《I Get A System, But I'm Still On Earth.》Chapter 16

"So, is there any question?"
Right now Fuk was integrating the new recipes to the cooks. Most of them were nothing special, but at the very least he was sure that it would taste better than the rest of the old recipes. Beside this, there was some new regulation about dividing the menu into pork, non-pork, and vegetarian food. And thanks to the 'laziness kindness' of his boss, he just let Fuk did anything he wanted to do.
"Boss, can you explain one more time about the 'bonus' part?" Said the veteran cook, Dequinn.
"...It's weekly." Fuk answered, fully understood the meaning behind Dequinn question. Once per week, he would let the cooks cooked any recipe they wanted to cook. As long as it got Fuk's approval, not expensive, could be made in bulk, using the ingredients they had and healthy, he would give them 100$... from his own salary.
Hearing Fuk's words the smile pasted on their faces, even though Fuk somewhat kinda regretting his decision, at the very least he knew how bored and low morale they were; cooking the same foods every day in the last 5 years.
For starters, today new menus were chicken noodle soup or lentil soup, baked ham and pineapple, jacket potato, garlic bread, cheese and tomato ravioli, sandwich selection, seasonal fruits and 'garden' salad.
"Huh... maybe I should add some home tasted food," Fuk muttered, rubbing his chin. "Anyway, it will be better if you guys add a home recipe or local food." He continued, knowing the fact that most of the researcher and scientist rarely went to their home.
After he was helping the cooks for a little while, it didn't take long for the cooks to fully understand his recipe and did the rest of it by themselves, while some of the servers were helping them and some were helping with the cleaning, Fuk went back to his own office, smirking when he realized that he had his own room.
Without hesitation, he jumped to the seemingly comfortable black office chair and spinning around a few times, until he realized that he was acting like a kid and began to sort his thought.

"Let's see... Mama is a Fighter then Warrior and Viking, Soldier is Striker then Archer and Gunslinger, Cloud is Backpacker then Ranger then Tamer, lastly Ellisar and Eilayr is a spellcaster then Wizard and Magician then Sorcerer and Elemental Mage."
As he scribbled down the list of those guys Classes, at the very least he knew five Class functions out of the Sixteen Class he had. This time, rather than spending 135 Cp to Hyper Novice, Fuk was planning to increase the pool of skills he could get.
"...Won't it better for me to go complete the rest of spellcaster?" Fuk muttered, rather than blindly went to spend his Cp on the unknown Class, and the fact that he already knew two of spellcaster classes gave him enough reason to complete the rest of spellcasters Class. At the worst, he would get the information about the said class.
Already fully aware of what Cleric could do, the choice that he made was.

Beep Beep
As the jarring alarm sound reminding Fuk that he had another job, still in high spirit he lifted his ass from the comfortable chair and went to the cafeteria. While doing the same activity as yesterday, helping the servers and learning about other employees but today forcing his vision to its maximum limit, he searched for the least favourite food, the food that others barely took.

Congratulations! Wided-Eye is now level 4.
Congratulations! You have learned the passive skill Fast Handed Lvl 1!
Huh... a new skill eh. Fuk thought as the speed of his hand suddenly increased, slightly faster than Estefania as both of them handing food like they were a machine.
They hadn't realized yet, but their actions had become a show for others. Some were cheering on Fuk... And some were betting whether or not Estefania could defeat the new assistant manager.
When the number of people that went to the cafeteria already reduced, once again with the friendly trained smile Fuk went around, doing a little chat whilst asking for some suggestion.
And then from the corner of Fuk's sight, one woman with messy hair was monopolizing the desk, without no one else eating on her side, though the woman itself didn't eat and just silently lay her head on the table.
Shrugging his shoulder, Fuk excused himself from the other group and took a bowl of chicken soup. "Excuse ma'am, are you not feeling well?" Said Fuk.
"...No..." Said the woman with a hoarse voice.
And as she raised her head, somehow Fuk didn't surprise to find that it was Saiko. Though, he could only wonder how the hell she already turned into a zombie in her second day.
"Geez, if I know it's only you, I should act more casual." Fuk said as he put the bowl of chicken noodle soup in front of her. "Here, eat this."
"....Not in the mood."
"..Then why are you coming to the cafeteria? *Sigh* Just eat, this one wouldn't taste like sh- I mean this one should taste better than yesterday." Fuk said while he was sitting in front of her, blankly stared at her panda-like eyes.
"....Can you mind your own business?"
"Eh, whatever you say ma'am." Said Fuk, as his lip curled upward in derision and as he stood, he remembered something "By~ the~ way~ tonight we are going to the club, wanna come?"
"....who's 'we'?" She replied, as she took the spoon and began stirring the chicken noodle soup.
"You know, the yesterday gang, Lil Ty, Meth, Junior. Well, in case you're interested just go to the "Wherever" home bar, by the way, if you wanted second just go to the Estefania, the chubby woman over there." As Fuk pointed his thumb backwards, from the glass reflection he noticed that Estefania noticed he was talking with Saiko and waving her left hand as her right-hand repeatedly handing the foods.
"....Yup, that lady over there." Fuk said, leaving Saiko and joining with another group of people before he went back to the kitchen, helping the cook made another batch of foods.

After briefing tomorrow menus, calculating the food, the ingredient used, the most food that others were eating, the least popular food, the waiting line, prime time the moon already replaced the sun and when he went out from his office.
The pearly-white translucent figure shimmered with a hazy black string. At first, its whisper was like the soft susurration of the wind in the trees, then as the figure became more clear, more sharply focused, the whisper became an eerie hoarse now. Though Fuk could see the form of a woman with a gaunt soulless eye.
"The hell are you doing?" Said Fuk to the shady figure that sat still in the darkness.
The figure glaring at him and with frowned eyebrows. "....You forget to give me the address."
"Seriously? Have you heard about this mysterious thing called GPS? no? It is installed on yo-"
"....the battery is dead."
"...Charge it." Fuk said, as his eyes shifting to the electric sockets that were scattered at the walls and floors.
"....I don't bring it."
"Ask ot-... then just knock on my door. What's the type? type c? I have a portable charger, just give me your phone."

Ursus Ex Machina
Ozzy was a man of the wild. Raised in a remote village atop the world's mightiest mountain, he'd been taught to respect and revere the natural world. The realm he was born into had been there long before him, and it would remain there long after him. Sure, there was the occasional madman who threatened to destroy it, but such boasts were always empty. No one individual was actually capable of demolishing this beautiful blue-and-green ball Ozzy called home. No matter what terrible magics these villains wielded, they were incapable of causing permanent harm to the environment. Even if the planet was completely devastated, it would recover. Life would find a way to flourish, same as it always had. That was what Ozzy believed from the bottom of his heart, so he never once felt the need to save the world he loved. After all, it was never truly in danger. The world would be fine no matter what. The people were a wee bit endangered, but that was another story altogether. However, what would happen if Ozzy suddenly found himself devoid of his beloved wilds? What would the man do if the realm he knew - one of wonder, magic, and chaos - was replaced with a man-made environment of concrete, industry, and steam? Ozzy could never imagine such a thing happening, and yet that was his new reality. After losing a fateful confrontation with a mad wizard, he and his friends found themselves transported to a strange world so thoroughly alien that every waking moment feels like a fever dream. Separated and scattered to the four corners of this land, each of these adventurers will need to adapt, survive, and overcome if they hope to reunite. They would also need to do so quickly. The sooner they are able to find one another, the sooner they can figure out a way back home and have another crack at putting an end to the villain's plans. Whether such a thing was actually possible in a world with barely any magic in it was a valid concern, but Ozzy had more immediate things to worry about. For instance, why did the air smell like a perpetual forest fire? How did ships sail through the sky as if it were water? And most importantly, was the pavement he was hurtling towards at high speed much softer than it looked? Probably not, but a man could hope.
