Chapter 3 – Gaining more levels

A young teen was surrounded by 10 goblins, gripping his one-handed sword with his left hand, he decided to wait for the goblins to take action.

Several goblins were being too arrogant, they were smiling and celebrating as they finally thought that they are able to eat a human flesh, it’s have been month’s they had one. The leader of the goblin were careful but he had too little control over his people, even though he had warn them, the goblins were too excited to listen.

On the other hand, the teen suddenly make a grin as the goblins had unconsciously entered his range. Being prepared he made a stance and were still awaiting for any goblin that would want to make the first move. The goblin leader nodded his head as he didn’t sense any trap or ambush that would create a huge disadvantages for them. He knew that the teen is an adventurer as he is not panicking but he didn’t know that the teen were happy not because there were trap or other companion but it is because he is strong enough to defeat all of the goblins easily.

Grahhgghhh!!!

The goblin leader shouts to commence attack. The rest of the goblins rush with their own weapons respectively (club-dagger-sword).

Ignoring the rest of the goblins behind him, he charge to the few that was in front of him. Dodging attacks on his left and right without even looking at it. He beheaded the 3 goblins at once. Before the goblins on the left realizes, the teen was gone. They started panicking but didn’t realize that the teen was already behind them.

The leader back was drenched with sweat seeing almost all of his people died in just less than 5 seconds. He roar furiously and decided that only he is strong enough to take on the young teen. As for the rest of the goblins, seeing that their leader rush towards the teen, renewed their strength and started to follow him at once.

“Good, such a courageous leader you are”

The teen said while being happy that the rest of the goblins didn’t run away even after seeing his strength. The very young teen is Ryo, which was thrown into the land of Zhelerez by the god after he died in his own world.

“Slow!!”

After Ryo shouted, his surrounding were slowed, it’s like as if time slows down for the rest of the things but not himself. Ryo quickly rush to the rest of the goblins and killed them as fast as he could. After confirming that all of the goblins had died, the time around him goes to normal. The goblins around him didn’t even realized that they were already beheaded and were still rushing towards Ryo, but after 2 seconds their head dropped. The goblin leader died with a confuse face as he didn’t know what killed him.

“Hahaha, this is easy… Let’s find more powerful beings to kill.”

Ryo were happy that he manage to find these goblins as they were always a creature that goes in a group. Thus he love them, it is like a chicken to him. Nice food and resources for him to level up.

Ryo had just defeated the horn rabbit and were resting to gain back his stamina. He realize that the more hungry and thirsty he is, the stamina will be used up thrice the amount than it normally should have.

“I need to find more food if this goes on…I will definitely starve to death”

He stood up after he had stored the horn-rabbit into his inventory slots. Ryo decided to travel west, it’s not like he knew that he was moving to the west. Ryo just wants to find shelter so that he will be safe from all of these animals or in his opinion it was monsters.

After walking for about half an hour he found an abandon carriage, both horse were lying down and there were a few creatures, he aren’t able to confirm what is it but they were having a meal of these horses. Slowly moving towards the carriage he saw that the creature were wolfs, three of them in fact, all of their fur were red and have red eyes. In addition they have 2 tails rather than one.

Ryo almost decided to back away until he saw that there were a sword near the carriage. Thinking up a plan and after pushing his fears away, he decided to risk it all. Ryo plan was to take the sword and run away while the wolves were eating the horse.

“Now”

Ryo muttered softly, He quickly dash and grab the sword. He almost get away but two wolves suddenly appeared in front of him out of nowhere, He felt terrified and tears started to appear on his eyes. The two wolf growl and made enough noise in such that the other three wolves appeared behind him.

Suddenly one of them lounge towards Ryo, Ryo in turn didn’t have time to dodge and close his eyes and brace for the worse but weirdly he didn’t felt any damage.

Backtracked has activated

“Woah! I had forgotten that I have this skill” ‘okay while the wolves were distracted and confuse let’s see what other skills I have, show skills!’

In response Ryo quickly activate Future Eye so that he could see 1 seconds ahead. Directly after he activate, he saw that the wolf to the left breath fire towards him. Ryo quickly dodge to the right to avoid the fire.

“Groooo!!!”

The wolf were unhappy that Ryo manage to dodge one of his attack, the rest of the wolf also quickly rush to attack Ryo. On the other hand Ryo were trying his best to avoid but his body couldn’t really follow up what he is seeing and his mana is also slowly going down, as the skills uses up 15 mana per seconds.

“Shit!! Nooooo!!!!”

Ryo desperately shouted as he knew that he is definitely going to die after seeing the wolf in front of him breadth fire again.
