Decklyn’s POV

???: You’re scared. You feel fear; be consumed by your fear.

Decklyn: I don't know what is going on. But you picked the wrong guy to try to scare. DEVIL'S EYES let’s see how you like it.

????: Nooooooooooo!

I wake up; it is the middle of the night; I guess it was just a dream. Something about it was not right. It’s like something or someone was trying to scare me beyond the dream. I hear screaming. It’s coming from Benny's room. I go to him and see he’s covered in sweat and it looks like he is having a ...... nightmare. Quickly, I try to wake him up. But, it’s no use. I go to Zen’s room and he’s in the same condition as Benny. I can't wake him up either. This is not good. I hear a knock on my door. It’s Sei and a Girl with long blonde hair, blue eyes, and glasses. They both are wearing pajamas.

Sei: At least you’re up; that’s good. This is my roommate, Amanda Strange. We call her Amy. She woke me up and told me what was going on.

Amy: Avengers’ Academy is under attack by Dreamons and their leader Nightmare. My Grandfather, Dr. Strange battled him multiple times. He enters your dreams and turns them into nightmares feeding off fear. What I don't understand is how he got in here. My dad put a mystical barrier around the Island.

Sei: Someone must be helping him.

Amy: How are you awake?

Decklyn: Mom is an inhuman and so am I. My eyes can see through anything. So, I can see past the Dream Devel’s eyes and can control my fear.

I flash my eyes and they turn a bright jade green like a ghost’s. Then, I turn them back to brown.

Amy: We are going to have to go to the Dream Dimension to stop Nightmare. But, we’ll have to be careful. If we die in there, we die for real.

Decklyn: I think we need back up. Can you wake up Zen and Benny?

Amy: I can. But, to wake them, they have to face their own fears. I have no power to help them with that. They have to do it on their own.

Decklyn: Let’s wake Zen first. His room is the closest.

We head to Zen’s room and we see that his body is covered in sweat. Amy uses her magic and the three of us enter into dream. I am guessing that Zen’s nightmare is being broke. I was wrong. I feel like a dick right now. His nightmare is being chained while his mom is being tortured in front of him.

???: We finally found you little bastard.

Zen: LET HER GO! LET HER GO RIGHT NOW!

???: This is what she gets for betraying Shadow Blade and running off with that man.

I see Zen struggling to get free. What or who the hell is Shadow Blade. I see a Dreamon in the background and he is absorbing Zen's fear.

Zen: LET HER GO OR I WILL KILL YOU ALL!

Rei: Sweetie it’s okay.

Zen: Mom.

The mysterious man stabs Zen’s mom and I see tears falling down his face. The Dreamon is absorbing more and more fear as time goes on. Amy finds the Dreamon and uses her magic to try to chain him down. But, he is strong because of the amount of fear he’s been feeding on. I help Amy by tackling him from behind. Sei goes over to help Zen.

Zen: She’s gone; that bastard killed her; Sei, what are you doing here?

Sei; It’s just a dream; calm down; it’s just a dream. None of this is real.

Zen: He killed her.

Sei: Snap out of it Zen. Your mother is fine. It’s just a dream. I will prove it to you.

Zen: Ha?

HOLY SHIT, SHE KISSED HIM!

Sei: See, the real Sei would never kiss you. It’s just a dream.

BULLSHIT! YOU ARE THE REAL SEI!

Zen: It’s Just a dream.

The chains start to come off. Zen is free now and his mom disappears. The Dreamon starts losing power and it begins to shrink. When it gets small enough, I squash it like a bug. Then, Zen wakes up and we are forced out of the dream dimension.

Zen: What the hell was that?

Decklyn: Dude you okay?

Zen: What’s going on? I was having a nightmare and then it all of a sudden turned into a nice dream. Hey, Sei. Why are you not looking at me? Hey, why is your face red?

Sei: SHUT UP!

She kicks him. Zen is really confused. He thinks it was just a dream. I don’t think he deserved what she just did to him. Wait! Does that mean he had dreams about kissing Sei before? After that, we go to Benny’s room to wake him up. His fear was asking a girl out while he was wearing his underwear. We managed to get him out easier than Zen.

Amy: Okay, now we have to find Nightmare. He could be in anyone of the students’ or staff’s dreams.

Decklyn: Not necessarily. He is going to be where he can get the most fear. Who gets scared the easiest here?

They all think.

Everyone: THE KINDERGARTENERS!

Decklyn: Bingo!

We all race to the kindergarten wing of the academy to stop Nightmare from getting any stronger. I only hope that we are not too late.
