I suddenly felt as if I was in cloud nine. Now that I have goal for now, it’s time to put it in action, but for now

I need to sleep. I think I overtaxed my brain because of all this thinking. Aargh, my head feels like it will explode any minute now! I need to rest and sleep.

Today as-well, without being seen by Sasha or my parents, I carry out my daily training.

Though I say training, right now all I’m doing is lifting my arms and legs high up; it’s closer to gymnastics.

Since I’m still in a baby’s body, putting too much strain on myself will only be detrimental to my development --and worst, it could even kill me.

I was tempted to show off and tried to stand up while waving my hand at them but I failed.

Ugh! That was really embarrassing.

They got worried and immediately run towards me. When they saw me, they sighed a relief although my mother was frantically casting a healing magic on me. I think she casted it on me for five times before Father finally decided to stop her.

Really, that was an epic fail, I was so embarrassed I wanted to hide in a hole.

2 years after being born. My body had been developing favorably. My daily training has moved on to things like push-ups and sit-ups. I’m still careful not to over-train though, as doing so could stunt my growth. I don't want to look like a dwarf.

I can now stand up with my own two feet and walked. And it's already about time I started jogging to increase

stamina but, unfortunately I'm still unable to leave this room.

Today Sasha went somewhere so I felt really bored. I could only scan the whole room, looking for something interesting to do.

‘Hm? Now that I think of it, this room has so many books. I never realize it before because I was engrossed in my training.’

I walked towards the shelf. Obviously I can’t read a book I can’t reach so I could only take the books at the lowest part of the shelf.

As soon as I held the book I tried to read its title but as I expected I can’t. the words was composed of different strange characters so I put it down but then the characters glowed a dim light and unexpectedly arrange themselves to a language I knew.

‘What the hell! It’s in kanji? How?’

I also tried the other books and as expected it also did the same things as before.

Oh well, isn’t it better like this! I don’t know how but let’s leave it at that. There is no way I can explain everything that happen and might happen in this world. The most important thing is that, now I can read these books. Let see what this books are…

There are various books in there but I what caught my attention are five books.

Putting aside the three books about things in this world, the other two let me learn a lot, especially the last one interests me.

I held my own expectations but guilds and labyrinths really existed here in this world. I felt very excited and my heart feels like it will explode while I was still reading this books.

To me, who came from the world without magic, swords and adventures, the things that were recorded here made me develop a very deep interest in it.

Me, being an avid reader really won’t change no matter when and where I am!!! Hahaha

I was engrossed in reading them that I didn’t notice Sasha had already arrived. She was just sitting there in the bed, smiling while looking at me.

Oh I forgot, I haven’t eaten yet!

Putting power into my feet and supporting myself with my hands, I stood up. When I turned around, I saw Sasha looking at me intently.

Oh she already arrived? I didn’t noticed her!

Heading towards her, I slowly place one foot in front of another. When I reached her she gently stroke my head and smile.

“Very good, Prince Lyle! Now then, are you hungry?”

She asked while still smiling at me. I noticed that I’m the only one who can see this kind of smile from her. Maybe because I’m still a child which is why she always lowered her guard down or maybe because of something else.

I don’t really care about all those things, as long as she show me that beautiful smile, that’s all that matters.

I smiled and then nodded.

She lifted me up and put me on the bed.

“Okay, then say aaahh!”

She held out the spoon towards my mouth. Although it’s a little bit embarrassing, but for now I’m still a cute child so I could only endure it. Anyway, being taken care like this doesn't feel too bad.

After I ate, I began to feel drowsy.

In this relaxed atmosphere, I crawl towards her and encircled my two little hands around her waist and laid my head to her growing chest.

“Eh? P-Prince Lyle? W-what…”

She couldn't finish what she’s saying because she noticed that I already closed my eyes.

She then also encircled her hands in my back and gently stroke it.

My drowsiness overtook me and I fell soundly asleep.
