The Valley of the Fallen Kings
After that eventful day, Hannah couldn't stop smilling. She had a happy vibe around her causing every person who saw her smile. Thinking about him, she wondered where he is now.
Requiem and the girls were now headed towards the first place the map showed. They were excited to see what the red dot on the map had in store for them. Heading west, they saw players hunting as they passed by.
BlueRyuu: So Requiem have you started your so called adventure?
A pm came from Troy, as Requiem and the girls were resting from the long walk. Troy knew Caleb always liked traveling, back in Last Chronicles where they met, they traveled to a lot of places together. They never turned down any quest which led them to hidden places which they were known for in the game. Last Chronicles has been a great game for almost 10 years but as other companies aired there own games, it lost some of its players but not Caleb and his band of misfits, they played the game till they maxed their levels and stats. Their guild was the best when it comes to raids, boss hunts and pvps which made them known in the gaming world.
@BlueRyuu: Sup Troy, yah I'm going to my first place already.
BlueRyuu: Good to hear that, btw I searched the top rankings and saw your name in the top 200 list. Hehehe they will know your playing the game bro. She will look for you hahahahahaha, I can just imagine your suffering once she finds you.
@BlueRyuu: Please dont speak like that. *shiver* Dont you dare mention to them that im playing or else I will really pk you on sight. Ughh I remembered before the day I quitted Last Chronicles, she mentioned about meeting in real life. Troy if she finds me I will tell her you made me quit the game. *evil grin*
BlueRyuu: What the? please dont even mention that kind of thing. Anyways ive been grinding for levels, cant let other players catch up to me. If only you started here in my area, we would've been traveling together like old times.
@BlueRyuu: You sent the message late bro, yah your right cant wait to travel with you again. Anyways, ive met two girls here and they have been traveling with me since I met them. Two high schoolers who are really funny and jolly.
BlueRyuu: Thats great bro, knowing you, they wont take advantage of your kindness because your a good judge of character. Introduce them to me next time.
@BlueRyuu: Sure. Lets meet up when the time comes or something, later Troy.
BlueRyuu: Yah, btw have you got a job already?
@BlueRyuu: Yah, I'm a warrior.
BlueRyuu: I see, you still picked a sword wielding class, wait, dont tell me your a dual wielding warrior, like in Last Chronicles? Your not using katana's again, are you?
@BlueRyuu: Hey, I'm not even using two swords Troy, though, my sword is kinda special. Oh, btw, my weapons a leveling sword Troy.
BlueRyuu: You have a what!?
BlueRyuu: Where the heck did you get that weapon?
BlueRyuu: Oi! Caleb, man you muted your pm's again.
BlueRyuu:.Tell me how you got it next time okay. Im out, gotta sell some mats first.
BlueRyuu: Your really unfair bro.
Requiem smiled knowing his friend would pester him about the weapon. He intentionally mentioned about his weapon because knowing Troy, he would not be satisfied until he knows how Requiem got the weapon.
"What are you smiling for Kuya?" Asked Annie, who looked puzzled at Requiems expression.

"Oh, its just my friend. I mentioned my weapon and knowing him, he would bother me till I tell him how to get one of his own haha so I muted my pm's." Explained Requiem as he stood up and did some exercise, " Ready to go?" He added.
"Okay Kuya!" Annie excitedly let out.
"Ready Kuya!" Saluted Mandy as she stood up straight trying to copy a military pose.
The three continued their journey as they hunted for mobs along the way.

In the Giovanni Residence..
Three girls were blinking at each other as they saw their friend smiling nonstop, wanting to know what happened, they decided to ask her.
"What happened to your face?" A sarcastic Nisa asked her friend seeing as she's been smiling nonstop.
"Who died and made you rejoice for no reason?" Added Glenda snickering.
"Cant I just be happy?" Smiled Hannah at her friends.
"No you cant. Tell us so that we would smile like an idiot also." Added Nisa.
"Yah your face looks constipated with that idiotic smile plastered on your face." Glenda sarcastically added.
"Mou.... Scarlet they are being mean again." Hannah pouted, looking for help as she looked at Scarlet.
Scarlet let out a sigh, "Who can blame them? You were smiling for no apparent reason. Did something happen to you?"
An old man came up to them dressed in a tuxedo, "Young lady came back home last night with a smile that never faded until now." He smiled at them as he remembered many years back, when the four first met each other. The exact same thing was happening as the two girls acted mean to Hannah and Scarlet acted like a savior. The four always had been there for each other as they grew up making their relationship more like sisters than best friends. He was always the one who would chaperone for the four as they went to different places when they were little, 'Oh how time flies, It feels like yesterday when this four kids would always ask me to take them to places, now they have grown into lovely ladies.' The old man reminisced.
"Uncle Max!" Shouted the four in unison.
"I didn't know you arrived uncle, when did you get here?" Asked Hannah, as she went in line with the others to hug the old man who was like their parent as they grew up.
"You looked so happy yesterday that I didn't want to bother you, the maids have been really worried about you Hannah. They said you were like another person the last months, so your parents sent me to see if you were still gloomy like the maids said but I saw how happy you we're yesterday, you even sang your favorite song in the shower. " the old butler continued.
"By chance, did you uhmnn did you... did you..." The butler stuttered.
"Did you what?!" Shouted the three girls.
"Did you find a boyfriend?" The old man looked shocked as he spoke, " my oh my, your mother would cry if she finds out." He took out a handkerchief and wiped his fake tears.
"Mou.. I dont have a boyfriend!" A blushing Hannah let out.
"Why do you have blush then?" Asked the butler.
"Yah, dont tell me you really have a boyfriend?" Nisa seconded.
"I dont have a boyfriend, ughhh... Caleb has forgiven me thats why im happy." Explained Hannah as she took a sit on the sofa.

"Whose Caleb?" Asked the Butler, wanting to know who the guy was.
"Wow, good for you Hannah." Glenda spoke, as she did a thumbs up.
"Atlast, im happy for you." Nisa went and hugged her.
Scarlet was like a proud mother as she stared at Hannah, " Good girl." She patted Hannah's head as she looked proud of her friend.
"Whose Caleb?" The old man continued to ask but to no avail was forgotten as the four continued their talk.

Experience and drops will be doubled for 1 week. The first monster you will kill will have a bigger chance of dropping rare items.
"Wow look at this place." Annie let out, she was pointing at the scenery in front of her.
"Wow." An awestruck Mandy uttered.
The Valley was filled with flora, a forest so old it gave off an uncanny feeling. A valley where a great battle took place in the past.
"Valley of the Fallen Kings, maybe a great war was held here in the past." Taking out the map, Requiem saw that the red dot became an X but still colored red. He saw that the map was upgraded, the bottom part of the map had a legend saying that green circle marks are towns and cities, red cirlces are places to explore, while x marks are dungeons or instances.
"We should be on our guard as we explore." Requiem said, as the girls nodded in agreement.
The forest had eerie sounds, its like the trees talked or something, making the girls highly attentive with every step. Requiem on the other hand was accustomed to the feeling the forest gave off, seeing as he worked in a forest like this one. He cautiously scanned the area, wary of monster or other types of enemies.
Requiem felt it, he had been having this feeling that someone is looking at them for a while now. He alerted the girls to get ready in case a surprise attack happens. They walked a little faster but still wary of their surroundings, Requiem wanted to find a place where they can have a bit of advantage. The things that were staring at them were becoming more aggressive, they were imps, an enemy which looked like a rat but stood on its feet. They we're around 4 feet which can be killed easily but they were many in numbers, they didn't hide their presence anymore as they followed the three, now Requiem and the girls we're running looking for an advantageous place. Not knowing what kind of enemy your facing is like fighting blindfolded, it's a problem for the three so Requiem decided to find a more suitable place to fight the ones following them.
An hour of running and dodging projectile weapons started to take toll on the two girls. Requiem was worried that if this continues the girls would be an easy target for the pursuers. Lucky for them they stumbled upon a clearing which seemed to cause the pursuing enemies to stop following.
"At last they stopped following us." A panting Mandy let out.
"Those mobs we're really persistent also." Annie uttered, she sat on the ground to catch her breath.
Requiem took out a canteen of water and handed it to the girls, "We are lucky they stopped following us, but were not out of danger yet girls."
"What do you mean Kuya?" Mandy managed to say, as she was out of breath.
"Don't you think its weird that they just stopped for no reason? In the animal kingdom, what do predators avoid the most?" He tried asked.
"A stronger predator." Annie looked terrified as the words escaped her mouth.
"That's correct Annie." Requiem answered.
The girls instantly looked around to see if there were any signs of enemies in the area. Annie used her 《Eagle Eye》skill to look at the surroundings, she forgot to use it earlier due to her extinct to run to safety as they we're pursued. Her eye's dilated as she looked around, "The pursuing enemies are still lurking behind those trees Kuya." She pointed at them as she spoke.
"It seems they didn't give up, we should move away from here." He told the girls.
Heading deeper into the clearing they looked at what seemed to be ruins of a structure long ago.
Ding!
You have discovered the Temple of Mourning.
Once long ago, this marvelous structure was made to honor the fallen kings and the mighty warriors who died in a battle against darkness. Made by the love ones of the departed, a proof that unity and peace can be attained by different races.
Due to being the first players to find the Temple of Mourning.

"Wow, I didn't know you get rewards like this." Mandy happily expressed.
Annie had the same feeling as Mandy, still using her skill, she observed the surrounding area, not wanting to be chased by imps again.
"Should we continue Kuya? The place seems fine," she said.
"We rest first, and continue exploring the temple ruins later," he answered.
Requiem was disappointed with himself because he couldn't protect the two girls as they got chased. He could only parry the incoming attacks from the imps as they were throwing some kind of darts at them. He protected them from the attacks but if he fought the group of imps, he would have to leave the girls defenseless and seeing as the enemies were around level 40 - 50 , the girls would be an easy prey for them.
"Kuya please dont look down on yourself, you did what a kind person would do." Annie knew that if they weren't there at that time, Requiem would have fought them easily.
"We're sorry that we are a burden to you Kuya, even if we said we wouldn't be," she continued.
"Yes Kuya, we're sorry." Mandy felt like crying as she uttered the words.
"You both are definitely not a burden, I'm disappointed at myself because I was not strong enough to defend you both. All I could do was..." Requiem was about to continue talking but was cut off by Mandy.
"You protected us Kuya, if it was a different person, we would already be dead," she said with a smile.
"You chose to protect us Kuya, even though you could beat them easily on your own. Thank you Kuya." Annie felt respect as she looked at him, their pretend Kuya really felt like their very own sibling. He always put their well being first.
"Thank you Kuya, I promise to become strong and protect you in the future." Mandy felt the same way Annie did. The two girls looked at each other and bowed at him as a sign of respect.
Requiem looked at the girls as they bowed their heads, lifting their chins up with each hand, " I also promise that we will never be in that kind of situation again."
The three of them made a vow that day to become strong and support each other.
¤¤¤
The three logged back in after resting for 5 hours, they have been traveling for 4 days in game, a whole day in real life.
"Lets continue, you two stay at the back and check for enemies, I will be in the front." Requiem walked cautiously followed by the girls.
The temple was really big, if they saw it back in the day, they would see how marvelous the structure was. Time made the temple into ruins but the temple still had some places standing. Vines and some plants were now hanging on the walls and ceilings. The place had some rooms that can still be used. Slowly but surely, the three ventured deeper into the temple.
Entering what seemed to be a grand hall, " Wow look at this place," Mandy let out.
"Careful Mandy, we dont know what kind of enemies lurk here." Annie mentioned, as she followed her.
Requiem was getting worried as no enemies were found during their search in the area. He knew that something was living in the temple and it would be bad if that something was a strong monster of some kind. They mapped the place and yet they are still in 30%, the temple was really a big place. The hall had many tables lined facing each other, " This place used to be the dining hall." He heard a voice utter the words.
Instantly grabbing his weapon, he faced the way the voice came from, "Show yourself," he calmly said.
"Its been more than 2000 years master." The voice said, slowly the owner of the voice came into the light. A big paw with white fur was seen followed by the rest of its body.
The three felt fear as the unknown voice made its appearance, a big lion with white fur was now bathed by sunlight coming in from a crack on the ceiling. The lion was a sight to behold, a really majestic animal that gave off a commanding aura stood in front of them.
"Hello Master." The lion spoke in a calm tone.
