Vival Membership Term of Agreement

SECTION 1 - NUMBER AND ACTIVATION TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This signed agreement is designated as Vival Document number 2532/VIV/Cust./195232 (henceforth "the agreement". The agreement in stand continuous for all signed PARTIES within the agreement including employee and affiliated third-party under hire of any signed PARTY of the contract until expiry or severance that determined by both of the PARTIES. Both of the PARTIES operate within the goodwill of the PARTY and would not deliberately in the PARTY best interest, to obviate nor violate from the term of the agreement.

SECTION 2 - IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTIES

Party of the first part, VIVAL INC. (henceforth VV), an ever expanding company that engaged in personal health and magical apparatus production with main branch located within 31st Monniel Street No.24, Parvan. Signatory individual for VV shall be Rebecca Forsworth (henceforth, RF), VV Pharma licensed Alchemist of Parvan's Main Branch, as in accordance with VV document no 2333/VIV/Empl./0232 section III of signatory.

Party of the second part, Glenda OneShot, (henceforth GO), customer and benefactor of VV. Signatory for GO shall be GO, as in accordance with VV document no 2333/VIV/Empl./0232 section III of signatory.

SECTION 3 - THE AGREEMENT

Here begin the term and condition of the agreement

Part I - Customer Benefits

a. VV would within the best of VV capabilities to assist GO including but not limited to providing, informing, and cautioning GO about GO health and magical related problem within the selected services GO chose to have at any VV brand store prior the given time.

b. VV provide 5% discount rate to GO after every GO five consecutive purchase for any item in VV's store listed within Appendix B of the agreement, with minimum 50 golds per purchase.

c. VV provide ONE free personal health and magical related consultation to GO for new membership.

d. VV provide ONE free personal health and magical related consultation to GO for every 650 golds purchase.

e. GO would be automatically included to any new VV new service, and prioritized in the list of new launched product, benefit and service by VV in participating VV store, compared to non-member customer

Part II - Responsibilities

a. Both PARTIES would, within the PARTY best capabilities to adhere to the agreement under the threat of PENALTY as defined in PENALTY section.

b. Both PARTIES were subjected to the local governing of Law and Order where VV's purchase of product and service were been made. Interaction of both PARTIES should be in accordance of the local Law.

c. VV would within VV best capabilities to protect and secure GO personal information that trusted to the VV. VV would not deliberately release, shared, or compromised GO personal information without GO prior authorization.

SECTION 4 - PENALTIES

a. In the event of breach of the confidentiality, VV agree to remit 5 times of potential and material losses in gold to GO according to the current market price in the day the breach reported.

b. In the event of breach of the confidentiality were caused by Force Majeure, GO agreed to release VV from any responsibilities that held by the VV.

c. In the event of term of agreement violation by GO. GO agreed to paid a full compensation of material and potential losses in gold to VV.

"Health align with the axis. Magic flow along the ordinates, Life! Live! Embrace!" a shimmering white light coordinate themselves within the magical circle on the floor. Vin could observed the awkward movement of the still-stiff golem in the center of the ritual.

Last night, he have a long conversation with Vriv and Dev about nature of Mana, Vin offered them chance to become a humanoid golem but retaining their original memory. Of course Vriv and Dev were excited, and the news spreading like wildfire to other Mana. Lots of them were literally hogging him demanding to be included.

Vin agreed to a certain condition.

Because the retained memory, the golem body were unstable and a ritual were needed to stabilize the golem body. Vin used the store that he won from the tournament (which story for another time) as the base of the ritual. The ritual were needed to be made permanent by permanency spell. Which require lots of mana. However it no longer concern, since there were lots of volunteer.

Next, he need to create a golem body as a base, because of course no single mana could possibly move the golem body around, they agree to form 8-stack mind hive, personality meld, that would change the head personality every week or so.

Secondly, for expressing their gratitude, the mana agreed to work for Vin for certain amount of times.

And coincidentally, Vin just were in need for employee in his brand new alchemical store, Vival Pharma. With only 4 times workday a week, the mana agreed it's were a win-win situation. And since mana were lived since the beginning of time and most often used by magician and alchemist alike. Vin literally have a big book of everything in Alchemy. All the recipe that needed mana were known by.. well... the mana.

And they have no qualm to tell Vin all about it.

Which is perhaps made Vin the most successful alchemist in the whole royal road.

And perhaps the richest, well, at least, soon-to-be richest.
