(Info dump chapter part 1)

Yep, that settles it. I really am in another world yet I am surprisingly calm about this... yeah that's a lie. In fact just minutes ago, I was jumping around, bawling like a kid and punching stuff while cursing my stupidity and predicament. I mean who wouldn't be? But I got over it quickly. One of my many perks.

What? You think I would blame Frelinia for my situation? Of course not! Perish the thought! As a gentleman I should not be blaming other people because it is useless, unproductive and immature.

Haaah...Oh yeah I became a kid again. Though it might suck for me for various reasons but it’s actually needed for me to survive in this world.

Heh. Don't think that it is a disadvantage for me that I have a body of a weak kid because there are reasons for this as Frelinia said... which will be revealed a bit later. BUT!! There is still one more advantage to being a kid and that is...

*DUM DUM DUUUM*

I can finally do stupid stuff without anyone judging me! Society's a bitch and knows how to bite you in the ass if you’re an idiot. Hehehehe… now I can play around the sandbox again! Another thing is that in my current state of being “kawaii” will definitely make a lot of people want to care for me and I will exploit that state of weakness.

Well that’s all about the uses of my being a kid. Now… fufufufu… I am expecting much from this fantasy world because of the elf and beast girls! Fuck yeah! I will definitely rub their ears and tails!

Although I could also rub the ears and tails of males it seems… creepy to me and girls are much nicer to look at.! Even if it’s the last thing I do, I will accomplish this!

I specifically asked this of Frelinia a little while back for fun but I'm really thankful for it now. I have something to look forward to! Anyway back to the situation at hand.

I am currently looking at the ring in my hand. I picked it up a little while back and also considered to pick the egg up but... It's too big and quite heavy! It’s more than a third of my size and really uncomfortable to hold with my arms for a long period of time.

These are the items that were left to me by Frelinia to help in my very long term quest. I asked Frelinia if there is a time limit to the quest and she said that I have at least a century to finish the quest.

Okay! Let's have a history lesson! This world is called Salratia. It is 4 times bigger than earth and luckily landmass covers 2/5 of the earth's surface with the other 3/5 being oceans, lakes, rivers etc.

Daytime here is actually 28 hours while night time is just 20 hours making up 48 hours in a single day... I think my body clock needs very serious adjusting here. How in the hell would I be able to work and sleep with these kinds of conditions?!

Anyway this world is being managed by 20 gods. Yeah that's right, managed. Unlike what I was thinking, the gods were not the ones who created this world but it was instead created from those celestial bodies like comets, meteors, asteroids and other outer space stuff but science was not the only reason it was formed.

It was created with the help of mana.

Mana is what you could consider electricity in this world but more powerful and has a lot more uses than electricity. Mana flows through this world and is used by its inhabitants and even the gods themselves.

In fact, the gods were formed by the raw mana that was left after this world was created. At first they were semi-conscious and barely able to think well and sense their innate abilities much less use it. But as time passed, their intellectual capacity grew and grew until they finally reached human intelligence and began experimenting with their powers.

This world was still barren and could be considered as a big chunk or space rock from afar but the gods changed that. With a few accident-*cough* experiments, they were able to alter the evolutionary route to make intelligent creatures that can survive with the consumption and use of mana.

These first creatures were the dragons. And then after another series of accidents, miracles, and mishaps did their minor influence made it into the fantasy world it is today with the humans, elves, dwarves, demons, spirits, monsters, and a whole lot of other races but the ones above are the most numerous.

But of course, as I said they only managed it. They cannot destroy or make major changes to this world like changing the landscape, but they can influence it just like they did earlier. Nature was still formed through evolution with a lot of help from mana and a little bit of interference from the gods.

After the new inhabitants of this world started building civilizations, the gods decided to finally give a name to this world. After discussing a bit they’ve decided that henceforth the world shall be known as Salratia.

And no I did not ask Frelinia why they named the world that way. It’s too troublesome to do remember every single detail.
