[[A few years in the future]]
“Skyfire battalion! Today! We shall decimate the enemy in swift attack! The moment you see the signal, charge right in! We ARE the tip of the spear! We ARE fearless. We WILL carve out our future! Remember your training, remember your purpose! Remember your families!” A teenage girl bellowed as the wind carried her voice through the forest, weaving between the trees and into the ears of the thousand strong elite battlemages.
With long flowing hair and a blood red sword as tall as herself, she let off a domineering aura that threatened to make the trees uproot themselves and run. Standing next to her was a majestic hawkman in a full magenta armour. He towered over her at 2.1m tall, in each hand wielding a long and wide sword. The swords were silver in colour, gleaming in the rays of sunlight to reveal multiple battle worn scratches. And yet, the edges were so sharp it put all other swords to shame.
Behind them was the Skyfire battalion, a group of thousand men strong of warriors, specially selected and trained by the two of them. Each highly adept in both magic and swordplay, hardened by an uncountable number of skirmishes with the demons. Their bloodlust seeped through the forest, the intensity only ever increasing. Hearing their commander’s rally, their eyes squinted, fully preparing to dive right into hell itself.
This was going to the start to the end of the war. The planet split into 2 great factions. The Alliance which comprised of humans, demihumans, elves, dwarves and birdmen, and the Core residents, which comprised of the demon lord, his 5 generals, and their respective demonic horde.

The silence of the forest that followed her yell was quickly broken by the distant roaring of jet engines. In the sky, an armada of wyverns and their riders closely followed a flock of harrier jets. They had come from the direction of the city, quickly hovering above the Skyfire battalion. This was the evac team, placed in charge of search and rescue of wounded soldiers. A single swallow birdman was floating above the swarm of metal and scales.
“Shadow Teams one through ten, get into position. Icarus battalion, be prepared to dive at their notice. Spread out, cover as much ground as possible. Watch out for the tosser’s attacks. Shadow teams, report anything you find, you are our eyes and ears in the dark. The lives of these soldiers lie in your hands.” Eril commanded as Sayuri kept him afloat in mid air.
Standing behind the Skyfire battalion, was the main force of the Alliance Army. Standing at 20 million strong, they were arranged neatly in the clearing just beyond the edge of the forest. They were the cannon fodder, assembling about 12 hours away from the Skyfire battalion. Separated according to their specialty and their respective commanders, most were itching to draw blood, some were nervous, but all of them were prepared to lay down their lives.
They had all seen the bloodshed of the demon invasion. They had lost people dear to them to the flames of war. And now the tides of the battle had turned. After a gruesome 5 years since the initial invasion, the alliance finally had the upper hand in the war, pushing the demons back to their hell hole and preparing to invade the demon’s homeland, plucking the problem from the roots once and for all.
Then, from the sky, the clouds parted as a bright orange beam screamed as it struck the ground between the skyfire battalion and the main army. The wyverns and harriers had already cleared the area prior to the attack, going according to plan. What followed the twenty-second barrage from the beam was a massive fireball that erupted from the ground where it struck. The fireball consumed everything in its path, leaving behind a mushroom cloud that extended into the heavens. Screams of agony could be heard, but no one flinched even a little.

As quickly as the fireball grew, it dissipated, the shockwave tearing away the trees and the heat melting the ground into a pool of white hot magma. Right in the middle of the magma, though, was a single gaping hole from which an eerie indigo light seemed to emanate from.
“ATTACK!!” Kina bellowed as the Skyfire battalion charged towards the countless hordes of demons pouring out of the indigo hole, each and every one of those demons not the least bit affected by the boiling magma.

I Am Not A Humanity's Traitor (Isekai LitRPG)
Ren is a reincarnated person. His new world had the same name as his old one, Earth. But that was the extent of the resemblances. Ren has a skill as well, or at least he was told he did, but he had no inkling of how to use it. He was disheartened at first but his goal wasn't the path to power, all he wanted from this world was to continue the peaceful life, but the world didn't even provide him with that. A luminous pillar descended upon him and one of his classmates. Goddess Helastia, one of the most revered goddess, called them to herself, probably not a good news. However, there, he finds that a group of heroes has been summoned from his past world to confront the Devils that will be rising soon. But contrary to his assumption of being a hero himself, she referred to him as a reincarnated imposter. She labeled both of them as Humanity's Traitors and sends them into a dungeon where they were supposed to live. That is, with their masters and comrades, the Devils and their minions. The monsters in the dungeon were not likely to accept them as allies, instead, they were out to devour the delicacies that appeared in their home. Only despair awaited them. ---------------------------------------------------------- This novel is inspired from Neets's parallel world syndrome, Abnormal state skill and bunch of other jp novels, this is also my first time writing a web novel.
