitterly in her heart.
Not until this moment did she realized just how incomprehensible his existence was.
Each time she thought that the other party had reached his limit, another corner of the iceberg would surface, causing Moori to be unable to understand him even if she wanted to.
After a long silence; even if the reality was so clear and cruel, Moori still held a small hint of hope that Lyle wouldn't be that inhuman: “…… Y-you...d-do you even know about these things? T-this is not just a simple calculations like what you learned in school, you know!”
Lyle looked at Mori and said with a hint of a smile, "Of course.
Things like this, I can even say that I'm more knowledgeable than you in terms of Business and government affairs with complete confidence~"
Ha-! You want to compete with me in terms of these things with just some knowledge from this backwater world that is still not even developed well yet? Dream on.
Earth's government and business affairs are way complicated than this!
Even though Moori thought that he might be bluffing but seeing his confidence that was as massive as the sky, and vast as the sea.
These thoughts floating inside her heart unknowingly shrunk.
Seemingly hypnotized by Lyle's smile, Moori could only nod obediently: “O-okay.”
Lyle was really inhuman … …
Moori felt that she was like a little girl in front of him who was not even more than fifteen years old.
Lyle is satisfied. “Then that's good.”

It is not until she finally managed to sit down again in her sit, Moori finally snaps out of it.
Slowly taking her hand from the documents, Moori awkwardly shifted her eyes around, but avoided Lyle.
Ah! This brat is too deceitful. Shocking us with his strength was not even enough, he even revealed his great mental prowess.
How could anyone live if he existed ?
Moori couldn't help but smiled bitterly. She always felt that her relationship with Lyle was a little weird.
She was the Academy's Headmaster and a well-known mage who reached A-rank in a young age. Therefore, she carried a great pride and confidence that all those who faced her would find intimidating.
However, each time she faced this shameless prince, she was treated like an ordinary person.
Moori could not imagine how Lyle’s mind worked must be.
According to the information she had, Lyle was only a youth of twelve and almost thirteen years of age!
Moori lowered her head and thought for a while. Then she lifted her head and said, “Let’s do this! I will give you the documents you asked for and let you examine them. This will be a test. If you can't find anything within three days, then I will stop you from continuing it."
Lyle considered for a little and said, “Alright! Let's do what you said.”
The two people looked at each other and smiled. They finally have an understanding.
Three days is a very short time. With the massive documents filed within these past five years, it will take at least a whole month to finish checking them all.
Well, even if he can't do it, nothing would change anyway~ Moori thought.
However, what she didn't expect is that the shameless, roguish prince in front of her was nothing but a monster who had read all the books regarding Sciences of Business, Law, Government,
Economics, Education and many more just to kill time when he was bored to death in his past life.
... But Lyle never thought that the day when this knowledge could be useful would arrive.
However, unfortunately Moori wasn't aware of these things.
Then something suddenly hit her.
Why had he just been standing there all this time … ...
… it was because he had a home that he couldn’t return to >o
Eh? Isn't this my own space? My own chair and desk?
But I did let him use it just now, right?
The office room was silent. Lyle seemed to notice her sudden change and thought that he want her to be in an even more awkward
state.
He didn’t speak, just drank his tea, his fingers occasionally brushing the body of the cup.
Moori's wandering gaze was attracted by his movements, staring unblinkingly at his finger. She then smelled a fragrant scent of tea in the air ... ...
"Want some tea?"
Now she didn’t care for awkwardness. Moori stood up and walked to his side, bending down curiously to look at the teacup in his hands.
Lyle laughed, and handed her the cup he put in the center table.
"You brewed it?"
"Yup. Take a sip, it's good. I have some confidence in it."
"Hm..."
“Is it to your liking?” Lyle asked.
"It’s delicious,” She praised while happily finishing up her tea without leaving anything over.
“Aha. Pleased to hear that."
Moori didn't expect Lyle to have some skills in brewing a tea.
“This is really delicious! I didn't expect that you can make something like this.”
She flashed a smile as if she would start to hum any moment.
“I once taught that the art of sword is the art of tea. That is why, I just didn't cultivate my sword skills but also my tea making techniques..."

Across the Realms [Dropped]
Disclaimer: I'll leave this on here for anyone to read. The last time I uploaded a chapter was nearly a year ago, and to all the readers who still kept their trust in me after I came back from my umpteenth hiatus, I am sorry. I will not carry on writing this; I started off without the correct foundations of a novel, nor commitment to fully finish it and I do not want to lie to you all once again. Maybe one day, I may decide to re-write the novel, with a new basis or at least a comprehensive starting point with many of the narrative errors cleared up; but, till then, this is goodbye. And, once again, thank you for the motivation you gave me. Even now, I see many emails come through with people commenting. Goodbye. A child blessed by the Astral. An unprecedented destiny. Watch his path, as he marches up the stairway of Heaven. A March of a Sovereign. [Adventure, Wuxia, Martial Arts, Fantasy] This is a Qihuan novel; it has eastern and western fantasy elements. More often than not in Xianxia or Xuanhuan there is a severe lack of character development, being a western writer I'm changing that. My characters, from my totally unbiased view, feel fleshed out and actually have emotions. This is my first attempt at a novel, I'm writing as a means to better convey my thoughts. I will, hopefully, steadily improve chapter-by-chapter. I'm very open to feedback and constructive criticism. As one can see this is a cultivation novel, so you know how this goes. I've decided to jump-start the whole rags-to-riches scenario. He is strong from the start and is given the utility to do so. *The cover art is not my own, all rights reserved to the owner. I will take it down if necessary. *The style of the recent chapters is comparatively different than Chapter 1.
