Hello guys, I am sorry for the late but it'll probably continue. I am currently in the middle of my internship and still have 4 weeks left before my exam, so I don't really have enough time to work on Dragon Princess.

Since it's been a moment I didn't write, I hope the quality didn't regress :(

Although Fiona’s answer was surprising, it didn’t shock anyone. During the few days we passed in Aorlan, we obviously noticed that Fiona’s mood became gloomy each time they passed through a desolated town by the slavers or bandits.

Shina: “Then, you really intend to become the head of this kingdom ?” I asked for confirmation.

Fiona made a hurt expression before gulping and staring resolutely at me.

Fiona: “Now that I overthrew my father, I have no other choice, right? If I let my family govern this kingdom then it’ll be its end.”

Estiel: “You don’t really have to you know? I am sure that if you ask that old man he’ll take over the throne.” Estiel said as she pointed toward Refalos.

Fiona: “Thank Estiel, but I am the one who overthrew him, I have to assume the consequence of my actions and take over.” She said as put a wry smile.

Looking at Estiel, I let a sigh out before kindly looking at her.

Shina: “She made her choice Estiel, we have to respect it…”

Estiel: “ But!” She tried to argue, but I prevented her from talking by putting my finger on her mouth.

Shina: “By the way, I am pretty tired of traveling; how about we take a break ?” I said as I winked at Estiel and Nuya.

Nuya: “Hah~, I am quite tired as well mistress, let’s take a break~” She said as she feigned being tired.

Estiel: “Heh, that's Shina after all… Then let’s settle here for a moment, how about a few years ?” Estiel said as she laughed.

Shina: “Kukuku, that sounds good. That’s how it is Fiona, we’ll continue to trouble you then.”

Fiona: “You girls…” Tears started to form in her eyes as she looked at us.

Shina: “Fine then, I guess there’s a lot to do, let’s go for now.” I said as I brushed her hairs.

On the way to the castle, as if recalling something Estiel slowed down to get close to Veralox who was walking behind the girls.

Estiel: “Hey Verlox, what happened to Veyna ?” She asked anxiously.

Ah… I forgot about her as well!

When we were teleported, Veyna was on the verge of dying before Veralox finally arrived at the scene.

Veralox: “Hmm, that brat? I managed to heal her so don’t worry, I just dropped her at her home a few days ago since she said she had a few thing."

Estiel: “So Sis is alive ?... That’s good.” She said as she relaxed.

Shina: “ Yeah… It’s good.” I agreed.

Nuya: “Who’s that Veyna ?” Nuya with a cute clueless expression asked as a strange question mark appeared above her head.

Oh right, Nuya never met her since she started traveling with us after being teleported.

Shina: “She’s Estiel elder sister… Even if she look nothing like her.” I said while recalling the moments I passed with her.

Nuya: “Mistress, why are you scared? Was she that terrifying ?”

What is she talking about ?... I didn’t even notice that my body was shaking while I recalled those memories… If I think about it properly, wasn’t she bullying me in a way ?!

Shina: “ I guess she was in a certain way.” I said with a wry smile.

Everything I can remember about her is being hugged and toyed with, ah I also remember being forced almost every night to sleep in her room to the point of wondering if I had one. I am quite happy that she isn’t here right now after all!

Estiel: “Kekeke, my sister really love Shina, always expressing her love whenever she saw her.”

Fiona: “Hehe, indeed, she is really good at ‘expressing’ her love.”

Shina: “You girls…” That sadistic smile on their face is the same as the one they had when they watched me being toyed by Veyna.

While I was talking with Fiona and Estiel, I heard a strange conversation coming from behind us.

Nuya: “By the way, who are you old man ?” Nuya asked as she tapped a certain person’s forehead.

Veralox: “You can call me Veralox, Shina’s caretaker.” He said as a vein appeared on his forehead.

Nuya: “Okie dokie. Can I call you Verax? Good, nice to meet you, fellow worker !” She energetically said.

A second vein appeared on Verlox’s forehead as he tried to endure Nuya’s innocent harass.

Veralox: “Call me Veralox or at least Verlox like the girls…” He mumbled.

Nuya: “No, I like Verax, it sounds cute doesn’t it ?” She said as she repetitively tapped his forehead.

It begins to become dangerous, I feel like some smoke is starting to come out of Verlox’s head.

Veralox:”Can I eat her ?...” He asked as he looked toward me… don’t look at me with those begging eyes please, of course, you can’t eat her you know.

Nuya: “Nyahaha~ let’s work hard together as Shina’s servants !” Completely ignoring Verlox state of mind, she continues to push the dagger further in the wound.

Veralox: “I should have burned the fairies kingdom… I swear that once it’s over I’ll entirely extinct this race and after that I’ll travel to other worlds and also end the fairies living there.” He grumbled.

When we finally arrived at the castle, all the guards kneeled to us as they saw us with the king bounded with rope and led by Refalos and an army of old men who are actually the elder dragons in their humanoid form.

Every guard had a strange look on their face as they saw the strange army of old men, but in a certain way it’s understandable… Who would guess that this army of gramps is currently the strongest army in the world?

As we arrived in the throne room, Fiona slowly walked towards the throne. and as she arrived in front of it, she stopped.

Breathing in and then out once, she strengthened her resolve then gracefully sat, occupying only a third of the place on throne. As she sat down, her father and family were forced to kneel before her.

Queen: “Fiona you, is that how you thank us for raising you ?! KAAAAH” She yelled.

As she opened her mouth, I kicked her as she flew ten meters away from where she previously was.

Shina: “Shut up and listen.” I said as I pressed my feet of her back, forcing her to stay on the ground.

‘Hehe’ A very small laughter came out of Fiona before she once again looked seriously and glared at her family who didn’t dare to open their mouth anymore.

Fiona: “ Now then, Jerald Shezil III. Your crime is of conspiring with the enemy country in order to save your life for the price of throwing away your citizens life and freedom. Do you have anything to say for your defense ?”

As Jerald looked at Fiona sitting on the throne, he slowly closed his eyes as if he had given up and anger left his expression.

Jerald : “Kill me if you want, but please spare your brothers and sisters.” He begged.

Staying silent for a moment, after a few seconds Fiona made a small nod before speaking.

Fiona: “Your crime isn’t only your own, but the one of all the royal family. As a result, you and your family are relinquished from your royal position and noble titles, from now on, all of you are simple commoners. Guards, give them 200 gold and throw them out !”

Aside from Fiona’s father, her siblings and the queen glared at her with hate and thirst for revenge. Only a small ‘Thanks’ came out of Jerald as he was taken away with his family.

Veralox: “Ephemeral beings truly are strange creatures, within a few seconds their feeling change and forget about the ones who wounded them.”

Shina: “But it isn’t a bad thing, this way they can enjoy life to its fullest.”

Veralox: “Hmph, you talk just like your mother, but please don’t grow up to become like her.” He said as he trembled for a few moments.

Shina: “You know, she wouldn’t be happy if she heard you say that~.”

Veralox: “Please don’t you begin to toy with me… Truly like her mother like daughter.”

One week passed since we arrived in Elorgia, it was finally the day for our trip to Theristid. Since Fiona took the throne, less slavers entered the country, make it’s because of the two hundred young adult dragons now living in the country’s border and checking the contents of any wagon entering and leaving the country. The dragons are now the protector and Customs of this country.

As for Fiona, I could only meet her late at night. She’s having quite a hard time to deal with the paperwork and decisions since she wasn’t raised to be a ruler. Luckily she is helped by Estiel who had some notions

Yet the busiest this week wasn’t them but me! I had to deal with the ‘believers’ all days, they made a new religion with me as their god and elected a young woman in her eighteen and made her the ‘High Priestess’ charged of taking care of me.

Her name is Izayoi Luna, she is a half magic being half demihuman. It seems that her father is a fox demihuman who fell in love with a Fox Lower God. I wasn’t really surprised when I learned that magic being can become gods once they become strong enough.

After isn’t Isendel a lower god? Since Nuya is now stronger than her I guess that she became a god as well but it doesn’t look like she knows it though she wouldn’t even care about it anyway.

Returning to Luna’s subject, it seems that she for them the High Priestess job is a great honor, but in the end she’s something close to a maid and assassin, disposing of anyone ‘unworthy’ of challenging me.

Her long hairs color is a mix of orange and white, just like her tails. She has two tails although she originally had only one, the second one suddenly grew the day I met her.

That’s also the reason why she was chosen as the High Priestess, the sudden growth of a second tail when they asked me to choose who it would be made it seem like I had chosen her and gave her some power.

It was only after that I learned from Verlox that it was the same phenomenon as with Pan and Nuya, her magic being’s blood reacted to the mana emanating from me and absorbed a little of it, resulting in this change.

Her character is somehow close to Eniel, she is always worried about me and do her best to take care of me while managing the temple’s issues; yes I said temple.

Within a single week, those guys built a temple with the help of the citizens who dropped their work to help. I was also surprised to see Fiona’s father, Jerald help out while hiding his face, but as I didn’t see him do anything wrong I left him be.

The result in this construction was a temple close to the city even bigger than Fiona’s castle with statues of me almost everywhere… Frankly it’s embarrassing…

As for Eniel and Nuya, they simply don’t care about that. I would even say that Nuya is quite happy from being feed candies.

That fairy sure is strange, after seeing the maids clothes from the castle she to have the same but with a miniskirt, but it strangely suit her and now being called ‘Mistress’ her doesn’t feel as weird as before.

During this week, the main accident was between Verlox and… Rainte. Both of them disappeared the second day and only came back some hours ago.

At first, Verlox didn’t really care about Rainte, but one day he got curious and asked who Rainte was and why he kept hiding behind me. I still remember the scared expression he made when I told him that Rainte was older than me, or precisely that he is a boy.

I still think that he overreacted. To begin he tried to chase him away, but seeing how pitiful Rainte was I protected him. After that he waited for him to go to sleep before trying to eat him, luckily I was suspicious and managed to stop him before he could.

Of course if he really wished for it, he could have killed Rainte without me noticing it. But I think he mainly did it to scare him… At least at the second attempt.

The second day, Verlox took Rainte with him somewhere to ‘discipline’ him. I felt sorry for him since it’s my fault, or maybe I should say daddy’s fault, but since he promised me that he wouldn’t kill him or let him die I left him do as he wished.

The day Rainte came back he completely changed, the seal on his soul was broken and he had a fierce look in his eyes… Just what the hell happened?

For now, since Verlox came back it’s time for us to go. Leaving everyone else behind and accompanied by the dragons, we teleported toward Theristid’s capital; Kalten.
