《Beast God》Chapter 12

Somewhere in the universe, thousands of ships were headed towards Supreme 3.
Supreme 3 was a giant ship that rivaled the size of a planet. It was the base for one of the four supreme commanders in the Mortal section of the universe.
Green and her master entered the colossal ship. Green was extremely nervous, this was her first time on Supreme 3 and being at an actual council meeting.
The meetings usual only happened once or twice every 100 years or so but this one was called only 30 years after the last. Green's master always skipped the meetings saying they were filled with political bullshit that he couldn't stand.
'Master hasn't appeared at one of these since he found me. It must be because of that kid.'
Entering a the council room Green's draw jumped. The room had to be over a kilometer tall, the room was very spacious with all the seats facing a giant throne at the front.
"He always was a pompous ass who liked to show off." Green heard her master mutter before taking an elevator up to their seat.
Taking a seat, a beautiful green skinned girl appeared, "Can I get Mister and Misses anything?"
"No. Thank you." Master dismissed her.
Green looked around and saw many different species, majority were humanoid. Green Waiting for the meeting to start, Green leaned over and asked, "Master, what usually happens at these things?"
An annoyed expression came across her master's face, "Nothing, nothing at all. That's why I hate coming to these things."
Too scared to ask anything else, Green nodded her head and sat in silence.
The lights in the room dimmed and a man dressed in a golden robe appeared on stage. His fingers were filled with rings and he wore many necklaces. He was wearing a large crown that was embedded with large jewels.

'Master was right, pompous ass.'
He sat down on the throne that was to large for him and spoke, "I, Kal Ebbern VI, declare this council meeting started."
The room was silent. Tens of thousand of aliens were quietly watching and waiting for Kal to speak.
"As some of you might have noticed, I have blessed 7 planets with spirtual energy and the system as well as low level Nether Beasts. This will speed up their evolution and make them strong warriors." he said with a large smile on his face looking around at all the eyes on him.
Some people grumbled unhappily. They were from the planets that were 'blessed' and knew that billions of their people had died.
Someone shouted, "No one asked you to murder billions of people for no reason."
The man who spoke was over 3 meters tall with grey skill, small pair of horns were on his forehead. A couple other people nodded in agreement.
A dark look flashed across Kal's face, "Do I need to be asked? They are under my jurisdiction, and I can do what I want to them."
"Oh is that so?" a loud voice rang out throughout the room.
All heads turned towards a single point in the room.
Green put her head down trying not to draw attention to herself. It was her master who spoke up, contradicting Kal. No he was the center point of the entire room.
Kal's expression went from shock to livid, finally calming down he said, "So if it isnt 'The Beast', so happy you could make it to this meeting."
"Kal," he said slightly nodded toward him, "You are the Supreme in this quadrant but you don't have the power to decide the life or death of the people in it. If you don't believe me why don't you ask your dad." Tuk said in a slightly mocking tone.

Kal's face turned bright red, "I have every right to impose the system on them, Tuk." he spat, unable to deny what Tuk said.
"I didn't say you didn't. I said you don't decide their life and death." answered Tuk calmly.
Green looked at her master, 'His name is Tuk?'
Over the years that Green had been following her master she had never heard his name.
Unable to find the right words, Kal just glared at Tuk.
A man appeared from behind the throne, clearing his throat, "What the Supreme Kal is trying to say is that the Commander is looking for more talents to help fight the Insects. Introducing the system onto these planets will kill many, yes, but will also force them to evolve and grow strong. The talented ones will have a chance to enter the Academies or the army to further their skills. We have even been given permission to allow a spirit clone of yours to enter the planet to help improve the overall strength of your planet."
This man wore grey robes and a hood that hid his face, hiding all his features.
Tuk let out a loud laugh, "Looks like the dog saved you again Kal."
Kal ignored this comment and addressed the entire room, "You, the Gods of your planets are allowed to send down one spirit clone but you aren't allowed to kill with it. With saying this I declare this meeting over."
...
*SMASH*
Kal was destroying everything he could grab, trashing the room.
"TUK THAT FUCKING BASTARD!" yelling as loud as he could.
Tuk had humiliated him over and over again. This time in front of his subjects!
What drove Kal mad was that he couldn't do anything to him! His supporters were more powerful than his dad! His teacher alone could kill his dad, not to mention all the connections he has with the Beast Clan's.
"Master we should activated the second phase." the grey robed man watched as the room was being trashed and his master screaming not saying anything as though it didn't happen.
"Yes, you are right. Lets begin the next phase but make Earth's a little special." Kal smiled evilly, no one knew what he was planning.
...
Back on Earth Ben was fighting another troll.
The troll had activated his Berserk skill and was covered in a red aura.
Ben was a blur, weaving through the troll's attacks before delivering the final attack.
The troll's head separated from its body and hit the ground with a loud thud.
Before Ben could sheath his sword a new message appeared.
