《The GTA VRMMO》Chapter 4

Well this took a while, but for good reason!
I was debating what to put here, and eventually decided upon what you see below. If you dont like it, tell me, or if it doesnt flow right, tell me. I am not entirely satisfied with it either, I think I am not a good enough writer to write something like this yet, and this is kind of iffy with flow problems IMO. But enough of that, on to the chapter...
------------------------
Vargo : "Sara?"
Vargo turned towards the new source of voice, resting his eyes on what could only be described as an odd sight.
Several of the bodyguards had encircled a frail, rather pitiable looking girl, no older then thirteen. Her hair was dirty and frayed, seemingly out of place on her perfect frame. Her face was gaunt and weary, matching her hair to give her the feeling of someone who did not have a proper meal or bath in days. Her skin was pale as if there was little blood flow through it, and yet it was colored slightly brown with dirt. If one had claimed to see her crawl out of a dumpster most people would not argue with that person, save for her clothing, which was flawless and seemingly priceless. She wore a white dress with nary a spec of dirt on it, completely in contrast to her bodily appearance.
One of the agro'd guards lowered their gun and turned back towards Vargo.
Guard : "Do you know this girl?"
Tsuki : "Ya master, do you know this girl?"
Vargo : "I think so?" Vargo replied rather skeptically, unsure himself if his answer was correct.
Sara : "Gee, thats mean Master... After all I have done for you? I mean, who do you think its thanks too that you are here " She adamantly stomped her foot, creating the rather cute scene of a little girl protesting something.
Tsuki glanced at the girl at that moment, then back to Vargo's bewildered look. Her mind slowly started to work on the connection between these two people.
Vargo : "Holy crap Sara, what happened to you?"
The beauty simply gave a wry laugh and scratched the back of her head.
Sara : "Well, some stuff kinda happened after you went to prison, I went and did something stupid and well, here we are."
Vargo glanced at her, partially piecing things together. A timid voice awoke him from his thoughts a moment later.
Sara : "Umm, think you could call off the guard dogs?"
Vargo glanced at her, bewildered at why she would request something like this in a world she controlled, but complied none the less.
Vargo : "Its ok guys, she isn't a threat..."
The guards who had been on alert this whole time lowered their guns, and widened the circle, allowing interaction between the two people in a more private environment.
Vargo : "Sara, why did the guns aggravate you?"

Sara : "Well about that... could we talk somewhere more privately?"
Sara was glancing around at the massive crowd of people in black suits and the suddenly halted column of black luxury cars which was drawing attention from all around. People were giving them strange stares and were motioning towards them while whispering.
Vargo nodded at the suggestion then decided to walk into the nearest store, which happened to be a pizzeria. It was empty due to the early hour of the day.
He walked up towards the shopkeeper, a big Italian guy, and looked him straight in the eye.
Vargo : "I would like to use your shop for a few minutes. Privately if possible."
The shopkeeper glanced at him, then glanced outside at the massive crowd of guards in black suits who were giving him threatening stares through the window. They had attempted to follow Vargo into the store but he had told them off, saying "privately meant privately". The Shopkeeper then looked down at the dirty little girl dressed in pure white expensive clothing. He gave a sigh and a reluctant nod, before leaving a small comment about "keeping it in your pants". Vargo attempted to explain that that wasn't the purpose of the "rental" but the man had already left.
They sat down at a booth which was towards the back, close enough so that the guards outside wouldn't freak out, yet far enough that no words would seep through the windows and doors.
Vargo : "So... A little girl?"
Sara's face grew red at this, and she lowered her small head, hiding her blushing face from his view.
Sara : "Shut up master, that's not nice... This is hard to explain..."
Vargo : "Please, explain to me why I am here instead of a prison cell. I understand that it was your doing thanks to where we are, your current appearance, and other things."
Sara : "Well to start with, that slimy despicable bastard Edward set you up..."
Vargo : "I knew that already, I noticed that during the trial..."
Sara : "Ya, but what you might not have known, was that it wasn't him alone..."
Vargo : "Ya, I know my wife was in on it as well, and those 'witnesses'. Every single testimony was phony and fabricated.."
Vargo's voice was becoming angry at his remembrance of the events that had happened just hours ago.
Sara reached over and grabbed his hand with hers. She let out a sigh.
Sara : "It wasn't just them. The entire board was in on it... They planned to force me to make a duplicate of my code which they would then sell to the military for a hefty sum. Edward was the one who coordinated it, but nobody had opposed it."
Vargo clenched his fist at her words, and rage seeped into his voice.
Vargo : "Those BASTARDS! I trusted them!!"
Sara : "It's ok Master... I brought them all here..."

Vargo : "Speaking of which... how did you do that? You should not have any control over the real world..."
Sara gave an awkward laugh and turned her head to the side, like a child who had just been caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
Sara : "Umm, I have been able to pull someone's consciousness into my world for years, ever since the virtual world was created..."
Vargo : "Oh really? So that's how you got me here..."
Sara : "Not quite Master.... You were a bit out of range for me to grab that easily."
Vargo : "So what happened?"
He leaned forward, meeting her eye to eye. She mumbled something quietly. He couldn't make out the words she said, and asked her to repeat them.
Sara : "I just expanded the range..."
Vargo : "Expanded the range? From the building to the police station.. That had to have been at least seven city blocks..."
Sara : "Ya...It was..."
Vargo : "So you pulled in everyone in that range? That's a lot of people Sara.."
Sara hesitated on her next words, but eventually she spoke, drawing his entire attention to her words.
Sara : "I wasn't quite sure about the range, so I forced out one last increase, turns out that I pulled in the entire city... maybe?"
Vargo : "Really? The entire city?"
Vargo gave a smile at her words, realizing that the number of people who he could take revenge on had increased from just one to everyone who she had listed off earlier.
Sara : "Uh-huh, and in return there was some backlash..."
Vargo : "Turning into a little girl is considered backlash?"
Sara : "W-well, I pushed myself a bit hard, so my system shut me out. I fractured, and I had to clone myself half way through. The other me, the one who is running everything, is emotionless, just like a backup generator. She controls everything here, which is why......I am mortal right now...I can't control anything, including what I look like, or what your guards do, or which people can see me... I am useless here..."
Vargo : "I am glad you are safe... You have done well..."
He stood up, walked over to her and hugged her, prompting a bit of confusion from her. She had decided that she was useless, and her sole objective before trying to recover her power was to tell her creator what she had done, and why she had done it. His sudden embrace had baffled her, but it also reminded her of what type of person he was.
Sara : "Master?"
Vargo : "Ya Sara?"
Sara : "Thank you..." She squeezed out words, as tears fell from her eyes, creating small tear trails through the dirt on her face.
Vargo : "You are very welcome, Sara..."
----------------------------
Tsuki : "Who do you think she is Zu?"
Zu : "Daughter maybe?"
Tsuki : "No, I don't think so... When she first showed up, she referred to him as 'Master'. Could she be some kind of gift given to him by a crime syndicate?"
Zu glared at her, her tone changing from a normal one to an abnormal one.
Zu : "Is something wrong with that?"
Tsuki realized whom she was conversing with, and the circumstances behind Zu's marriage to Vargo, then quickly gave a reassuring smile to her companion.
Tsuki : "Forgive me Zu. I did not mean to be rude. I just didn't want another competitor for his love to show up... and if he is into that it would make it more difficult for us to gain his love. I mean, we aren't exactly children anymore..."
Zu : "If she is a gift, I wonder who gave her to him..."
Tsuki glanced back over at the two who were conversing in the pizzeria before turning back to Zu.
Tsuki : "Hmm, cant be the cartel lords, they are on peaceful terms with us since they gave you to him, could it be the Russians?"
Zu scoffed at her statement.
Zu : "I was not given by them... I chose him when he came to save me from captivity in their domain..."
Tsuki : "Yes yes, I have heard the story... They started a war with us, he went in alone, killed half of them, found the kidnapped princess of a hidden Aztec tribe, and saved her from their evil clutches. But politically, you were released by them, to give to him, to stop the bloodshed..."
(Zu is like an event character in an MMO. Whomever defeats the cartel to a certain point gets the unique follower with some special backstory and special stats...) (Zu was a special quest reward, one of a kind...)
Zu : "Fuck politics... My husband bathed in the blood of my captors, and freed me from my captivity. I owe him my life and my love, its as simple as that... More importantly, it looks like good things are happening between the child and Master..."
Tsuki looked back at a normally heartwarming scene of a grown man embracing a crying child. This normally heartwarming scene caused her to clench her fist in irritation.
She felt a hand upon her shoulder, and turned back to find Zu shaking her head side to side.
Tsuki : "Zu?"
Zu : "It's not like that.. Look at his face. There is no lust, no desire, just love. He treats her like a daughter..."
Tsuki : "Ya, I guess, I am just peeved because he shows more attention to this dirty begging street child then to his two beautiful wives who are completely willing and loyal. It aggravates me..."
Zu : "In time Tsuki, you need only sway his heart like he has swayed ours, then he will come to you. Force yourself on him and you may lose him..."
Tsuki glanced at her, her normally soft eyes growing sharp and dangerous.
Tsuki : "You... have you already done it?"
Zu gave off a light laugh, and then started walking towards the door to the Pizzaria...
Tsuki gave off a slight grumble then immediately followed her.
