Step Level Qi Body Soul 1st - Mortal Foundation

To build a manor one must lay out a foundation, to build a monument to last through the ages one must be prepared to build a foundation that can weather the passing of time. For a cultivator to seize eternity, to stand above the anguish of life and death, to sever the shackles of their predestined downfall, they must cultivate their ‘Qi’, temper their ‘Body’ and strengthen their ‘Soul’ to perfection. With each step of Mortal Foundation, the cultivator takes a step forward towards the peak of ‘life’, with each stride they push past the peak of the word ‘mortal’!

Qi Immersion - Begin to sense and Absorb Heaven and Earth qi into lower Dantian and form an embryonic Inner World. The purpose of 'Qi Immersion' is to learn how to assimilate qi into one's body and at the same time expand the Inner World horizontally.
