Quickly changing into new clothes that were on top of the night table. Changing into the grey robes he quickly ran his hands through his hair then went into the common room to speak more to Saeflwyn about his cultivation, and why she attacked him.

As Fiend Yuki entered the room he was struck with a smell the made his belly rumble with hunger and drool to cascade out of his mouth. Eyes darting around he spotted the source of the smell. It was what looked like chicken glistening golden with seasoning speckled over it. Near it Saeflwyn was twirling her finger causing the chicken to rotate slowly over the fire, as she glanced over at Fiend Yuki with knowing eyes as she was cooking her masterpiece. Seeing the look coming from his eyes Saeflwyn said “It’s almost ready, I figured you’d be hungry from not eating for a week.”

Eyes darting to Saeflwyn then quickly back to the chicken Fiend Yuki impatiently said back to her “How much longer…. It looks done yeah?”

With an amused smirk in her eyes as she was watching Fiend Yuki stare intensely at the chicken, which quickly grew to shock because she saw Fiend Yuki quickly immerse himself into a daydream, with the aura of the Dream Dao wavering around him.

While staring at the chicken Fiend Yuki started to imagine how it’d taste, and all the chickeny goodness it’d bring to him which quickly lead to other food related thought which then led to him immersing himself into the dream dao, where ice cream floated in the sky, the steams and rivers were sauces, oceans full of gravy, cookies replacing rocks, he quickly lost himself in the feeling of food and gluttony in his daydream imagining himself stuffing himself full of food.

Swifting floating over to Fiend Yuki, Saeflwyn looked at him and realized he was stuck inside his own daydream but this was either a good or bad thing for Fiend Yuki. He could either lose himself forever he soul lost eternally to the dream dao, or he will quickly step onto the path of the dao of dreams breaking into the Xiantian realm in one fell swoop. Then puzzled since Fiend Yuki has just now started cultivating since she knew his realm when she struck him, stretching out her hand and checking Fiend Yuki’s pulse Saeflwyn was shocked to find out that after only 7 days he went from having no cultivation to being peak Houtian. Eyes squinting at Fiend Yuki and sizing him up as an cultivation genius she already started to make plans of what to do with him after she found what she needed in this forsaken forest.

Eyes staring intensely at Fiend Yuki, Saeflwyn forgot the chicken and was watching over Fiend Yuki ensuring no sudden surprises happen to him.

Meanwhile in Fiend Yuki’s day dream was eating anything imaginable to him, even food he never tasted but only seen or heard of. Which weirdly to him all tasted like chicken… Getting tired of the chicken flavored caviar, and thinking of a more cook snack he stretched out his hand and a ice cream cloud quickly descended to him. Staring at the cloud with anticipation, without even using his hands or any utensils Fiend Yuki just stuck his face into the cloud taking a bite out of it not minding the smearing of ice cream on his face. Thinking to himself the taste of ice cream, but then quickly making a gimance because that too tasted like chicken…. And tasting a plethora of other food yet all tasting like chicken Fiend Yuki finally figured out that this wasn’t reality but a daydream he’s having about food. Trying to think of a way out of this, Fiend Yuki tried the first thing that popped to his mind… pinching himself. When he pinched himself in here in reality his arm where he pinched himself slowly formed a bruise but was quickly healing it over.

Thinking some more to himself since the pinching didn’t help other than hurting. Fiend Yuki slowly sat down and started to think about this, and how weird this daydream is, and how to wake up from it. Slowly after an hour of thinking about how to wake up Fiend Yuki slowly emptied his mind and a response with the Dao of Dreams was formed which quickly formed into a hazy dreamlike substance which entered his body. Slowly within his dantian a small amount of this dreamlike substance formed into his first ever Qi, while the rest flowed into his body which brought his cultivation realm into the Xiantian realm and slowly furthered his foothold into the Dao of Dreams.

Slowly waking himself up from the thoughtless state he was in, Fiend Yuki found new notifications hovering in his eyes.

Saeflwyn seeing that Fiend Yuki not only woke up from his daydream but also broke through to Xiantian realm was not only as happy for Fiend Yuki but maybe even more happy for him since the more talented he was the better prospects he future will be, and the better his future will be the better rewards she’d get for roping him to her side. Smiling brightly at Fiend Yuki, Saeflwyn quickly said “Congratulations on entering the Xiantian realm. I have some manuals about that realm as well since the houtian and xiantian realms are the most common, but going after those two it starts to get regulated by scets, and other powers to strengthen themselves and weaken the masses.”

Then looking deep into Fiend Yuki’s eyes Saeflwyn continued to say “But if you follow me back to my sect after I’m done here, I can promise you a place there and many more manuals based on your previous breakthrough speed.”

Looking back at Saeflwyn and debating whether he should follow her or not, and think about what he’d gain if he did or did not, only to see that following her would reward him much more than if he didn’t sighing to himself internally “Yeah, I’ll do just that. Thank you for thinking so much for my sake.” then silently thinking to himself ‘and almost killing me’.

Seeing that Fiend Yuki agreed after a little hesitation Saeflwyn smiled happily to herself and turned back to look at the chicken she forgot while guarding over Fiend Yuki. Only to see that it burnt to a crisp.
