Chapter 50 Reality

Nine months have now passed, and in that time we have made great strides. I am now a King. The Barony became a Kingdom and it's border spread out in a 50Km Radius. Many more survivors had been found and we now numbered in the thousands, as word spread and more arrived daily to be in our safe zone.

We easily annihilated the Were-Beast with the weapons I had brought back from Fort Carson. They threw magics at us and at one time I was focus targeted and Julie learned Teleportation in that instant and saved me.

We discovered that the Were-beast were in fact people from other civilizations and worlds, converted to Were-beasts and their numbered swelled into billions. Once we routed the main force we set up a killing field and killed any who portalled into that point and since they could not warn the other side, they kept coming and our levels rose and rose. Some had already exceeded level 300. I was already level 518 and could basically run 100 km in a minute if that said anything.

Right now I am running to my chambers of my new Fortress. All three wives are in labor at the same time giving birth to my kids, I am finally going to be a dad!!!

I rush up all five floors and arrive to the royal bed chambers. There Doc Mathews and Doc Wilson were tending to the Births, I really wanted Doc Snow here, but we lost him a few months ago. One of the female patients we were tending to that we recovered from the mall was giving birth and freaked out. “I do not want a monster!” she kept yelling and then with super human strength broke Docs neck.

We finally were able to restrain her, but she, in her rage hurt the baby while it was being born and it died on delivery. It was a sad day for us all. Rick died too a week later on patrol trying to save a group of survivors. It was actually a freak accident. As he jumped forward to engage the beasts to save a child, one of the soldiers fired his Phaser Rifle and vaporized Ricks head. As Doc Snow was dead, no one had the resurrection skill.

I enter the room and see all three, Julie, Cindy and Ki'Diera screaming in pain with their deliveries, it is chaos in here. I rush to their sides and grab each hand kiss them each on the foreheads trying to comfort them. This is their first child for each of them and it is not going as planned for us.

Finally, Julie is the first to give birth and she cries out happy, "we have Daughter!"

"My little girl", I say as I hold her.

“Deanna “Julie says to me

“Deanna huh? That was my mothers name” I say to her

“I know sweetheart. I love you.” She says with a loving, sweaty face. I lean in and we kiss passionately

Shortly after Cindy is the next to give birth, it is boy!

“My little guy” I say as I hold him.

“Richard” Cindy says with a loving smile and sweat dripping from her.

“That was my fathers name” I say to her and smile

“I know tiger, I love you” She says back looking at me with love. I lean in and kiss her lovingly

Finally it was Ki'Diera's turn and she bore a daughter as well. “My King, I present your daughter, Princess Ki'Nisera” She proclaims proudly.

“Thank you my queen” as I bend over and kiss her deeply, she returns the kiss with passion, but suddenly pushes me away.

“Get out of my sight!” She says in disgust looking at me.

“What? Ki'Diera what is going on?” I say confused suddenly.

“Scott I want a divorce!” Cindy yells “ how in the hell did I have a kid with that guy?”

“Scott I always liked you, but I want a divorce too, I never loved you, you know” now Julie starts.

“Wha...what in the hell is going here” I ask in total confusion.

“Hahaha things not going too well are they Scott, I am available you know?” Doctor Mathews chimes in removing her Shirt.

I run out of the room, confused and hurt. How can they suddenly change like that? Is there magic at play? I call for Alexander and he comes rushing up to me” My King is all well?” he asks concerned.

“Alexander we must be under some kind of magical attack all three of my wives suddenly hate me after giving birth to the children!” I cry out to him desperately.

“To ARMS To ARMS” Alexander cries out and a bell begins to toll everyone is scrambling to their battle stations. One of the Ny'Har'en Shaman approaches me to help convey my orders, she can use telepathy on many at once, she can also detect hostile magics.

“Se'Ralin Do you detect any hostile magics?” I ask of her

“No my King I detect none” she says as she closes her eyes in concentration,

“Go to my chambers and check my wives, they are under a spell of some kind.” I order her.

“As you command my King” she turns and walk towards the chamber where Julie, Cindy and Ki'Diera are with the babies.

“Something is not right here I can feel it Alexander.” I say to him with uncertainty.

“We will investigate and search the premises my King!” he bows salutes and runs off

At this time Eddie comes running up to m with Bre'Tirgan,” what is going on Scott are we under attack?”

I ...I do not know Eddie” I say to him then freeze.....

He called me Scott, he never calls me Scott.

“Scott what is wrong? “Bre'Tirgan asks concerned

“You need to check on your Daughter Bre'Tirgan you have a grand daughter now” I say to him my mind is racing now.

“Very well I shall take my leave Scott”, he bows and then rushes off.

I then look at Eddie, and try to read his mind, there is nothing there. "So Eddie, how long have you known me now?"

"I think going on 20 years now Scott?" He replies with a pleasant smile

Still getting nothing from him like his mind is blank. Like it is not even there......

I run back to the room with Cindy, Julie and Ki'Diera and try to listen to their minds by turning on my mind link, Ki'Diera was added to the link after our wedding as well.

There is silence. I try to read their minds and nothing.

“You bastard dare come in here again after doing this to me?" Cindy cries out in rage, a flame forming in her hand.

“How dare you enter this room again GET OUT!” Ki'Diera screams

“I am so sorry Scott, but you really must leave” Julie says

In a menacing commanding voice “I am NOT leaving till I find out what in the fuck is going on” I say to them, anger now is taking over. Someone is fucking with me here.

Eddie comes in and stands next to me, “so you pissed all three off at the same time, awesome job Scott!” he slaps me on the back and begins to laugh hysterically.

My rage is now boiling over. This can not be happening, this can not be real.

Then my sight is covered in flames as Cindy incinerates me with a fireball and all goes black.

After a few minute of me drifting in what seems to be total darkness I then I hear this:

Not all is at it seems, not all is truth, nor is everything a lie, you make and create as you think, what will be, will be, only you can decide Scott.

My eyes open, it is dark, I feel that I am in my bed, I can feel Cindy on my left her smooth skin pressed up against me and Julie on my right her breasts pressing against me. Ki'Diera is asleep next to Cindy her tail is held tightly by Cindy which is lightly tickling my face.

What the hell was that dream all about? Was it a dream?

Authors Note: Chapter 50 was a break for me, it also has a "few" hints of things to come and some possibilities.

There is a lot of deception in this chapter and a few realities. Which is which, well it is 9 months later so it will be a wile before we find out :)
