We returned to the city accompanied by our four 'bandits' who were 'volunteer' to carry all our package to the Guild, we had too much and would have been forced to let some behind if not for them.

Frey and Keyse are the two elven brother, their mother was a blacksmith while the father was an adventurer; but their father died before they were born fighting a monster. Their mother worked as hard as she could to make sure they could have something to eat everyday; but she one day fell sick from overwork.

At that time they were four years old, the treatment was really expensive. All their money went into the treatment, and in the end their mother still died. They were left without any money and alone, all they had was a small house in the slums which they bought by selling their previous house to pay for the treatment.

They decided to start doing some work for the guild, but it wasn't enough to keep living. A lot of people were already collecting herbs so it was getting rarer and they couldn't even manage to beat one animal. It was an hard decision for them, but they decided to start stealing; they only targeted rich people who didn't seem to need money.

After a few years, they encountered Baian and Serine; they reminded them of how they were in their first days. However they were too pure and gentle, they would not even steal something to survive. They decided to take care of them and began to work together.

When they saw us outside the city, they saw a group of well dressed people because of our school uniform who gathered a lot of loots. They thought we were rich and tried to rob us.

Estiel : " And so you are going to steal all your life to survive ? " She said somewhat annoyed.

Frey : " Of course not ! We are going to become adventurers, we are already taking the Guild's lesson. But the rewards we get from an F rank quest in far too low, it is barely enough to eat for us four. "

We taught them how to hunt, while Fiona taught the two twin how to use a bow and I taught the brother how to use a spear; to hunt, a spear is far better than a sword. I am merely teaching them the basic I learned from my training with my parents.

Estiel and Eniel went to collect herbs while we were busy. The first days were quite hard, they were learning the proper way to use a weapon, they couldn't kill a few animals.

However teaching them how to hunt wasn't the only thing we did; I took Frey and Keyse in the market place.

Shina : " We are looking for buyer for our goods. "

Frey : " Customer ? We can exchange our loot at the Guild, why the hell would we need a buyer ? Did you went cr... " He stopped talking under the cold stare of Nuya and Pan.

Shina : " How do you think the Guild is making it's money ? "

Frey : " I don't know, they are paid by the city maybe ? "

Shina : " I don't think the city would pay the Guild "

Frey : " Then tell me how ! " He said annoyed.

Shina : " It's only my opinion, but I think they are collecting the goods of adventurers and sell them to the merchants. "

Frey : " So, what's the difference ? I still don't know why we need a buyer. "

Keyse : " I think I understand what she is trying to say, it would indeed make sense " Frey looked at his brother surprised.

But if your goal is to make money, then it is better to work by yourself. "

We found in a alchemist store a buyer for the herbs, the Guild reward for a patch of herbs is 5 bronze coin, but the alchemist offered us to buy them at 1 silver coin the patch of herbs. 1 silver is the equivalent of 10 bronze coin.

Keyse : " I expected to get a good price, but two time the guild reward... Why didn't I think of that before ? "

Frey : " Now we need to find a buyer for the meat and we will finally be able to life without stealing. "

Shina : " Let's ask the butcher around if they want to buy it. "

We asked every butcher of the market place, but the best price we found was 3 silver per animals, the reward is 2 silver and 5 bronze piece.
