The creature that towered us was pretty much the same as the other burrowers. Only thing was, this one was 23 foot tall with a thicker fur and a ting of black in it, as well as its claws that sparkled like silver in the darkness.

“Identify!”

Name: Black blood burrower(Exotic)level:90Damage:???Defense:225Said to be the supreme leader of the underground creatures known as burrowers. Its astounding black fur is said to be impenetrable to common weapons while its silver claw can penetrate through thick steel. It was also deemed as the keeper of the second gate.

I let out a drool. Holy crap! So if I literally butcher it up and take down those claws and use it as materials to forge new weapons I wonder what will come out. Anyway I retracted my thoughts and focused on the danger ahead.

Another barrage of burrowers then sprang to action as they targeted the elven company. A bloody mess spewed forth as the enemy lunged and swung their thick arms hoping for it to land. The elvens however were no pushover.

“We can handle them captain Himalos!” Anel’kol shouted. It seems that during those weeks of fighting countless hordes of burrowers. As thus my personification has now been alleviated and they now almost have complete faith in me. The elves were now fighting solo and sure enough the enemy was no match for the nimble elves .

Oh shit! Those are some major debuff. I thought as the gigantic burrower swung its massive right arm trying to smash me flat. I quickly dodge it and then. Bang! Rubbles and Debris flew as dust scattered while I quickly recovered and ran towards the massive right hand that was still stuck at the ground. Changing the sword to a black axe. Putting all my weight and swinging with all my might It hit the creatures right hand with a splat.

The axe penetrated the creatures hand but it was only skin deep with no great wound. It was almost like just a scratch.

The creatures health bar then appeared before my eyes.

Its eyes flashed red as I could clearly see it was now enraged. It retracted its right hand and then made a sweeping motion as it bulldozed the ground. It was fast, too fast or maybe I was just slower than I initially was thus I got slammed into the wall as a pop up appeared.

WHAT THE FUCK! The damage output is so freaking high! Not only that but that black blood burrower was like a tank and damage dealer in an RPG game. I have to take this thing down quickly! Prolonging this battle would serve to my disadvantage.

“Warrior’s Instinct! Body Strengthening!” I roared.

My body changed in a flash. My blond hair charcoaled itself to black with red tinges in the end. As well as did my blue eyes shifted to crimson red. My body quivered while my muscles trembled from the sudden flow of power.

Grabbing the axe I quickly dashed forward with the weapon at the ready to cleave. I sprang like a bullet as I zigzagged along the lines to confuse the it. It barraged me with swings as I tried top dodge each and every one of them. More rubbles flew and dust scattered. Seeing as his strikes weren’t connecting the creature then quickly attempted to grab me. I quickly rolled over dodging the enemy’s grasp. Quickly recovering I ran with all my effort in it. The creature attempted to grab me again but seeing this I quickly gave a slide like a professional baseball player.

I stood up quickly continuing my run and the went past the creature passing through the between of its legs. I made my way towards the wall where the spear that I previously threw was latched on together with the burnt body of a borrower that hang together with it.

Jumping towards the wall and then back flipping as I grabbed the spear and then landing solidly on my feet I positioned myself and threw the spear with all my might. It flew straight and true as a brilliant streak of flame flashed through the sky and then disappeared as it landed on the backside of the black blood burrower.

What the Fuck! That didn’t do much of a damage. The creature spun around now much more angrier than before. It let off another huge roar as it dug underground and disappeared. Fuck me! This is going to become a whole lot harder.

Boo. A crater appeared below me as the creature let open its jaws as it tried to swallow me. Oh hell no! I am not going to die a dogs death as I nimbly maneuvered myself midair as I avoided its jaws just barely.

Landing softly on my feet at the ground. I analyzed the creature on his pros and cons . Its fur is thick and its defenses are almost impenetrable so a lot of cutting power was needed. I changed the appearance of my weapon to a broadsword.

I ran quickly adjusting my speed to a higher degree so that the enemy won’t be able to escape underground. It quickly tried to burrow underground but seeing this I jumped up and latched myself on its back. It went down on its tunnel and dug down. Rubbles and Dirt went past me as I kept on clinging its fur. Changing my broadsword to a rapier I quickly use the skill dark pierce.

I stabbed its back on the same point over and over again and numerous pop ups appeared.

We flew midair as we appeared to the surface again. I cling on to the creatures back like my life depended on it, which was actually kind of true. It tumbled on the ground rolling trying to wiggle me free which he succeeded. I rolled my way to the ground as the creature ran towards me again with its gleaming silver claws.

It barraged me with strikes as I nimbly dodge it however it manage to struck me horizontally as I flew midair and the creature seeing this ran again at full speed like a train and then using its unbelievable leg power it jumped sky high and tried to flatten me as I was till in midair.

Bam I was hit again and dived towards the ground with incredible speed.

I made a crater as my body fell towards the ground. Rubbles flew and more dust scattered as I lay there in my back contemplating on how many bones I’ve just broken. I coughed up blood as I tried to get up and pain surged throughout my body. No! I got ‘a get up! I can’t die here yet.

Limitation Ignorance has been activated.

Pain slowly faded as I continued on. All right the skill has been activated. I got ‘a make use of it quickly. The giant burrower continued to charge on only to stop mid way and raise its giant fist. What’s it doing I thought as It viciously slammed its paws towards the ground and the ground shattered as I lost my footing. Seeing this the creature made yet another sudden charge and slammed its fist towards me.

I quickly rolled to the left and countered by changing the rapier to an axe and cleaved it on the creatures back side where the spear that I threw dangled.

I grabbed the spear that hung on the creature and then changed it to a katana. Activating dance of the eternal I barraged it with numerous slashes and strikes and slowly hacked at its backside wearing it down little by little.

The damage slowly accumulated as I continued my strikes. The creature was in pain and quickly balled its fist and slammed it at me. I flipped midair avoiding its strike. The fist slammed on to the wall and It ruptured as numerous debris flew.

Landing on all twos I uttered the spell.

“Flare Tempest!”

A gust of heat wave filled the cavern and then imploded as a cascade of fire struck towards its body.

Great even my strongest spell wasn’t much of a help. Taking a look at my mana meter I was pretty much nearly depleted after that use. I could probably use it one more time so I’ll leave that as a last resort. The creature rolled on the ground trying to put out the flames . I used this opportunity and Charged at it.

Swinging my sword at a complete arc I slashed at it and then another upward slashed and then a horizontal one. My pacing became faster and faster until I was almost out of breath. I have dealt numerous damage but the creature has already put out its fire and his health was still only halfway towards zero.

It let off another large roar.

The creatures fur then rose and its silver claws glowed golden. Oh great so it still had an ace in the hole ability! Oh great! Just great! This battle seems like it could fuck me up anytime. But still those abilities are almost cheat like. If this is still just the second guardian I wonder about the third guardian.

Running in almost at the speed of sound the creature suddenly appeared near me. It almost defied the laws of physics at how large the creature was its speed was freaking near impossible its size. I jumped back quickly narrowly avoiding it swing.

The pain was now slowly returning as I could feel that the Limitation ignorance skill was slowly fading. I got ‘a kill it quickly but how with its freakish defense. Then it hit me how about a skill that could ignore defense? If I could do that then it would be great. So focusing myself I imagined the skill being created. My fists passing through the opponents shield and armor as it struck on its organs and pounding his insides.

Okay this is it! This is the skill that I really want. Seems like the gods have finally taken mercy towards me. So without further ado I quickly charged at the creature. It roared as It made strikes and swings that I quickly dodged.

Swinging his massive fist towards me I felt like dancing with death and when I was finally close I called out.

“Ethereal Blade swarm!”
