Finally after 2 months my training has finished. I gained a ton of stats and i even leveled up twice due to the training.

Heres a rundown on my stat gains from the training. I got 20 intelligence, 10 wisdom, 50 strength, and 30 endurance. For my agility and dexterity they increased by leaps and bounds, however due to this my vitality had taken a big hit so ive sorta been forced to add the 10 extra stat points from the gained levels to balance it out a little bit. For my agility i gained 80 points, for dexterity i gained 90 points, this is due to the Scythe training. My vitality went up 25 with the added 10 points. I didnt really cultivate all that much during the training because im waiting till i start getting diminishing returns from training before i breakthrough to the next mortal stage. My meditation has caused my connection with the force to increase by 80 points while my mana increased naturally due to the increase in intelligence.

My Weapon skills besides knives and archery all increased all by 20 in the novice stage, same with my dodging, countering, block, and riposte skills.

I made plenty of progress if i say so myself.

Today is supposed to be the day we leave the compound to go to the academy. I learned a lot of different ettiquites for the different races while here. Like how with an Arachne, its rude to stare at anywhere besides their eyes, even though they have four of them, your supposed to look them in the eye when talking to them. I do that anyway with people so it really wasnt an issue.

So right now we are waiting for Dag to finish getting ready, and im supposed to meet his boyfriend Smith. Yeah thats right, the weaponsmith for the compound is Dags boyfriend, apparently Smith wants to thank me for giving him such a challenging project in making the Chained Crow. Gotta say thanks to him for even bothering to make it. 

Lilith and me have been becoming closer over this time period but we still havnt officially started dating. We havnt even made out. I swear my balls are getting more and more blue, while no amount of jerking it is helping. I think it might be because of her subconsiously releasing the attraction pheremones that succubi and incubi send out. Add that to the fact that she is supposed to be coming into heat like most lamia do in a few months, is causing her to be on overdrive with sending that stuff out.

Thia and me have also become good friends too. She isnt really interested in myself sexually so its actually just a platonic friendship. Im fine with that really. Its always good to have more friends.

Ah here come Dag and hes dragging an elf by the hands towards us. The elf is carrying a what looks like a rifle case. That must be Smith with the chained crow.

Dag:"Dorian meet Smith, he is the one whos been making the Crow for you."

Dorian:"Dorian, at your service, nice to finally meet you Smith. Dag has told me all about you. Also thanks for making the Crow for me, I'm sorry i didnt come to meet you sooner but Thia and Lilith basically occupied all my time with having me train." I say as i got to shake Smiths hand as he puts down the weapon case.

Smith:"Strong grip you got there Dorian. Its nice to finally meet you. Dagothur has told me much about you, especially with how much of a smartass you are. Anyway it was no trouble making the Crow. It was a welcome challenge and an awesome weapon. Let me know if you need any changes to its balance or need advice on how to maintain the crow. I left a phone in the case that has diagrams on it and my phone number."

Dorian:"Thanks its appreciated. So Lilith how are we gonna be traveling to the Academy, its about 2 months away by car isnt it? We only have a month."

Lilith:"Youll find out soon enough Dorian."

As she says this an alarm starts ringing. On reflex i get into a combat stance while preparing my three energies. I still havnt learned how to harness the elements. I tried using force lighting but i cant seem to ionize the air correctly to make lightning. 

Everyone else starts chuckling at my expense as the roof of the gym starts opening. I gotta admit, i was a little slack jawed when i saw the airship come down and hover a few feet off the ground.

Thia:"Close your mouth Dorian, youll catch flies."

Lilith:"With this airship, we will get to the Academy in only a week." As she says this she starts climbing up a rope ladder that was just dropped. Was wondering how that would work but she seems to just pull herself up with nothing but her slender arms.

The rest of us start climbing as Dag says goodbye to Smith. As i step onto the deck of the airship in met with a Demon who looks like hes seen more fights than anyone in this compound, and the compound is filled with veterans of up to 90 years.

Lilith:"Uncle Sid!!! Its so great to see you!" She says as she hugs the demon and then demon starts chuckling. How is it that most airship captains wind up being named Sid?

Sid:"Aye lass, tis good to see you to. Been 5 years since ah seen you. Whose this lad 'ere? I havnt met him before like Dagothur and Aronithia."

Dorian:"Names Dorian sir. Nice to meet you, glad to see this ship is within capable hands." I say as we both shake hands.

Hes trying to crush my hand. Lets see how long he lasts when i start using my reinforcement.

We start trying to crush each others hands for the next two minutes until we both look into each others eyes and smile. Me and him are gonna be good friends.

Sid:"Lad the last time i had someone force me to use mana reinforcement during a handshake was the Little Las's father. Ya got a Deathgrip there."

You have gained the skill Deathgrip. By infusing your three energies into your hand while gripping something,it would take you loosing the hand to let go. Deathgrip is at Novice 0.

Dag finishes climbing up while the crew brings up the ladder. 

Sid:"Its time ta get this 'ere tub moving." Sid says as he limps towards the stern of the ship and sits in the captains chair.

This is it, from here this is the start of a new life. 

A start to an unusual life in an alternate reality.
