Hello guys, I have a few announcement to make.

First, I decided to try making the chapters in the third person from now on, I think it'll make me able to make the story more interesting and a little less boring. As for the late update, I had many tests those last day and didn't have enough time to work on the chapter.

Second, I will publish a second FF, it'll be one about a VR, I hope you'll try it when it will be out, even through I'll be waiting to finish Dragon Princess's first arc before really working on it. The chapters will be FAR longer than the ones of Dragon Princess so the update will take a long time. As for the story ? I think it'll be an interesting one, I'll try to work on the prologue tomorrow.

And also, thanks Rota for the app, I finally managed to make it work and it's indeed quite useful.

Four months passed since Shina’s party entered the dungeon, during this time they encountered many dangers and confronted death many times. Everyone became accustomed to death battles and seemed to have grown up, their eyes became sharper and their body began to transform because of their training even if they still seemed to be normal kids.

Their training side effect was that they were growing up faster than a normal kid of their age, only Shina’s size didn’t change, she was now one head smaller than Fiona who was before the smallest of their group… if we exclude Nuya.

During their training, they tried to search for the best magical beasts for them to consume, but they quickly learnt that the monster of their floors weren’t the most powerful ones of the dungeon.

The truth is that if they were to be evaluated, a Cerbal would be an A+ ranked monster while the Cerbal’s Leader which they killed when they arrived would be a S+ ranked one, just below the SS rank. A S+ ranked monster isn’t weaker than an SS ranked fighter, in fact, one would need three of them to kill it, if it wasn’t for Shina’s and Eniel’s power, a S ranked adventurer would have trouble cutting its skin.

When they went up to the floor, what awaited them were S ranked monsters who travelled in group; when they first encountered them, they weren’t cautious because they were used to kill monsters of the previous floors.

If it wasn’t for Inkvir help they would have all died back then, there they encountered a group of five mutated cockatrices who unlike the real one they didn’t have the ability to petrify, but their physicals attribute were enhanced.

Each one of them easily repelled every single arrow of Fiona and their talon managed to bypass Pan’s scales, but their most powerful trait is their endurance. They only managed to take one down before being saved by Inkvir, with difficulty we cut through one of his leg and wings, but it didn’t stop him from fighting and managed to wound Eniel.

After spending the first month in training in those floors, with Inkvir’s help, their group managed to travel up to the tenth floor where the creatures are a bit weaker than the twenty-fifth. This is where they encountered for the first time since they arrived in the lowers floors a group of adventurer.

Inkvir had left them for a moment to check the level of the monsters in this floor, it was a group of four human composed of one wizard and three warriors. One of the warriors and the wizard was a woman.

When they encountered them, their first reaction was surprise, a group of girl with one twelve years old girl, two ten years old and one last who didn’t seem to be older than six.

When they inspected those kids, they noticed that two of them were carrying magic artifact; the brown bow of Fiona which was covered with strange runes and the light red sword of Eniel who seemed to shine a red light even in the dark.

What’s more, their group even had a grey dragon and a white fairy, those transformations were due to the consummation of magical beasts meat, changing Nuya’s blue wings and aura into a white one and Pan’s scales into a dark grey one.

Those adventurers were known as a black A ranked party; a party whose sole goal is making money, what they came upon was for them the equivalent of a gold mine. Looking closely they thought that those kids had a nice face and would definitely become beauty when they grow up, especially the young one.

The three warrior’s hand approached their sheathed sword, but they were stopped by the mage.

Female warrior : “ Why are you backing down ? Don’t tell me you are afraid of a group of kids ? “ One of them protested.

The two others men didn’t say anything and just stared at the mage.

Female Mage : “ We have to be careful, they may be a group of kids, but we are still on the tenth floor. How do you think they managed to get here ? Moreover they are equipped with magic weapons, we have to act friendly and wait for an opportunity to take all of them down without any risk. “

The three warrior looked back at Shina’s group who seemed to have a discussion among them, they then nodded to the mage’s words before approaching them.

Male Warrior : “ Hey, what are you kids doing here alone ? Don’t you know how dangerous this place is ?! “ One of the males said feigning an angry and worried expression.

The girls looked at each others before for a moment before Estiel walked toward them.

Estiel : “ Thanks for your concern, but we are actually waiting for someone. By the way, are you a group of adventurer ? “ She asked looking closely at each of them.

Female Mage : “ Indeed, we are here to collect Belien’s tail for our quest, but we are finished and were thinking about returning. But we can’t leave you alone here, shall we be waiting with you ? “

The mage showed a light smile while hiding her true goal, even her comrades were surprised by her acting skills.

Estiel : “ You don’t have to worry about us, the monsters won’t attack us here. “ Estiel replied trying to reassure her.

Actually since they entered the tenth floor, the monsters didn’t attack them on their own. This was because of Pan’s and Eniel’s aura, as a dragon Pan was naturally releasing an overwhelming aura which made all monsters see him as a danger while Eniel was naturally emitting bloodthirst around her which scared most of the weak monsters.

Female Mage : “ We just can’t let you alone here, we wouldn’t be able to leave knowing we left a group of children alone in a dungeon. “ She said as she made a serious face.

Estiel went back to the others and began talking, after a few moment they all agreed with the adventurer’s decision and waited together.

The adventurers just waited near them, looking at each girls trying to figure out who they should attack first. The mage felt strange wave of mana emanating from all of them, but nothing from Shina.

For them, Shina seemed to be talking with the grey dragon and the white fairy, probably playing with the doggy demihuman girl by her side, observing her with a smile while the two others were just looking at the around, looking in case a danger show up.

Thinking Shina was the younger and probably the weaker among them because she couldn’t manipulate mana and wasn’t armed would be perfect to use as an hostage, little did they know that the black ring she was wearing was Kiel.

The two males warriors slowly approached her and one of them suddenly unsheathed a dagger which was located on his leg and brought it to Shina’s throat but at the same time a bright light blinded him, when he came back to himself a few seconds after his hand was suddenly gone.

The small baby grey dragon was gone, but a what was before him was what seemed to be a fifteen meters long grey dragon who spot something out of his mouth, it was the man’s hand.

The dragon’s glare made the man freeze before him, the man is an A ranked adventurer with twenty years of experience behind him, but never did he feel as fearful as he was at this moment.

The man wanted to cry for help, but no sound came out of his mouth, he slowly turned his head to his friend who was behind him, but all he saw was a frozen body with the white fairy sitting on its head.

Male Warrior : “ Frank !! “ Was the last thing the man said as Pan’s claw approached his head, cutting it without any resistance.

Only the two women were left, as they saw what happened knew they had no chance of winning the fight.

The wizard began to chant a spell as she was running away, but before she could finish her incantation, an arrow pierced through her neck as she fell on the ground; it was Fiona’s arrow.

The female warrior as she saw her friend fall on the ground knew she would die there too, but it didn’t scare her, she was really close to the mage.

What she felt was anger, it was directed at the girl who killed her and at the dragon and fairy who killed her comrade.

Female Warrior : “ CURSE YOU !!! “ She screamed as she charged toward Fiona armed with her sword.

Estiel appeared in front of her and swung her red sword at her, cutting her blade and piercing her chest.

The woman looked at Estiel in her eyes as she cought some blood out, in her eyes you could see a mix of hatred and fear. Even though she previously wasn’t afraid of dying, any living being when they see death approaching can’t help but feel fear.

They looked at each other for a few dozens of second before the woman fell, Estiel slowly went back to the others holding her mouth.

Estiel and Fiona couldn’t help but throw up, it was the first time they killed someone, unlike Shina and Eniel.

No matter how strong they were in the end they were still young child, it was one of the reason why Eniel didn’t act after seeing Shina was out of danger thanks to Pan, it was to let them experience their first murder.

Actually the idea came from them, they asked earlier that if the adventurers were to attack them that they don’t interfere and let the two of them deal with it.

It was because they knew they would probably fight against more human being later on, after all they were already ambushed three time within the last months.

Since then they often encountered greedy adventurers who tried to kill or steal them, sometime even somes who would use poor children as bait to escape against monsters; for them those were the worst kind, after helping the childs, they would ask Inkvir to bring him back to the first floor of the dungeon.

After encountering so many black party they almost lost faith in the others, but it wasn’t the case thanks to some adventurers they encountered who were truly worried about them.

This is how their four month of training in the dungeon passed.

After their four months of training their progress stopped, it was because their body was still young and still needed to develop to be able to contain more energy; it was releasing all the mana contained monster’s meat out of their body. Only Pan and Nuya who were magic being were able to keep progressing.

They were far stronger than before they entered, if one were to judge them, they would be a little stronger than an SS ranked fighter but still a little inferior to an SSS ranked one; but those kind of peoples were only few in number in the whole world.

Even if they were to encounter one, they are accompanied by Inkvir whose strength is superior to a High God, a being which was living with along with the Goddess of Light and God of Darkness.

Going from the twenty fifth floor to the goblin's floor was something really easy for them now, when they returned there, they came across a battle between two group of adventurers.

The first group was composed of around ten bulky men who were immediately recognized by Shina, it was the men they encountered in the Guild’s bar.

The second group’s number was overwhelming compared to them, they were approaching the hundred, but one of them was recognized by not only Shina, but all of them; it was the bandit woman who attacked them the day they entered the dungeon.

For now both group didn’t notice them, but the tension between both groups was intense.

Bulky Man : “ We know you attacked them the day they entered the dungeon ! Where are they ?! “

Female Bandit : “ It isn’t your problem, can’t you even see in what situation you guys are ? Worry about yourself before worrying about the others. “

Bulky : “ You… Aren’t you you ashamed ? Attacking four young girls with a group of eighty ? “

Female Bandit : “ I see… so you someone among us told you, but whatever, you guys are going to die here anyway. “ The woman smiled as she said those words and the two groups started to fight.

The bulky men were all stronger than any bandit, sending one flying each time they blocked their claymore; but the bandits were overwhelming them thanks to their numbers.

Estiel : “ We are the reason why they are fighting… “ She said looking at the bulky men with kindness, even after four months they continued to investigate their whereabout and tried to take revenge after the bandits even when they were ten times their numbers.

Fiona : “ We can’t let them die ! “ Fiona’s brown eyes were shining as she looked at the fight.

Shina : “ And we still have to get our revenge for what happened that day, right ? “ All of them began to show a smirk as they looked at the bandits.

Shina looked at Eniel who was supposed to be at her side, but she wasn’t even here; she was already in the fight, killing bandit after bandit while laughing.

Estiel : “ Each time I see her fighting… I find her scary. “

Shina and Estiel followed Eniel’s example and ran toward the fight only leaving Fiona behind, the distance between her and the fight was from about 80 meters, for vision and skills in archery got better thanks to her training, this distance wasn’t a problem for her.

When they arrived twenty bandits were already dead while none in the other group died, it was because they were focused on Eniel who was slaughtering them one after another.

At first, all they saw was something moving at an incredible speed between the bandits, spraying blood everywhere it went like it, it was as if it was raining blood; they thought it was a monster.

It was when Estiel and Shina arrived that they realized that it was a girl who was killing them, when Estiel joined the fight followed by Nuya who had a grudge against someone among them… the bandit woman.

Shina only observed the fight with Pan on her head, even though he have the ability to grow, his original baby size only grew a little and was still easily carried by Shina.

Estiel light red sword shone in her hand, each of her slash left behind it a small red light, each swing of her sword destroyed any weapon or armor it clashed against. It was the effect of the reinforcement function of her sword.

Even if she wasn’t as fast and strong as Eniel, under her attack many bandit fell one after another.

Nuya only flew toward the bandit woman, leaving a small trail of cold air behind her. When a bandit touched the white trail, it instantly froze a part of his body, the trail only lasted a few seconds but in a melee fight where everyone is grouped together, it is almost impossible to avoid touching it.

When she finally arrived to the bandit woman, a large smirk formed on her small cute face.

Nuya : “ I finally found you gorilla woman ! “ She said with her habitual energetic voice.

Female Bandit : “ You little bi...GUAAAAH “

Nuya didn’t leave the woman finish her words and froze almost everything ten meters around her.

Nuya : “ What ? I couldn’t hear, please repeat. “ She said as she touched her lips with her finger.

Female Bandit : “ P-P… “ She couldn’t even form a word because of the cold, only her left arm and her head weren’t frozen. Her face showed an expression of fear, nothing else but fear for her life.

Nuya : “ Hey I can’t understand what you’re trying to say ! “

Female Bandit : “ P-P-les...D-dont wnt t-t-o d-ie “ (please...don’t want to die)

Nuya’s face changed into a cold one, she was remembering the situation where this woman ambushed them, showing an arrogant attitude because they were eighty against them. What she felt toward the woman was only disgust.

Nuya : “ You don’t even deserve to live in this world… trash. “ She said as she fully froze her before shattering her into many piece.

It was an action she wouldn’t have been capable of before entering the dungeon, this show how much what they experienced in the dungeon changed them.

Having lose their leader and 60 of their comrade, a group of twenty bandit tried to escape; but all of them suddenly fell on the ground after being hit by a thin arrow in the head, it was Fiona.

She was snipping every running bandit, not leaving them any chance to escape. She too remembered the hell into which they were forced thrown because of them, and moreover she couldn’t forgive them for ganging up against others just for something like money; she wasn’t willing to let a single one of them escape.

Only twenty bandits were left, they were terrorized by what happened. They were at the begin only fighting against ten men, but the sudden appearance of two girl and one fairy completely changed the battle into a slaughter.

They knew they couldn’t win against any of them, and even if they tried to escape Fiona would simply finish them. It was then that they saw the only girl who wasn’t fighting who also seemed to be the youngest one.

They ran to her, thinking she was their only chance of escaping.

Bandit : “ You come over there ! “ One of them said as they ran toward her.

Bulky man : “ Shina !! Run away ! “ He tried to warn her.

Shina : “ Geez… Why do they all think that I am the weakest ?... “ She said as she left a sigh out.

The little dragon on Shina’s head who was sleeping opened his eyes and stared at the twenty bandit who immediately felt a pressure over their body.

Pan opened his mouth and a large blue firebreath came out of it, burning all the bandits and not even leaving ashes behind them.

This day marked the beginning of a legend among the adventurers, it was the birth of a group of young girls whose strength was above any top adventurer. The birth of the ‘Red Sword Estiel’, ‘Magic Arrow Fiona’, ‘Ice Queen Nuya’, ‘Rainmaker Eniel’ and ‘Dragon Princess Shina’.
