Third Person POV

"I called a meeting today to discuss this" Said Fury as he open the monitor that displayed the battle last evening

They're in the conference room reviewing the footage of yesterday's battle, Coulson is sitting in the left side along with Natasha and Barton while Hill sits at the right side of the conference table

"Yesterday, Taste of Rome was attack by a bunch of terrorist numbering in the 40's" Fury said as a bunch of picture about the attack appeared on the screen "although no one claimed the attack but according to forensic they're of Asian descent, so either The Hand or something else"

"But it's this that I'm more interested about" Fury said as he showed a footage of Alexander, in action

In the video a man tried to punch Alex in the face but he twisted his body and catch the hand, doing a judo flip and slamming the man into the ground, he then rolled to another one and slash the terrorist's knee then turns around shooting two more approaching terrorist then turns back again finishing the first one

"Jesus Christ! it's Jason Bourne!" Barton quip

Fury glared "Really?"

"What!? it was a good meme" he replied, Fury sighed and continued the explanation "that everyone is what I'm interested in, how come we still haven't manage to recruit that man yet Natasha!"

"What? I was going to recruit him yesterday but the goddamn Attack happened" she whined "My shoulder still pretty sore because of yesterday"

Fury's really pissed right now and everyone on the room knows it

Fury turn to Coulson and said "What do you got about the Snipers"

"Nothing much but judging by the range of the shooters, they're something else because according to the ballistic trajectory the shot came 4km away from four different buildings" everyone's shock, that was almost double than the recorded range of the longest shot in the history "We also figured out that the weapon they used, was not of any weapon we've ever known and after tracing there line of sight all four of them cross at Natasha's chair, so we've concluded that they're main target was Natasha"

This piece of information shook them to the bones, especially Natasha who shivered a little bit at her seat, she never knew that she was so close to Death's door and she didn't even notice it

"S-so you're telling me, someone wants to kill Natasha? Do we have a group in mind?" Barton clinched his fist, worrying for his froends health, he then ask

Coulson then replied "No worries, the snipers weren't there to kill Natasha but they were more of a precaution, if they really wanted to kill her that day, then they would have done it already when Natasha was distracted"

It was now Natasha's turn to ask "precaution? For what? The UN officials?"

And then as if understanding something Fury's eye widened, which didn't go unnoticed, Barton decided to ask "Nick what's the problem?"

"Alexander, it was him who put those fucking snipers there" Fury said

Natasha was alarmed "What!? why!? Why would he do that?"

"Paranoia" Fury muttered

Everyone quieted, they understand immediately because they knew paranoia best, they're literally in the same room as paranoia incarnate himself

"This also means one thing, his aware of Natasha being a SHIELD agent" Fury added

"So what do we do now Director, If he really knows that SHIELD has it's eye on him then an indirect recruitment would now be useless" Hill said

Fury thought for a while then replied "Hmmm..for now Romanof continue your interaction with him and Barton if possible locate where he live" everyone in the room nodded "well then this meeting is dismiss"

Everyone started to leave emptying the conference room

Athena's POV

DailyLog #56 Start

9 days after the attack and everything's back to normal, Father just finish 'cleaning' the rest of the warehouse written on the list and suprisingly Kingpin didn't move, a quick look to his system and I found out that he's currently at war with the Hand so he didn't even notice the disruption of delivery

Agent Romanof also came by at the coffee shop trying to seduce Father but unfortunately for her, Father's quite immune to her charm although he do get embarrass from time to time but his age is not just for show

A certain Bird also kept following Father but he was quickly shot down, Father trick Barton into following him on a strip club, he then sneakily knock Barton out with a drug that a certain bribe girl offered via drink and bought him to a room where he paid 3 prostitute in the club to milk him dry, the next day SHIELD found a wasted Barton on a red light district

A few more noteworthy things happened the rest of the week but the most notable one of them is when I meet a certain princess of wakanda on a Chat

And that was the start of our beautiful Friendship, we talk a lot about how we can improve our current Nanotech and she even suggested some Ideas for my soon to be body
