Chapter 60: [ Secret Door ]
Princess Leticia frowned but then shook her head. “I haven’t heard anything about it – though I can say that it should be a good magical weapon.”
[ Master, I can feel a strange power from that dagger! It would be best if you keep it! ]
‘Do you know what this is?’
[ Negative. I only have several records in my archives… and famous magical weapons and legendary items are excluded. However; I can feel that that is a good thing! ]
Rain nodded his head. When Princess Leticia was about to take the dagger, Rain suddenly pulled back his hand. “Sword of Opim is yours but this dagger is mine… that is okay, right?”
Princess Leticia frowned. “Do you know what it is?”
Rain shook his head. “I don’t know but you just said that this is a good magical item… and I am a dagger user,” Clang! Rain showed pointed at the dagger hanging around his waist. “This dagger would be useful for me,”
Princess Leticia hesitated for a moment. Although she didn’t know what it was but since it was wielded by a powerful expert from ancient times, it shouldn’t just be a simple dagger or an ordinary magical item.
Besides, this was the one who had taken the Holy Knight; Abarim's life.
“If Rain wanted it then give it to him, why hesitate?” As Princess Leticia was hesitating, Zarda spoke in an annoyed tone. “You already have that sword – why so stingy upon a single dagger!?”
On the other hand, Laffeti didn’t say anything and just glared at Princess Leticia. Her expression was as if saying ‘Rain like it so don’t you dare take it!’
Seeing this, Princess Leticia could only sigh. “Fine, in any case, you are the one who found it.” Aside from Rain and Zarda, another person who can give Princess Leticia a headache was Lafetti. Although this girl didn’t like talking too much but she was the type of action rather than talking.

If she really refused to give that dagger to Rain, she was certain that Lafetti would break ties with them and fight them without any hesitation. Zarda was actually better to deal with due to her being somewhat reasonable and can talk to but Lafetti?
Heh, it would be good if she wouldn’t start slashing before they could talk.
In any case, that was just a dagger. The real important item for them was the Sword of Opim!
That was the sword of the great hero from their kingdom that had gone missing! And now, it had finally returned to them.
“Thank you,” Rain smiled as he placed the dagger behind him.
[ But Master, that Sword of Opim since to be a good item too… A pity~ ]
‘That sword is no good. Even if I wanted it, I doubt that princess would give it to me, after all, it seems like a precious sword from her kingdom.’
[ Well, I guess you also have a point. However, if I’m not wrong, that dagger should also be similar to that sword – or probably even better… ]
‘Why? Do you know it?’
[ No. As I had said before there’s no such thing recorded in my archives, however, I can feel a strong power coming from it. It should be a powerful weapon! ]
Rain ponders for a moment before he resumed in his exploration. The princess had ordered her subordinates to pack the suspected corpse of Abarim – saying that, although there was no proof but since there’s a high chance that it was the great Holy Knight, his body must be returned to the Kingdom.
After that time, several people found good items and weapons, even those that are still in good condition. However, compared to what Rain had found – the two storage rings he had kept, the Sword of Opim and lastly, the dagger, they seem to be quite inferior.

Was this perhaps the so-called... Protagonist's power of heaven-defying luck...? Rain mused. However, he suddenly felt silly. He actually likens himself to a protagonist of a story...
But even so, the items they had found can still make ordinary warriors drool.
Swords, Spears, Shields, magic items such as accessories, slightly tattered and worn out magical armors but can still be repaired, and many other things were found.
The bone pit was certainly a treasure trove!
After a few hours of exploring the area, finally, someone suddenly shouted loudly: “Quickly come here, I found something!” It was a familiar voice for Rain.
As expected, when he turned to look at the source, he saw Celia calling everyone.
After shouting, Celia pointed at the protruding stone on the wall.
“What is this? A trap door?” Rain asked curiously.
“It probably is,” Celia answered.
“Now this is getting interesting~”
After a few minutes of investigation, Princess Leticia finally decided to proceed.
As a respectable holy knight, Doram volunteered to open the trap door and entered first. He stepped forward and turned the protruding stone on the wall.
“… …”
However, nothing was happening.
Rain and the others were confused. Was it fake?
And just when Princess Leticia wanted to tell Doram to turn it again, suddenly the entire cave began to shake. And before anyone of them could react, along with a Clang! Clang! sound, that wall where Doram had turned a stone just a moment ago suddenly started moving, splitting into two opposite direction like a sliding door.
The group was startled as they immediately jump back in surprise.
When the cave finally stopped shaking, the group discovered a rectangular entrance with a ladder leading downwards. There was still the 2nd floor?
Doram and Garas glanced at the princess and after seeing she nodded her head, they entered the opening.
Behind the two holy knights, while being cautious, they also followed and went down.
… …
… …
While descending, Rain surveyed the entire staircase.
The descending stairs which were the floor of the tunnel had a diameter of around two meters, it was illuminated by the small lamps on the wall, emitting a pallid phosphorescent light, and the length of the stairs seemed to continue into the limit of resolution.
Engraved on the wall were different images similar to hieroglyphics in Egypt depicting battles as well as various kinds of monster-like creatures.
Just what is with this place?
Is Excalibur really in this place?
While bearing that thought, Rain slowly walked down the staircase…

Shakespeare's 154 Sonnets (Completed )
Shakespeare's Sonnets is the title of a collection of 154 sonnets by William Shakespeare, which covers themes such as the passage of time, love, beauty and mortality. The first 126 sonnets are addressed to a young man; the last 28 to a woman. The sonnets are almost all constructed from three quatrains, which are four-line stanzas, and a final couplet composed in iambic pentameter. This is also the meter used extensively in Shakespeare's plays. The rhyme scheme is abab cdcd efef gg. Sonnets using this scheme are known as Shakespearean sonnets. Often, the beginning of the third quatrain marks the volta ("turn"), or the line in which the mood of the poem shifts, and the poet expresses a revelation or epiphany.
