2 hours left until the dungeon closed.
Fuk squatting down, rubbing his chin and surveying the area. Up until yesterday, the spot Fuk was looking at was the spot where the zombie was respawning, but for some reason, there were no zombies or skeletons today.
But it appeared the scary looking humanoid shrouded in rotting, tattered purple funerary clothes, its hands ended in sharpened claws with slightly elongated fingernails had been replaced them. On top of its head, there was a letter that said its name was Coffin Corpse.
And there were several problems that made him concerned.
First, Fuk was trying to fight it, but unlike its sluggish appearance, it moved really fast, almost as fast as Fuk. Not only that it had an ability to phase itself, but it also had some kind of teleporting ability.
Second, one hit was enough to break his Lvl 3 barrier, that was 35 damage only with its normal attack, not including the mental pressure Fuk felt when Coffin Corpse was near him.
Third, barely fleeing from Coffin Corpse, repeatedly using Swift Step Lvl 3. And as the result, it raised to Lvl 4, alongside with Running Lvl 6, Fast Movement Lvl 4 and Free Runner Lvl 3. Exhausted, Fuk grabbed a bottle of water from his inventory, completely forgot about the rule, and once he did that, a creature resembled a man-sized translucent humanoid with delicate features, wore flowing robes tied at the waist with a sash made of the same incorporeal stuff. The creature’s face showed no emotion as it put his hand into Fuk's body and the next thing Fuk knew his renown already reduced by one.
Last, right now he was hiding, watching from the behind of tombstones as several people, 12 in number fighting together to defeat the Coffin Corpse. But, the physical attack didn't have any effect, and as for magical attack, it would give some damage but the regeneration from the Coffin Corpse was far higher than the output they could give.

So Fuk began to make some kind of plan in his mind. Theoretically, he could kill the Coffin Corpse if the requirement was fulfilled.
Novice Strike Lvl 1: Spend all of your Stamina until 1 point left, doing physical damage equal to the stamina used x Skill Level. Instant.
Novice Art Lvl 1: Spend all of your mana pool until 1 point left, doing magical damage equal to the mana used x Skill Level + Total point in the magical attribute. Channelling: 3 seconds.
In paper, he could do 143 damage with Novice Art, though the flaw was he needed to have Coffin Corpse immobilize for about three seconds. Not including the risk if its Health was far higher than 143, he needed someone to back him up if that was the case.
He could reduce the risk by increasing his Wisdom 39 times, but that would really hurt him in the long run. Fuk already planned to spread all of his attributes, slowly learning their value, not the one in number, but the one he could really felt.
As far as he knew, raising Strength would make his body stronger, Constitution for his pain threshold, Control for well how he could move his body and keeping his balance, Agility for running speed. And that was all, except for the clear one like Perception, Precision and Reaction, Fuk didn't realize any difference with another attribute. either they didn't have any effect, or Fuk just didn't realize yet.

In the end, already familiar with the staff, Fuk chose Blackthorn Staff and the result was a 2.1-meter black staff, with a brown gem on top of its head, on each end there were several thorns pointed out of the staff.
As the complementary Fuk got a brown robe, with a metal pad on its right shoulder and a pouch at its belt and the hat was a standard pointy brown hat, with a black belt on the hat base.
Whilst Monocle of Truth had a golden colour both on its frame and its chain, its glass was transparent, like crystal clear transparent, if one didn't touch it, they wouldn't know that the monocle had a glass.
For attributes, after seeing the twelve party member was retreating, he also went back to his apartment, waited for midnight, went to his secret warehouse and distributing the attributes one by one while recording the result, at the end of the night, while dumping the last two point into Wisdom Fuk attributes were.

8 168The Paths of Magick
Credits: Story by Xcaliburnt. Cover Art by @Bervolart. Magick, the power to bend the laws of reality. All because of a mystical substance known as mana. Mages follow the Paths to achieve power, for there is no more addictive chase. Each Path winds and twists, forcing mages through the flames of adversity and challenge. Though the operative word is "path", the reality is far less straightforward. Instead of a road, Paths are like the branches of world trees, erupting into the heavens, intertwining, and ending in sharp snaps. Only the strongest reach the sky. There are several Paths, and many Ways to walk them—variations of the same Path, and like the stars, they are endless. Magick is the sacred flame that scours the fat, rendering the truest self. Superfluous flesh melting away to show the skeleton of one's being. A chance for ascension—apotheosis. Though not every mage works to godhood, if they survive long enough, It is inescapable. Witness the lives of those that tread the knife's edge of self-destruction. Each one intertwined in their search for answers, revenge, and, most of all: power. These individuals have all lost something precious—irreplaceable—and In search of filling the void left behind, they have taken up the mantle of a mage. Per aspera ad astra. Ad mortem vel divinitatis. (Through adversity to the stars. To death or divinity.) There is no consistent release schedule except my consistent inconsistency. Besides, there’s like a thousand pages worth of content, how can—you already read it? Goddamn. Oh, and there is a very long hiatus between volumes as I intend to edit and rewrite a lot. What to Expect: This story is progression fantasy, so expect a healthy dose of training. It's also heavy on slice of life, and it isn't entirely overarching-plot-driven. Expect characters to live their lives, and not always be on some quest to save the world. There's a lot of magic theory and discussion about it in the story. So, if you don't like impromptu lessons on sorcerous theory by traveling monster slayers, this might not be for you. But if you do like it, rejoice! For there is a lot of it. This is also heavy on prose, purple as a bruised eye. I use outdated, uneccesarily collegiate-level terms and play around with the writing style just for the heck of it. I find it fun to wax and wane poetic, and that might grate on you—I don’t plan to change this aspect of the Paths much if at all. Onto the viewer discretion is advised parts: This is grim-dark/ grim-heart. Take the tags seriously. There will be combat scenes that are brutal and horrifying. Fights to the death tend to be. This is a tale about medieval mercenaries (quite literal killers for hire), man-eating monsters, and eldritch gods beyond the material plane. Beside that, there will be traumatic events that are best left unread. I do not detail certain acts I find heinous enough, instead leaving some parts unwritten but still alludded to if not outright stated; there is simply no graphic narration thereof. This is not for the faint of heart.
