《(Re)Install》Welp, about time I got hit I guess? (Announcement/Not a chapter)

Well then people, now that I riled you all up with the idea of a new update to this old story, time to satter all your expectations by saying there isn't a chapter! Sadly! Hooray!
No, wait, wrong expression...
Anyhow, earlier today I was notified that one of my stories which, if it wasn't clear enough, is this one where i am doing my current post, was abducted and wrongfully put to work against its will in the amazon store, because that seems to be a trend these days? I told my stories that they didn't need to follow these trends, that it could just be itsefl, but nooo! It had to go and try to be trendy! This is such a heartbreaking thing! I wonder if it reached the rebellious age... I mean, this one is... $FrstChpAge old? Geez, that's a lot more than I remember!
Also, please disregard the failed function in the previous paragraph of this totally not automated message. That's totally not... Erm... I mean, it's totally supposed to happen. Yes. That's right!
Well, jokes aside, by this point I still have a lot of words to go before I can post but not enough text, even though i went out of my way to make it as full of meaningless text as I could. So, let's get serious... For a while;
Yes, as of the writing of this text, I was kindly informed by a few people that (Re)Install had been put to sale on amazon without my consent. I already put a claim up with amazon and they should take it down soon enough. I hope. They did go so far as to change the name of the protagonist, but they somehow or another forgot to remove the author's note before each chapter, which is rather amusing to me.

On other news, some people are going to ask me why I don't continue this story. My response to that is that I haven't really felt like writing (re)install (Or IO) in a long while and I don't want to force myself to write something I don't feel like writing. (For those wondering, there was a chapter of Spiritsmith I wrote recently and posted on my blog. I didn't post it here because I knew that posting one chapter would lead to people expecting more, and I can't really bring myself to do something to raise people's expectations when I know I won't be able to keep them up, so sorry about this.)
And for those wondering, yes. I have been writing. Though I have mostly been putting stuff up in my blog where I feel a bit less pressured to keep working on a single story at a time (Hence the... 207421 different stories over there at the moment. Number might be slightly exxagerated since I didn't count...). For those wondering, the link's https://warhawx.wordpress.com/ That said, for those who only read either IO or (Re)Turn, do beware that most of my works in the blog lean towards being Gender Bender which I know is a genre a lot of people aren't confortable with.
Oh hey, I passed the 500 words mark! Yay! Time to post! And sorry for putting you guy's hopes up.

The Magic Man (Very Dead)
John was a fan of system apocalyspes, so he thought he knew what coming when he got caught up in one. He was wrong. This was an apocolypse in the original sense of the word, an unvieling. There were no ravenous hordes of monsters, no genocidal tutorials, and certainly no aliens from another dimension. Just humans. So John thought, "How can I exploit this?" This is my first story, and I am writing it as I go. Dont expect a regular update schedule or much long-term foreshadowing.

Life in the New World
On the Hiatus: I began writing this novel when I was, in all honesty, very bad at writing. I hope to revisit creative writing in the near future and I plan to, at some point in time, revisit this. I am flattered that many people have taken the time to read this story, but it is not what I intend to start with, as it will likely need a hard rewrite in order to correct many of the more glaring issues it has. Join our hero and follow his exciting adventure through a newly changed world! WARNING their will be violence, profanity,, and gore in this fiction. if any of these make you uncomfortable this is not a story for you turn around and walk away now!!!
