“You misunderstand.” Princess Leticia smiled mischievously. “I won’t be using force…”

Princess Leticia’s expression turned serious. “From what I can guess, Rain wouldn’t leave this area for the time being. I don’t know for how long… probably a few months or a year.”

“Don’t you think that is enough time to change the Kingdom before his existence would come to light?” Princess Leticia smirks.

“What!?” But the others were startled by these words. “You want to change the Kingdom’s law?! Is that possible!?”

“No… such a thing would take a long, long time. And we don’t have that time.” Princess Leticia continued with a ‘However,’ “At least, we can bypass Rain’s situation when that time comes. In any case, being with someone from the Monster Race was never popular nor well known. Humans hated monsters and despised them... that won’t disappear, hmm, that would never disappear. Especially now that we are at war,”

“However, it doesn’t need to make the public know. As long as we can rein those people at the top, we can do it.”

“But those old geezers would never allow such thing!”

“Is that even possible? His Majesty might be a bit soft but he was extremely strict when it comes to the law made by the predecessors!”

Princess Leticia smiled. “I am not alone.” She declared.

“Do you mean!?”

“Ah! If the Aquarian knows of this, they will certainly move. I don’t know about the other Clan members since, the Aquarians has the most troublesome constitution but, Rain’s Grandfather would surely not forsake his long lost grandson!”

“He would do anything to make him return!”

“And that is my card!” Princess Leticia grins. “Even if that old geezer seems to be senile and old but he was always well known for his loyalty to his family!”

“Besides, even father or the other Officials would never underestimate him… his power and influence still covered most of the Kingdoms. If I managed to drag him to our side, Hmph! That is something I can’t refuse…” Princess Leticia smiled brilliantly and her eyes shined with expectation.

Rain’s existence is certainly a headache for her but if she does this right, that headache would certainly turn into expectation and hope.

Like a Holy Sword, as long as she handles it well, she will certainly make it to her greatest advantage!

Rain slept for quite a long time.

However, no one complained as all of the people also wanted to rest a little longer.

Because they were extremely tired, each of them found some rocks and laid down on them.

Their stamina was almost depleted and their legs were throbbing with exhaustion, but they still endured and some even had already slept like a log.

The originally over twenty people were now reduced to only 14 people excluding Rain, Lafetti, Zarda, Drova, Stagna, and Alba.

Many people had lost their lives from the battle that had happened a while ago. And although they had won, the morale is quite high but the strength and power spent were extremely serious. If they move on and once again encountered a strong monster, they would certainly be annihilated.

Thus, the Princess ordered to rest for a little longer and eat.

Even still, no one uttered a complaint against the expedition or those who had lost their lives during the battle. Defeating a monster like a Dragon uplifted them and gave them a sense of purpose and fulfillment!

What kind of honor and accomplishment was that?

They can now raise their heads proudly wherever they go!

Thus, not a single one of them complained.

"Phew, that was hard."

Drova wiped the sweat from her forehead and murmured. The fight against the fire dragon was certainly thrilling.

“You almost kicked off the bucket though,” Stagna smirked.

“But I’m still alive, right? Hmph, that was just a damn oversized lizard… I won’t be defeated by something like that.” Drova proudly said.

“Yeah, in addition, I felt that I might soon be able to level up,” Drova muttered. “I guess, after we return, I will go look at Vakni and check my status,”

“I will do the same… we certainly receive too much this time~”

Unlike humans who go to the church to breakthrough their level, monster tribes such as the Lamians have a people called Shamans to do that for them. They are the one who can see the status of every tribesman.

“What about you Rain? Feeling of level up already?” Stagna asked rain with a smile.

Rain was leaning his head against Zarda’s bosom, resting. “In fact, I just did probably two days ago…”

“What!?” Not only Stagna, even the others were startled. Did he level up?

“How? Vakni was not here with us… was it by the humans?” Zarda asked curiously. She was with Rain all the time so she didn’t notice anything like this… how?

“In fact, I can automatically increase my level as long as I gained enough experience.”

Just like what Rain had expected, after killing the Fire Dragon, he had received an enormous amount of experience that his status jumped towards C and even his DEX and AGI reached B.

Most of his skills had also leveled up pretty good – though the one that gave him the most help during the fight was certainly [ Limit Break ]. The skill he had used just as the battle ended, greatly helping him kill the Dragon along with [ Dragon’s Claw ] and [ Fate Destroyer ]!

Without these three things, defeating that Dragon was certainly a dream!

Rain clenched his fist.

It was time for crazy hunting.

Acquire items and gain experience.

Thanks to his varied skill set he could hunt faster and more efficiently compared to other people in this world. And thus, later in the future, he would certainly stand at the summit of this world – though he wasn’t really that interested in becoming the number 1 but – seeing the world at the top doesn’t seem too bad for him~
