Compendium of Everything Related to Cavaron.
This... post... will be updated accordingly to the information revealed with each succeeding chapter.
Getting lazy. I'll probably put a final compendium.at the very end of it all.
Locations
Ladenras
The Ladenras Kingdom is situated in the vast Ladenras Plains. The Ladenras Plains is surrounded by the Cacao Hills to the east, the Great Emeral Forests of the Beasts to the south, the Argent Mountains of the Faires to the west, and the Sable Marshlands to the north. Beyond the marshlands was the vast Haliga Sea.
Its capital is Lavinia City, named after its first queen.
Belfron
The Belfron Federation was, historically, an alliance of scattered kingdoms during the undead war. After Cavaron seemingly defeated Thanatos, the alliance paved the way into the formation of the Federation. Many families of royalty stripped their titles in favor of the Federation including the leading family, the Rusvich Royalty. Its capital is the former Rusvich capital, Volya City, due to the efforts of an individual that led to the birth of the Federation.
The focus of the story was in its southern district, within the Volshik Plains, Kintab's Recluse. Kintab's Recluse is a massive dig site handled by the Archaeologists and Treasure Hunters due to the fact that there were many ancient ruins and labyrinths that make the southern districts their home.
Felrok Ruins
The ruins where the remnants of the Undead War were hidden.
Hub Space
A place in between worlds that Cavaron first encountered when he was summoned the second time. It can only be accessed if the summoning ritual did not use sacrifices or if Cavaron enters it on his own. Like how he named it, Hub Space is a place where there are many portals that lead to many innumerable worlds. Time flows very fast in this place where an hour or two inside will only have a second pass outside.
Edeortha
A world where humans, angels, and demons coexist. This word was once ravaged by a millennium of wars that left numerous scars all over it. A century ago, a massive disaster took place and claimed the lives of nearly a third of Edeortha's population. A hundred years after that, another war threatened the peace of Edeortha.
Before the disaster, Edeortha was a super continent that spans over 150 million square kilometers.
(AN: Eden of the Earth, Ede-o-rtha)
Regasol
The capital of the Sun Empire of Edeortha. Houses over 18 million people and sits in the middle of a valley.
Characters

25 y/o (800+ y/o)
The protagonist of the story. A young adult male human with an athletic body and average skin tone with a height of 184 cm. He has green eyes and a head full of brown, crew cut hair. Outside of combat, he is an avid reader, can sleep anywhere, has a talent in crafting and cooking, and loves to dance... blade dance.
Before being summoned, he was born in a tight knit, agricultural village far separated from civilization. As a young boy, his only source of knowledge was from the people who passed through the village.

Rotter Ladenras

Max
A merchant who owns Maximum Imports. Myrn directed Cavaron to him as the person to sell the gem, Pyrocite, to because a Pyrocite is expensive. Max's personality is happy-go-lucky on the outside, but is stern and serious when it comes to large business transactions. Such an example was when his personality switched when Cavaron brought the Pyrocite.
Tania Rusvich
Just imagine her having red hair, damned templates.
30 y/o
The Premier of the Belfron Federation. Twenty years ago, during the Undead war, she was the Princess of the Rusvich Kingdom. The Rusvich Kingdom found the remains of a champion summoning ritual, and resulted in the summoning of Cavaron. As an only child, she often played with Cavaron, and clung to him like a little sister with a brother-complex. Years after the war, this affection turned into love (obsession) and resulted in her re-summoning Cavaron by the same ritual.
Pietr Rusvich
63 y/o
The former monarch of the Rusvich Kingdom. Now, he is an elder that aids his daughter in handling administrative affairs. Outside of politics, he is a powerful warrior, nicknamed as both the Gentle Demon due to the Undead War, and the Tyrant of the Battlefield due to his prowess for heavy and large weapons.
Agrithos Osfort
99 y/o
One of the Sixteen Sages of Belfron, and is the Guild Master of the Archaeologists' Guild. During the war twenty years ago, he became Cavaron's teacher in learning about their world. He was also the one who taught Cavaron to read arcane glyphs that resulted in another contract.
Wynn Osfort
34 y/o
The damsel in distress in the Belfron Arc. She was an influential Archaeologist outside of being Agrithos' granddaughter, because of her devotion to her duty as an Archaeologist. She was also the leader of the expedition that led to the discovery of the undead remnants, and had her soul become fuel for the Death God's Soul Core. Twenty years ago, when Cavaron became Agrithos' student, she also played with him and resulted in a friendship forming between her and Tania. Lucas' elder sister.
Lucas Osfort
25 y/o
A young Federal soldier that was Cavaron's friend twenty years ago. Cavaron had a hard time forgetting the toddler that shat on his greaves when a ghoul appeared while they were playing. He joined the Federal military to change that image. Wynn's younger brother.

53 y/o

Aldric Asonar
The human emperor of the Sun a century ago. The person responsible for bring Cavaron into Edeortha.
EQUIPMENT
Blood Sword
A sword he found from one of his previous adventures. It was made by the vampires that lived in that world, and was given to him as a gift. It is a magic sword that gains power through the owner's blood or through its victim's blood. Much like its name, this sword is colored red like blood. Its edge is serrated to provide maximum damage against fleshy enemies and, coupled with > can cut through many types of armor. It's material is unknown, but its light weight and affinity to magic makes it seem to be made from mithril or another precious metal.
Mana Sword
A mithril sword that was forged by Dark Elves in one of the worlds he was summoned into. This sword feeds on the owner's mana or drains the victim's mana to strengthen its attacks. It was a treasure he looted from one of the many Dark Elf fortresses he subdued, and a prize for his victory. In contrast to the Blood Sword, the Mana Sword is colored blue and has a sleek design making it more useful for piercing than cleaving. Coupled with the Blood Sword, and enhanced by the >, Cavaron becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially against other Magic Warriors.
Armor
Cavaron wears an armor similar to the Teutonic Maximilian plate armor, without the helmet. His armor was given to him by his mentor when he was first summoned. Originally, the armor was silver in color, but due to the effects of mana and numerous enchantments that aid in his agility and dexterity to support his Blade Dancing, it became azure in color. It was said that a race of magesmiths forged the armor. Blacksmiths with the ability to imbue any kind of metal to have an increased affinity to magic, thus the birth of many Magic Warriors.
Cape
Cavaron's red cape was a gift from a draconian race from one of the many worlds he was summoned to. It was made from the beards, manes, tails, and whiskers of numerous dragons to aid him in the war. At first, the cape had a rainbow like shine, but due to the many battles it was subjected to, it became blood red. The cape is effective as defense against many types of magic that may harm the wearer, thus are the abilities of the many dragons that it came from.
Short Swords
The two short swords sheathed on Cavaron's waist were forged by a hermitic dwarf who lived in a volcano in another world he freely visited. These swords were forged from an alloy of three metals: mithril, gold, and silver (or two if you turn gold and silver into electrum). For some reason, precious metals such as gold have an affinity for magic. Thus, these swords get an increase in power from >. They also deal additional damage against the undead an lycans.
Consumables and Other Stuff
Neurax Worm
A genetically modified worm that he found in a SciTech world. This worm lives and feeds in its host's brain, and is able to take over many of its functions. Cavaron found the plans on how to create these worms and added his own knowledge into the mix, and turned it into a MagiTech creature that follows his commands aside from its other functions. Neurax Worms are used to infiltrate, sabotage, or leak information. Sadly, its fertility rate is very low and dies off after a day of being exposed in the air or when its host dies.
Dragon Blood
Contrary to its name, this drug does not directly come from a dragon. Instead, it is a blood red sap from a parasitic and carnivorous tree that lives off dragons. The seeda of the tree drift in the air, similar to spores or dandelions, looking for dragons. If it lands on something else, it immediately dies. The tree receives nutrients from living dragons as a sapling, and the dragon's corpse as a full grown tree. It looks like any other tree until you find the bony remains of the dragon underneath it or if you extract its blood red sap. No one could properly explain why the sap turns its drinkers into berserk madmen depending on the amount but one theory says that the dying rage of the dragons come in the form of the blood red sap. When diluted enough, it is used as a remedy for many ailments.
Blue Flower
A rare flower that only grows in mana-rich plains and meadows. Sometimes, it can be found near the roots of a massive tree. Other times, it can be found being cultivated near beings of strong magical power or mana-wells. Strangely, it never grows where evil dwells, no matter the amount of mana the area provides., and cultivates better when surrounded by affection. Despite proliferating in areas of magic, the are no known magical applications found for it yet. Cavaron merely uses it as a symbol of his love in the many worlds he has been to.
(AN: agape? storge? eros? philia?)
Pyrocite
A rare and expensive gem that is normally found within volcanoes or close to magma deposits.
Luminite
A precious gem that provides luminescence on its own by absorbing mana in the air. It is often used as lighting along corridors and streets.

8 156The Dreamside Road
Five years after the world fell into chaos, a treasure of artifacts is up for grabs. The relics of the Dreamside Road offer a power that could help rebuild or annihilate what remains. Orson Gregory is an adventurer for hire, but hunts this treasure for answers, not glory. Enoa Cloud’s late aunt helped hide the Dreamside Road, but following in her aunt’s supernatural tradition offers her as much peril as power. Together, Orson and Enoa battle a magic-obsessed militia, clash with a host of rivals, and face constant adventure on their journey to find the Dreamside Road. *Updates Monday and Friday The Dreamside Road is now on TopWebFiction! Vote so people know this exists. _____________________________________ NOTE: The Progression tag applies specifically to Enoa. Also, fair warning, that element doesn't enter the story until she begins her studies. Content: Main characters range in age from teenagers to people in their thirties and older, but it will not contain gratuitous violence or explicit sexual content. It also won’t shy away from implication, anything to make this story and its world feel more real. Characters will freely allude to potentially triggering topics, including living with a disability, facing terminal illness, coping with trauma, surviving societal destabilization, and the consequences of bigotry. At its most intense, the Dreamside Road is a hard PG-13. Worldbuilding: This is not a story with a lot of early exposition scenes, conveniently explaining ‘magic systems’ and political dynamics. Readers will learn, progressively, as the characters do. This story/world has a ‘magic system’, or rather, a set of systems, but the effort to quantify and understand the truth of the setting plays a role in the backstory, as well as in some character motivations. In that same vein, not every character has a firm grasp on the nature of their world, and not every piece of dialog from every character should be taken as entirely truthful Worldbuilding. Also, this isn't the softest Sci-fi. There are at least some basic explanations given for various elements, but Royal Road does not give me a spectrum to choose from. Given the choice between hard and soft, let's just say The Dreamside Road won't be cited in any college Physics papers. Setting and Theme: The Dreamside Road walks the line between fantasy and science fiction and deals with finding one’s place in a changing world. Many of the characters in this story are United States natives and the story begins in the United States, my homeland. However, knowledge or interest in this country is not necessary to understand the story, especially as it progresses. Also, as this is a novel that deals with societal collapse and while that damage may be widespread, in story, I don’t want to overstep and critique the culture of others’ unless I have particular knowledge in a given area. Ultimately, the Dreamside Road is American in the same way Harry Potter is English, fantasies that do not have a full secondary world, but with enough original elements to fully diverge the setting from our the real world.
